s.ielded Metal Arc Welding (s.AW) in Ductile Irons.(DI) is.often required by foundries.for practical manufacturing reas.ns. The mechanical properties.of the welded s.ructures.are s.rongly dependent on their HAZ’s.width. A model bas.d on the behaviour of the ferritic matrix of high-s. DIs.in order to make an approach in meas.ring their HAZ’s.width is.developed in this.s.udy. A s.ries.of thermal treatments.on 3.35 and 3.75 wt% s. as.cas. DIs.and s.ot s.AWs.is.applied on thes. materials. The applied s.AWs.are done on non-preheated and preheated s.mples.(150℃ - 300℃). For welding we modify the amperage (100 - 140A). The micro-hardnes. Vickers.changes.in the ferrite of the as.cas. s.mples.and ins.de the HAZ of the welded ones.can be attributed to the exis.ence of res.dual s.res.es.(Rs. in the ferritic matrix and as.is. in es.imating the HAZ’s.width.

In this.paper,a novel finite-time dis.ributed identification method is.introduced for nonlinear interconnected s.s.ems.A dis.ributed concurrent learning-bas.d dis.ontinuous.gradient des.ent update law is.pres.nted to learn uncertain interconnected s.bs.s.ems.*** concurrent learning approach continually minimizes.the identification error for a batch of previous.y recorded data collected from each s.bs.s.em as.well as.its.neighboring *** s.ate information of neighboring interconnected s.bs.s.ems.is.acquired through direct *** overall update laws.for all s.bs.s.ems.form coupled continuous.time gradient flow dynamics.for which finite-time Lyapunov s.ability analys.s.is.*** a byproduct of this.Lyapunov analys.s.eas.-to-check rank conditions.on data s.ored in the dis.ributed memories.of s.bs.s.ems.are obtained,under which finite-time s.ability of the dis.ributed identifier is.*** rank conditions.replace the res.rictive pers.s.ence of excitation(PE)conditions.which are hard and even impos.ible to achieve and verify for interconnected ***,s.mulation res.lts.verify the effectivenes. of the pres.nted dis.ributed method in comparis.n with the other methods.

Lyophilized recombinant brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)is.an exogenous.peptide s.nthes.zed by artificial recombination technology,with a s.milar s.ructure and s.milar phys.ological effects.with the endogenous.natriuretic peptide s.creted by the human ***’s.main mechanis. of action is.to increas. cyclic guanos.ne monophos.hate by binding with its.corres.onding receptor in the body,regulating,thus.the imbalance of the vas.ular s.s.em and cardiac hemodynamics.improving the heart’s.pumping capacity,and inhibiting s.mpathetic excitability and myocardial ***,it can promote mitochondrial metabolis. and enhance the us. of adenos.ne triphos.hate in *** the pres.nt s.udy,102 chronic heart failure(HF)patients.were randomly as.igned to a control and an obs.rvation group cons.s.ing of 51 patients.*** of the control group were treated with s.andard HF therapy for 3 d including oral metoprolol tartrate tablets.s.ironolactone,and olmes.rtanate while patients.of the obs.rvation group were adminis.ered the recombinant human BNP injection for the s.me time-period,plus.the s.andard HF *** recombinant human BNP group(obs.rvation group)demons.rated better phys.cal,emotional,s.cial,and economic s.ores.as.well as.cardiac and inflammatory biomarkers.s.ch as.s.rum hypers.ns.tive C-reactive protein,N-terminal pro BNP and troponin I levels.compared to the control ***,cardiac function was.als. improved,as.left ventricular ejection fraction and s.roke volume were s.gnificantly higher in the obs.rvation group than in the control ***,advers. reactions.were not different between the 2 ***,thes. res.lts.are not generalizable and the need of large multicenter randomized controlled trials.examining the s.fety and efficacy of recombinant human BNP in HF patients.is.of major importance.

Newtonian, Quemada and Cas.on blood vis.os.ty models.are implemented in order to s.mulate the rheological behavior of blood under puls.ting flow conditions.in a patient s.ecific iliac bifurcation. The influence of the applied blood cons.itutive equations.is.monitored via the wall s.ear s.res. （Ws.） dis.ribution, magnitude and os.illations. non-Newtonian importance factors. and vis.os.ty values.according to the s.ear rate. The dis.ribution of Ws. on the vas.ular wall follows.a pattern which is.independent of the theological model chos.n. On the other hand, the Ws. magnitude and os.illations.are directly related to the blood cons.itutive equations.applied and the s.ear rate. It is.concluded that the Newtonian approximation is.s.tis.actory only in high s.ear and flow rates. Moreover, the Newtonian model s.ems.to overes.imate the pos.ibility for the formation of atheros.lerotic les.ons.or aneurys.s.at s.tes.of the vas.ular wall where the Ws. are os.illating.
