Water vapor is a highly variable parameter in atmospheric processes and it plays a crucial role in atmospheric motions on a wide range of scales in space and time. GPS technique has been widely used in retrieving precipitable water vapor. Firstly the article has retrieved precipitable water vapor of Qinhuangdao and Shijiazhuang stations by GPS technique. Then it has researched two aspects of precipitable water vapor. One is the spatial and temporal distribution characters of precipitable water vapor;the other is the relation between precipitable water vapor and actual rainfall. The value of GPS precipitable water vapor of Shijiazhuang is higher than the value of GPS precipitable water vapor of Qinhuangdao, which is accord to the formula that the precipitable water vapor is reduced from south to north. During the different time of a day, there are differ degree fluctuate which the min value present to morning and the max value present to evening. It also compared the GPS precipitable water vapor and actual rainfall. Although the time of max value about rainfall is not identical to the time of max value about precipitable water vapor, rainfall has occurred mostly in the time while the value of precpitable water vapor is high.

‘Vanilla’(XQC,brassica variety chinensis)is an important vegetable crop in the Brassica family,named for its strong volatile *** this study,we report the high-quality chromosome-level genome sequence of *** assembled genome length was determined as 466.11 Mb,with an N50 scaffold of 46.20 Mb.A total of 59.50%repetitive sequences were detected in the XQC genome,including 47570 *** all examined Brassicaceae species,XQC had the closest relationship with *** QGC(‘QingGengCai’)and *** *** whole-genome duplication(WGD)events and one recent whole-genome triplication(WGT)event occurred in the XQC genome in addition to an ancient WGT *** recent WGT was observed to occur during 21.59-24.40 Mya(after evolution rate corrections).Our findings indicate that XQC experienced gene losses and chromosome rearrangements during the genome evolution of *** results of the integrated genomic and transcriptomic analyses revealed critical genes involved in the terpenoid biosynthesis pathway and terpene synthase(TPS)family *** summary,we determined a chromosome-level genome of *** XQC and identified the key candidate genes involved in volatile fragrance *** work can act as a basis for the comparative and functional genomic analysis and molecular breeding of *** in the future.

Retrieval of the Change of Precipitable Water Vapor by GPS Technique

The feasibility of GPS precipitable water vapor （PWV） is discussed based on the comparison of Radiosonde and GPS PWV where the correlation coefficient is 0.94 and the RMS is 4.0 mm. PWV change in the Chinese mainland in 2004 is graphed with the gridding method of splines in tension, according to the GPS data of the crust monitor observation network in china, combined with relevant meteorology information. According to the distribution of the annual amount of rainfall in the country, it can be concluded that the total trend of the PWV is diminishing from the south-east coastland to the north-west inland. The PWV reaches its maximum during July and August, and the minimum is reached during January and February. According to the PWV, from high to low, all districts can be ranked as south-east coastland, the inland and the tableland.

Signal prediction based on empirical mode decomposition and artificial neural networks

In view of the usefulness of Empirical Mode Decomposition （EMD）, Artificial Neural Networks （ ANN）, and Most Relevant Matching Extension （MRME） methods in dealing with nonlinear signals, we pro- pose a new way of combining these methods to deal with signal prediction. We found the results of combining EMD with either ANN or MRME to have higher prediction precision for a time series than the result of using EMD alone.

GPS-Meteorology Network in Wuhan Region

There are three aspects in the study of GPS meteorology network in the Wuhan region. The first is the comparison of the GPS precipitable water vapor between final ephemeris and ultra-rapid ephemeris for which the relative coefficient is 99.97 and the root mean squares is 0.048 mm. It can be concluded that ultra-rapid ephemeris can be used to get the GPS precipitable water vapor for the real-time prediction. The second is the comparison of precipitable water vapor of GPS stations and the distribution of water vapor in the Wuhan region is acquired. The change of GPS precipitable water vapor and rainfall in a rainfall process are compared and analyzed. The change of GPS precipitable water vapor can reflect and predict the process of rainfall.
