The reduction behavior of iron ore powder by high-volatile coal was investigated,and its kinetic mechanism was *** effect of volatiles in coal on the reduction reaction of iron ore was compared by utilizing a Xinjiang lignite with a high volatile content and its pyrolysis carbon produced by high-temperature pyrolysis to remove volatiles,serving as a *** mass loss and gas composition of the samples during the reduction process were detected using thermo-gravimetric analysis and gas chromatography,and the morphological changes of iron ore powder were observed through scanning electron *** kinetic parameters of the iron oxide reduction reaction were calculated by the Flynn-Ozawa-Wall method,and the kinetic mechanism of volatile participation in the iron oxide reduction reaction was determined through the Coats-Redfern *** results indicate that the coupling effect between the high-volatile coal pyrolysis and reduction reactions occurs during the second stage of the entire coupling process,which corresponds to the late stage of coal pyrolysis with a substantial release of H_(2.and *** volatiles in coal actively participated in the reduction reaction,reducing the initiation temperature of the reaction by around 2.0℃.The reduction of iron oxides by high-volatile coal was jointly promoted by the"hydrogen cycle"and"carbon cycle",resulting in a higher reduction extent and metallization rate at the end of the *** high-volatile coal was used as the reductant,the average activation energy for the entire process was 76.5 kJ/mol,a significant decrease compared to the employment of pyrolysis carbon without volatiles as the reductant(1167 kJ/mol).

Study of the Lift Force Induced by An Interceptor on A High-Speed Mono-Hull:The Affecting Factors and Estimation Formula

To find a better way to estimate the lift force induced by an interceptor on a high-speed mono-hull ship,a series of high-speed mono-hull ship models are designed and investigated under different *** lift forces are obtained by numerical calculations and validated by a model test in a towing *** factors that influence the force are the interceptor height,velocity,draft,and deadrise *** relationship between each factor and the induced lift force is investigated and *** found that the induced lift mainly depends on the interceptor height and advancing velocity,and is proportional to the square of the interceptor height and *** results also showed that the effects of the draft and deadrise angle are relatively less important,and the relationship between the induced lift and these two factors is generally *** on the results,a formula including the combined effect of all factors used to estimate the lift force induced by the interceptor is developed based on systematic *** proposed formula could be used to estimate the lift force induced by interceptors,especially under high-speed condition.

Zeolite imidazole skeleton(ZIF-8)is a promising option for self-cleaning of building exterior walls due to its large specific surface area,high antibacterial activity and low ***,it suffers from low antibacterial efficiency and yield under visible light *** address the issues,we developed the photocatalytic materials T-ZIF-8-TDI(thermally treated-ZIF-8-toluene 2.4-diisocyanate)by modifying ZIF-8 with thermal oxygen sensitization and chemical *** results show that the yield of T-ZIF-8-TDI photocatalytic antibacterial agent is increased to 11.5 times of that of T-ZIF-8,while maintaining the crystal structure of T-ZIF-8 and thermal stability up to 60℃.Furthermore,T-ZIF-8-TDI exhibits extended optical response range to the nearinfrared region,significantly narrowed band gap,improved photogenerated elec tron-hole separation efficiency,reduced recombination rate,and excellent photocatalytic *** the concentration of antibacterial agent is 600 mg·L^(-1),the antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli(***)reaches 99.99%irradiated by visible light for30 min,and when the concentration of antibacterial agent is 2.0 mg·L^(-1),the antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus aureus(***)reaches 99.99%irradiated by visible light for 2. *** also analyzed the reasons in detail from the aspects of bacterial species and antibacterial mechanism,and proposed the antibacterial mechanism of·O_(2.^(-)and h^(+)as the main active *** findings suggest that T-ZIF-8-TDI photocatalytic antibacterial agent has potential for use in self-cleaning of building exterior walls.

The chirp sub-bottom profiler,for its high resolution,easy accessibility and cost-effectiveness,has been widely used in acoustic *** this paper,the acoustic impedance and grain size compositions were obtained based on the chirp sub-bottom profiler data collected in the Chukchi Plateau area during the 11th Arctic Expedition of *** time-domain adaptive search matching algorithm was used and validated on our established theoretical *** misfit between the inversion result and the theoretical model is less than 0.067%.The grain size was calculated according to the empirical relationship between the acoustic impedance and the grain size of the *** average acoustic impedance of sub-seafloor strata is 2.502.×10^(6) kg(s m^(2.)^(-1)and the average grain size(θvalue)of the seafloor surface sediment is 7.1498,indicating the predominant occurrence of very fine silt sediment in the study *** of the inversion results and the laboratory measurements of nearby borehole samples shows that they are in general agreement.

The participation of photovoltaic(PV)plants in supporting the transient voltage caused by commutation failure in the line-commutated-converter-based high voltage direct current(LCC-HVDC)system is of great significance,as it can enhance the DC transmission ***,it is found that the gridfollowing(GFL)PV converters face the problem of mismatch between reactive power response and transient voltage characteristic when the voltage converts from low voltage to overvoltage,further aggravating the overvoltage ***,this article proposes a transient voltage support strategy based on the gridforming(GFM)medium voltage PV *** proposed strategy takes the advantage of the close equivalent electrical distance between the converter and grid,which can autonomously control the converter terminal voltage through GFM control with adaptive voltage droop *** simulation results show that the proposed strategy can ensure the output reactive power of the PV converter quickly matches the transient voltage characteristic at different stages,indicating that the proposed strategy can effectively support the transient voltage.

Here,we report a concise and divergent enantioselective total synthesis of marine sesquiterpene quinone meroterpenoids(+)-dysidavarones A–C(1–3)using predysidavarone 6 as a key common *** highly strained and bridged eight-membered carbocycle of predysidavarone 6 was constructed by a one-pot intermolecular alkylation and intramolecular arylation of Wieland–Miescher ketone derivative 11 and benzyl bromide *** total synthesis of(+)-dysidavarones A–C(1–3)was achieved from predysidavarone 6 in a divergent manner by a late-stage introduction of the ethoxy group,which reveals the possible source of the ethoxy group within(+)-dysidavarones A–C(1–3)and provides a late-stage modifiable route for the synthesis of dysidavarone analogs for further anti-cancer activity evaluation.
