In this editorial,we comprehensively summarized the preoperative risk factors of early permanent pacemaker implantation after transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)among patients with severe aortic stenosis from several renowned clinical studies and focused on the primary prevention of managing the modifiable factors,e.g.,paroxysmal atrial fibrillation before the TAVR.

The mixing of powders is a highly relevant field under additive manufacturing,however,it has attracted limited interest to *** in-situ mixing of various powders remains a significant *** paper proposes a new method utilizing a static mixer for the in-situ mixing of multiple powders through the laser-based directed energy deposition(DED)of functionally graded ***,a powder-mixing experimental platform was established;WC and 316L powders were selected for the mixing ***,scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy,and image processing were used to visually evaluate the homogeneity and proportion of the in-situ mixed ***,powder-mixing simulations were conducted to determine the powder-mixing *** the simulations,a powder carrier gas flow field and particle mixing were ***,a WC/316L metal matrix composite sample was produced using laser-based DED to verify the application potential of the static *** was found that the static mixer could adjust the powder ratio online,and a response time of 1–2 s should be considered when adjusting the ratio of the mixed powder.A feasible approach for in-situ powder mixing for laser-based DED was demonstrated and investigated,creating the basis for functionally graded materials.

Transportation accessibility has been treated as an important means of reducing the urban-rural income ***,only a few studies have examined the effects of different types of transportation accessibility on urban-rural income disparity and their spatial *** on data from 285 prefecture-level(and above)Chinese cities in 2000,2005,2010,2015,and 2020,this study uses spatial econometric models to examine how highway accessibility and railway accessibility influence the urban-rural income disparity and to identify their spatial *** result reveals that highway accessibility and railway accessibility have‘coreperiphery’ring-like circle *** urban-rural income disparity exhibits strong spatial clustering *** highway accessibility and railway accessibility are negatively associated with urban-rural income disparity,and the former having a greater effect ***,there is a substitution effect between highway accessibility and railway accessibility in the whole ***,these associations differ in geographic *** the central region,highway accessibility is more important in reducing the urban-rural income disparity,but its effect is weakened with the increase of railway *** the western region,railway accessibility has a larger effect on narrowing the urban-rural income disparity,and this effect is strengthened by the increase of highway *** conclude that improving transportation accessibility is conducive to reducing the urban-rural income disparity but its effect is spatial *** and railways should be developed in a coordinated manner to promote an integrated transport network system.

The Ni-catalyzed highly selective diborylative cyclization of 1,6-enynes with diboron reagent has been developed. When pinB-Bdan was used, multiple types of boron-containing functional groups could be installed into organic molecule with great chemoselectivity and regioselectivity though this reaction. Meanwhile, if B_2pai_2 was employed, the asymmetric diborylative cyclization could be well induced by using strategy of dynamic kinetic resolution. Importantly, the above reactions could afford desired product with 100% atomic economy, and could be compatible with different series of substituents. The studies of further transformation well illustrated that different type products could serve diverse synthetic strategy. Notably, the reaction mechanism was intensively studied by density functional theory(DFT) calculations, which could reveal the mechanism of regio- and enantio-selective control.

Autonomous robots have garnered extensive utilization in diverse fields. Among the critical concerns for autonomous systems, path planning holds paramount importance. Notwithstanding considerable efforts in its development over the years, path planning for autonomous systems continues to grapple with challenges related to low planning efficiency and inadequate obstacle avoidance response in a timely *** study proposes a novel and systematic solution to the path planning problem within intricate office buildings. The solution consists of a global planner and a local planner. To handle the global planning aspect, an adaptive clustering-based dynamic programming rapidly exploring random tree(ACDP-RRT) algorithm is proposed. ACDP-RRT effectively identifies obstacles on the map by leveraging geometric *** obstacles are then represented as a collection of sequentially arranged convex polygons, optimizing the sampling region and significantly enhancing sampling efficiency. For local planning, a network decoupling actor-critic(ND-AC) algorithm is employed. The proposed ND-AC simplifies the local planner design process by integrating planning and control loops into a neural network(NN) trained via an end-to-end model-free deep reinforcement learning(DRL) framework. Moreover, the adoption of network decoupling(ND) techniques leads to an improved obstacle avoidance success rate when compared to conventional actor-critic(AC)-based methods. Extensive simulations and experiments are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed approach.

When seismic waves propagate through the geological formation, there is a significant loss of energy and a decrease in imaging resolution, because of the viscoacoustic properties of subsurface medium. This profoundly impacts seismic wavefield propagation, imaging and interpretation. To accurately image the true structure of subsurface medium, the consensus among geophysicists is to no longer treat subsurface medium as ideal homogeneous medium, but rather to incorporate the viscoacoustic properties of subsurface medium. Based on the generalized screen propagator using conventional acoustic wave equation(acoustic GSP), our developed method introduces viscoacoustic compensation strategy, and derives a one-way wave generalized screen propagator based on time-fractional viscoacoustic wave equation(viscoacoustic GSP). In numerical experiments, we conducted tests on two-dimensional multi-layer model and the Marmousi model. When comparing with the acoustic GSP using the acoustic data, we found that the imaging results of the viscoacoustic GSP using the viscoacoustic data showed a significant attenuation compensation effect, and achieved imaging results for both algorithms were essentially consistent. However, the imaging results of acoustic GSP using viscoacoustic data showed significant attenuation effects, especially for deep subsurface imaging. This indicates that we have proposed an effective method to compensate the attenuated seismic wavefield. Our application on a set of real seismic data demonstrated that the imaging performance of our proposed method in local areas surpassed that of the conventional acoustic GSP. This suggests that our proposed method holds practical value and can more accurately image real subsurface structures while enhancing imaging resolution compared with the conventional acoustic GSP. We have found recently that two-step intrinsic hydroxyl radical(·OH)-dependent chemiluminescence(CL)could be produced by carcinogenic tetrahaloquinone and H_(2)O_(2).However,the first-step CL was too fast to clearly detect the stepwise generation of·OH and CL,and to distinguish the exact dividing point between the first-step and second-step *** we found that,extremely clear two-step intrinsic CL could be produced by the relative slow reaction of tetrabromohydroquinone(TBHQ)with H_(2)O_(2),which was directly dependent on the two-step·OH ***,the second-step,but not the first-step CL production of TBHQ/H_(2)O_(2)(CRET donor)was markedly enhanced by fluorescein(a typical xanthene dye,CRET acceptor)through a unique chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer(CRET)*** novel CRET system of TBHQ/H_(2)O_(2)/fluorescein was successfully applied for the sensitive detection of TBHQ with the detection limit as low as 2.5μmol/*** findings will help to develop more sensitive and highly efficient CL or CRET systems and specific CL sensor to detect the carcinogenic haloquinones,which may have broad environmental applications.
