目的:探讨影响体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)救治成功率的相关影响因素,以期为ECMO在重度急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者中的应用提供更好的临床决策。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2023年12月在中山市人民医院接受ECMO治疗的成人重度ARDS患者的临床资料,建立数据库。根据患者是否存活出院,分为生存组及死亡组。通过单因素及Logistic回归分析,探索ECMO治疗的相关影响因素。结果:56例研究对象,平均年龄(45±12)岁,主要病因为肺部感染,其中成功撤机28例(50%),生存出院25例(44.6%)。ECMO建立48小时后,患者PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)的确较前明显改善(P0.9条件下PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)0.9条件下PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)0.9条件下PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)<100 mmHg至启动ECMO时间间隔长以及ECMO维持期间出现MODS是影响ECMO救治成功率的重要因素。

新疆准噶尔盆地南缘西段(准南西段)为一典型的多旋回叠合盆地,其中侏罗系—白垩系由于经历了多期强烈构造运动的叠加改造,且山前遭受不同程度的抬升剥蚀,使得侏罗系—白垩系沉积体系特征及其差异变迁过程与区域古气候和古构造演变关系仍不清楚。针对这一情况,本研究综合利用钻测井、地震、岩心、野外露头及实验分析资料等,对准南西段侏罗系—白垩系沉积体系类型及特征进行精细厘定,在此基础上结合古气候和古构造演变历史,恢复侏罗系—白垩系沉积体系差异演化变迁过程及成因。研究结果表明:准南西段侏罗系—白垩系发育冲积扇—扇三角洲、辫状河—辫状河三角洲及滨浅湖—半深湖、深湖沉积体系;早侏罗世—中侏罗世早期,准南西段为湿润气候,在中侏罗世晚期—晚侏罗世变为干—湿交替直至极度干旱气候,而在早白垩世再次转变为湿润气候;古构造格局则呈现坳陷—压扭—坳陷的周期性演变,而燕山多幕构造活动使得周缘山体在中侏罗世晚期至早白垩世发生持续的构造抬升。整体而言,准南西段在早侏罗世—中侏罗世早期为湿润泛湖坳陷湖盆,以辫状河三角洲和滨浅湖沉积体系为主,湖平面周期性波动,湖水深度和湖泊范围变化大;在中侏罗世晚期—晚侏罗世为干—湿交替至极旱的压扭湖盆,以冲积扇—扇三角洲、辫状河—辫状河三角洲及滨浅湖沉积为主,湖平面快速震荡直至湖面大幅萎缩,湖水浅;早白垩世为湿润环境下的统一坳陷湖盆,以扇三角洲及辫状河三角洲沉积为主,古地貌平坦且湖侵迅速,湖水深度和范围快速增大。本研究为准南西段侏罗系—白垩系油气勘探实践中烃源岩及储层评价和预测提供了重要的科学依据。

Leaf population chlorophyll content in a population of crops, if obtained in a timely manner, served as a key indicator for growth management and diseases diagnosis. In this paper, a three-layer multilayer perceptron （MLP） artificial neural network （ANN） based prediction system was presented for predicting the leaf population chlorophyll content from the cotton plant images. As the training of this prediction system relied heavily on how well those leaf green pixels were separated from background noises in cotton plant images, a global thresholding algorithm and an omnidirectional scan noise filtering coupled with the hue histogram statistic method were designed for leaf green pixel extraction. With the obtained leaf green pixels, the system training was carried out by applying a back propagation algorithm. The proposed system was tested to predict the chlorophyll content from the cotton plant images. The results using the proposed system were in sound agreement with those obtained by the destructive method. The average prediction relative error for the chlorophyll density （μg cm^-2） in the 17 testing images was 8.41%.

The fabrics of microbialites preserved in limestones are generally better than in dolostones. What are the fabrics of the microbialites preserved in heavily dolomitized dolostones? This paper presents an example of a strongly dolomitized Cambrian microbialite profile. The Xiaoerblak Formation(Cambrian Series 2 Stage 3 and lower Stage 4)of the Sugaitblak section in Aksu, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China is mainly composed of microbial dolostones. Due to strong alteration by diagenesis, their features, formation and environments have not been fully understood. Here, based on detailed observation on outcrops and thin sections, we show that this formation comprises four kinds of microbialites: laminite, thrombolite, thrombolitic laminite, and Renalcis framestone, in five intervals(Interval I to Interval V). We identified three main types of microbialite fabrics, i.e., clotted fabric, laminated fabric and skeletal fabric, and established a high-resolution vertical evolution sequence of the microbialites. The clotted fabric and the laminated fabric were further divided into subtypes. We found that the original fabrics were mainly affected by dolomitization, recrystallization and dissolution, and the alteration degree of the microbialite fabric is stronger in the lower part of this formation. The laminated fabric has the strongest resistance to diagenesis,followed by the clotted fabric. Based on studies of different rock types and sedimentary structures, we concluded that the sedimentary environment of Xiaoerblak Formation consists of three settings: a) Intervals I to III formed in restricted tidal flat environments, b) Interval IV and the lower part of Interval V in restricted deep subtidal environments, and c) upper part of Interval V in shallowing-up open subtidal environments.

BACKGROUND The benefits of healthy lifestyles are well recognized. However, the extent to which improving unhealthy lifestyles reduces cardiovascular disease(CVD) risk needs to be discussed. We evaluated the impact of lifestyle improvement on CVD incidence using data from the China-PAR project(Prediction for Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease Risk in China).METHODS A total of 12,588 participants free of CVD were followed up for three visits after the baseline examination. Changes in four lifestyle factors(LFs)(smoking, diet, physical activity, and alcohol consumption) were assessed through questionnaires from the baseline to the first follow-up visit. Cox proportional hazard models were used to estimate hazard ratios(HRs) and corresponding 95% confidence intervals(CIs). The risk advancement periods(RAPs: the age difference between exposed and unexposed participants reaching the same incident CVD risk) and population-attributable risk percentage(PAR%) were also *** A total of 909 incident CVD cases occurred over a median follow-up of 11.14 years. Compared with maintaining 0-1healthy LFs, maintaining 3–4 healthy LFs was associated with a 40% risk reduction of incident CVD(HR = 0.60, 95% CI: 0.45–0.79)and delayed CVD risk by 6.31 years(RAP:-6.31 [-9.92,-2.70] years). The PAR% of maintaining 3–4 unhealthy LFs was 22.0%compared to maintaining 0-1 unhealthy LFs. Besides, compared with maintaining two healthy LFs, improving healthy LFs from 2to 3–4 was associated with a 23% lower risk of CVD(HR = 0.77, 95% CI: 0.60–0.98).CONCLUSIONS Long-term sustenance of healthy lifestyles or improving unhealthy lifestyles can reduce and delay CVD risk.

The Zn,Cu,and Sc contents of 7xxx Al alloys were adjusted according to the chemical composition of a 7085 Al alloy,and the effects of Zn and Cu contents and Sc addition on the microstructures,hardness,and quench sensitivity of the 7xxx Al alloys were *** alloys with high Zn content and Sc addition exhibited higher hardness than the 7085 alloy at the position 3 mm away from the quenching *** density ofηand T phases increased with the increase in Zn and Cu contents,and the Sc addition led to the formation of the Y phase and moreηphases at the position 120 mm away from the quenching *** with the 7085 alloy,the high Zn−high Cu and Sc-added alloys exhibited higher quench sensitivity,while the simultaneous increase in Zn content and decrease in Cu content could enhance the hardness and reduce the quench sensitivity of the 7085 alloy.
