The emerging fifth generation(5G) wireless communication system raises new requirements on spectral efficiency and energy efficiency. A massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) system, equipped with tens or even hundreds of antennas, is capable of providing significant improvements to spectral efficiency,energy efficiency, and robustness of the system. For the design, performance evaluation, and optimization of massive MIMO wireless communication systems, realistic channel models are indispensable. This article provides an overview of the latest developments in massive MIMO channel measurements and models. Also, we compare channel characteristics of four latest massive MIMO channel models, such as receiver spatial correlation functions and channel capacities. In addition, future challenges and research directions for massive MIMO channel measurements and modeling are identified.

Lung cancer is the most common cancer type worldwide and has the highest and second highest mortality rate for men and women respectively in ***,the role of comorbid illnesses in lung cancer patient prognosis is still *** analyzed administrative claims data from one of the largest statutory health insurance(SHI)funds in Germany,covering close to 9 million people(11%of the national population);observation period was from 2005 to *** cancer patients and their concomitant diseases were identified by ICD-10-GM *** were classified according to the Charlson Comorbidity Index(CCI).Incidence,comorbidity prevalence and survival are estimated considering sex,age at diagnosis,and place of *** Meier curves with 95%confidence intervals were built in relation to common *** identified 70,698 lung cancer incident cases in the *** and survival figures are comparable to official statistics in *** prevalent comorbidities are chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)(36.7%),followed by peripheral vascular disease(PVD)(18.7%),diabetes without chronic complications(17.4%),congestive heart failure(CHF)(16.5%)and renal disease(14.7%).Relative to overall survival,lung cancer patients with CHF,cerebrovascular disease(CEVD)and renal disease are associated with largest drops in survival probabilities(9%or higher),while those with PVD and diabetes without chronic complications with moderate drops(7%or lower).The study showed a negative association between survival and most common comorbidities among lung cancer patients,based on a large sample for *** research needs to explore the individual effect of comorbidities disentangled from that of other patient characteristics such as cancer stage and histology.

BACKGROUND Myasthenia gravis(MG)is an autoimmune disorder caused by neuromuscular junction failure characterized by muscle weakness and *** herein report a case of MG that received intravascular laser irradiation of blood(ILIB)interventions and regained muscle power and better quality of *** our knowledge,no previous study has investigated the benefits of ILIB treatment on patients with *** also evaluated the changes in brain perfusion scan and the MG activities of daily living(MG-ADL)and quantitative MG(QMG)*** SUMMARY A 59-year-old man presented to our outpatient hospital experiencing ptosis,diplopia,fibromyalgia,muscle fatigue,and fluctuating weakness in his limbs for 1 *** on his history,physical examination,and laboratory investigations,the final diagnosis was a flare-up of MG with poor endurance and muscle *** patient agreed to receive *** single-photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)was performed both before and after ILIB *** receiving three courses of ILIB,the brain SPECT images showed greatly increased perfusion of the frontal lobe and anterior cingulate *** patient’s MG-ADL scale score decreased markedly from 17/24 to 3/*** QMG scale score also decreased remarkably from 32/39 to 9/*** symptoms of MG became barely detectable and the patient was able to perform his activities of daily living and regain muscle *** ILIB might have beneficial effects on MG,and brain SPECT images provided direct evidence of a positive correlation between ILIB and clinical performance.

高校师德失范行为惩戒既是新时代师德师风建设的核心部分,更是推进教育治理现代化的关键命题。当前高校师德失范行为惩戒面临两个方面困境:一是制度层面的供给不足;二是在实施机制中存在参与通道不畅、教师权利的实效性救济困难等问题。应当明确,法治既是新时代教育治理现代化的基本目标与重要内容,也是高校教育治理现代化的基本路径,更是高校进行师德失范行为惩戒必须遵循的基本模式。通过法治化的建构路径,于静态维度准确界定惩戒的启动条件,划定惩戒的适用范围;于动态维度畅通多元主体的利益诉求表达通道。进而,在实践维度强化高校自主化、专业化实施师德失范行为惩戒的能力,在中国式现代化的时代格局下,有力推进高校教育治理现代化。

In this contribution,we present the results of recent neutron irradiation campaign performed in the material test reactor BR2(Belgium)on pure *** have applied various irradiation conditions and sample geometry to assess the effect of neu-tron irradiation on hardness,bending,tensile and fracture mechanical *** investigated material is a commercially pure tungsten plate fabricated according to the international thermonuclear experimental reactor(ITER)specification for the application in the divertor plasma-facing *** neutron irradiation covers a large span of temperatures and damage doses,ranging from 600 to 1200°C and 0.1-1 *** obtained mechanical properties were analyzed to deduce the shift of the ductile to brittle transition temperature(DBTT)applying bending,tensile and fracture toughness-testing ***,a correlation of the fracture toughness with the change of the hardness was *** obtained results are compared with the already published results on another ITER specification grade produced in the form of a *** presented and discussed results show that the performance of the compared grades in terms of the irradiation-induced embrittlement is similar,and that the irradiation in the high-temperature region(600-800°C)causes a considerable DBTT shift already at 0.2-0.5 dpa.

Background:Immune checkpoint inhibitors play an important role in the treatment of solid tumors, but the currently used immune checkpoint inhibitors targeting programmed cell death-1 (PD-1), programmed cell death ligand-1 (PD-L1), and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4 (CTLA-4) show limited clinical efficacy in many breast cancers. B7H3 has been widely reported as an immunosuppressive molecule, but its immunological function in breast cancer patients remains unclear.Methods:We analyzed the expression of B7H3 in breast cancer samples using data from the Cancer Genome Atlas Program (TCGA) and the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) databases. MicroRNAs were selected using the TarBase, miRTarBase, and miRBase databases. The regulatory role of the microRNA hsa-miR-214-3p on B7H3 was investigated through dual-luciferase reporter assays, which identified the specific action sites of interaction. The expression levels of B7H3 and hsa-miR-214-3p in human breast cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were quantified using Western blotting and quantitative PCR (qPCR). experiments were performed to observe the effects of modulating the expression of B7H3 or hsa-miR-214-3p on breast cancer cell proliferation and apoptosis. Additionally, the regulatory impact of hsa-miR-214-3p on B7H3 was examined. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) and flow cytometry were employed to assess the effects of co-cultured breast cancer cells and normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) on immune cells and associated cytokines.Results:In breast cancer tissues, the expression level of B7H3 is inversely correlated with that of hsa-miR-214-3p, as well as with the regulatory effects on breast cancercell behavior. Hsa-miR-214-3p was found to inhibit breast cancer cell growth by downregulating B7H3. Hepatic artery thrombosis is a serious complication after liver transplantation which often results in biliary complications, early graft loss, and patient death. It is generally thought that early hepatic artery thrombosis without urgent re-vascularization or retransplantation almost always leads to mortality, especially if the hepatic artery thrombosis occurs within a few days after transplantation. This series presents 3 cases of early hepatic artery thrombosis after living donor liver transplantation, in which surgical or endovascular attempts at arterial re-vascularization failed. Unexpectedly, these 3 patients survived with acceptable graft function after 32 mo, 11 mo, and 4 mo follow-up, respectively. The literatures on factors affecting this devastating complication were reviewed from an anatomical perspective. The collective evidence from survivors indicated that modified nonsurgical management after liver transplantation with failed revascularization may be sufficient to prevent mortality from early hepatic artery occlusion. Re-transplantation may be reserved for selected patients with unrecovered graft function.

Previous studies have shown that the compound(E)-2-(3,4-dihydroxystyryl)-3-hydroxy-4H-pyran-4-one(D30),a pyromeconic acid derivative,possesses antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties,inhibits amyloid-β aggregation,and alleviates scopolamine-induced cognitive impairment,similar to the phase Ⅲ clinical drug *** this study,we established a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease via intracerebroventricular injection of fibrillar amyloid-β to investigate the effect of D30 on fibrillar amyloid-β-induced *** results showed that D30 alleviated fibrillar amyloid-β-induced cognitive impairment,promoted fibrillar amyloid-β clearance from the hippocampus and cortex,suppressed oxidative stress,and inhibited activation of microglia and astrocytes.D30 also reversed the fibrillar amyloid-β-induced loss of dendritic spines and synaptic protein ***,we demonstrated that exogenous fibrillar amyloid-βintroduced by intracerebroventricular injection greatly increased galectin-3 expression levels in the brain,and this increase was blocked by *** the role of D30 in clearing amyloid-β,inhibiting neuroinflammation,protecting synapses,and improving cognition,this study highlights the potential of galectin-3 as a promising treatment target for patients with Alzheimer's disease.

Natural biological microtubular networks have undergone adaptive evolutionary selection and may offer viable solutions to design challenges in artificial microtubular networks. The plasmodium of the slime mold Physarum polycephalum(P. polycephalum) extends continuously to form a protoplasmic microtubular network structure, directly connecting food *** simulations revealed that the formation of this adaptive P. polycephalum microtubular network could be captured by a mathematical algorithm. Inspired by the P. polycephalum microtubular networks, we propose an adaptive optimization design method for artificial microtubular networks. Specifically, we utilized hydrogels with biodegradable and tissue-adhesive properties to replicate the P. polycephalum microtubular networks via photomask. In Rhodamine B diffusion and glucosecatalyzed reaction experiments, we found that the P. polycephalum microtubular networks exhibited significantly enhanced efficiency compared to vascular and artificial networks. Furthermore, we demonstrated the potential for uric acid(UA) degradation of the hydrogels with a real P. polycephalum microtubular network loaded with urate oxidase(UOx) in a rodent model of hyperuricemia. And this network achieved more than double the effect of the artificial network. This underscores the potential of natural microtubular networks to replace artificial microtubular networks.
