In this paper,we propose a doping approach to lower the error floor of Low-Density Parity-Check(LDPC)*** doping com.onent is a short block code in which the inform.tion bits are selected from.the coded bits of the dom.nant trapping sets of the LDPC ***,an algorithm.for selecting the inform.tion bits of the short code is proposed,and a specific two-stage decoding algorithm.is *** results dem.nstrate that the proposed doped LDPC code achieves up to 2.0 dB gain com.ared with the original LDPC code at a fram. error rate of 10^(-6)Furtherm.re,the proposed design can lower the error floor of original LDPC Codes.

Particle coating is a com.on operation in the controlled-release fertilizer (CRF) industry,where a coating layer is appliedto the urea cores.A discrete elem.nt m.thod (DEm. com.uter sim.lation was applied to m.del the coating process for the urea granules using m.asured m.del *** accuracy of DEm.input param.ters for the coating m.terial properties and the physical and m.chanical characterizations of urea granules are crucial to the study of particle coating ***,to enhance the sim.lation accuracy,inform.tion on the m.terial properties (urea granules) is *** this study,the elasticity param.ters,shear m.dulus ,coefficient of restitution (CoR),and coefficient of rolling and static friction (CoRF) and (CoSF) of urea granules are estim.ted experim.ntally in addition to the physical *** sensitivity of the angle of repose of the urea bed was investigated at different coefficients of *** to the obtained experim.ntal value of the angle of repose,values of 0.2 and 0.3 for CoRF and CoSF,respectively,were adjusted to obtain consistent urea granules’ m.tion for sim.lation and the ***,the spray droplet sizes and velocity distributions were estim.ted using the video-im.ging process *** on this experim.ntal characterization,elasticity param.ters and spray properties were integrated into DEm.sim.lation software as input data to perform.num.rical analysis of the coating process to com.are sim.lation and experim.ntal results,which show uniform.ty at three different pan speeds with a m.xim.m.deviation of 0.033 at 5 ***,consistency between DEm.and experim.nt results was achieved in term. of average coating thickness (μm. of the selected sam.les and average intra-particle thickness variation ( CoV intra ).These results revealed that the coating film.thickness is proportional to the rotation speed for the experim.nt and *** enhance the inter-particle coating uniform.ty,the effects of the

Guided by the theoretical processes of m.ndfulness and psychological well-being,this study exam.ned serenity as a m.diator between m.ndfulness facets and psychological well-being,as indexed by depressive sym.tom. and life *** were 133 m.ndfulness practitioners who took part in a 3-day transnational m.ditation event in Hong *** inform.d consent,participants com.leted a self-report *** findings from.structural equation m.deling showed that serenity m.diated the relation between two facets of m.ndfulness,including describing and nonreacting to inner experience,and life *** also m.diated the relation between the m.ndfulness facet of describing and depressive *** associations were indicated between two m.ndfulness facets,including observing and nonjudging of inner experience,and depressive *** together,the findings revealed m.ndfulness facets as m.jor correlates of serenity and psychological outcom.s am.ng Chinese m.ditation *** foster psychological well-being,researchers,educators,and practitioners should pay attention to the role of serenity,describing,and nonreacting to inner experience in m.ntal health.

HACEK organism. represent a rare but im.ortant group of causative pathogens in endocarditis. These bacteria have historically been associated with culture-negative endocarditis;however, m.dern laboratory techniques have m.de this less com.on. In this case, we present a 74-year-old m.n who presented with acute onset altered m.ntation, fever, and sepsis. He was ultim.tely found to have Haem.philus influenzae m.ningitis, cerebral em.yem., aortic valve endocarditis, psoas m.ositis, and L2 - L3 diskitis with osteom.elitis. Although HACEK organism. are com.only found in the oropharynx and upper respiratory tract in hum.ns, our patient did not report recent preceding dental or ENT procedures. H. influenzae is responsible for approxim.tely 0.16% of all cases of bacterial endocarditis, representing a very lim.ted subset. Although generally considered low virulent pathogens, this case dem.nstrates the unusual extent of infection from.a HACEK organism. H. influenzae, causing aortic valve endocarditis as well as atypical non-cardiac sequelae, including acute m.ningitis.

BACKGROUND Prim.ry thum. carpom.tacarpal(Cm.)osteoarthritis is one of the m.st com.on conditions encountered by hand *** the vast num.er of operations that have been proposed,none have dem.nstrated results significantly superior to trapeziectom. *** The purpose of our study was to determ.ne why surgeons opt for their technique in treating Cm. *** A cross-sectional survey of active m.m.ers of the Am.rican Society for Surgery of the Hand was conducted to evaluate the reasons behind their preferred technique in the treatm.nt of isolated thum. Excitons,bound electron–hole pairs,in two-dim.nsional hybrid organic inorganic perovskites(2D HOIPs)are capable of form.ng hybrid light-m.tter states known as exciton-polaritons(E–Ps)when the excitonic m.dium.is confined in an optical *** the case of 2D HOIPs,they can self-hybridize into E–Ps at specific thicknesses of the HOIP crystals that form.a resonant optical cavity with the ***,the fundam.ntal properties of these self-hybridized E–Ps in 2D HOIPs,including their role in ultrafast energy and/or charge transfer at interfaces,rem.in ***,we dem.nstrate that>0.5µm.thick 2D HOIP crystals on Au substrates are capable of supporting m.ltiple-orders of self-hybridized E–P *** E–Ps have high Q factors(>100)and m.dulate the optical dispersion for the crystal to enhance sub-gap absorption and *** varying excitation energy and ultrafast m.asurem.nts,we also confirm.energy transfer from.higher energy E–Ps to lower energy E–***,we also dem.nstrate that E–Ps are capable of charge transport and transfer at *** findings provide new insights into charge and energy transfer in E–Ps opening new opportunities towards their m.nipulation for polaritonic devices.
