Enhancing the lifetime of perovskite solar cells (PsCs) is one of the essential challenges for their industrialization. Although the external encapsulation protects the perovskite device from the erosion of mois.ure and oxygen under various harsh conditions. However, the perovskite devices still undergo static and dynamic thermal stress during thermal and thermal cycling aging, respectively, resulting in irreversible damage to the morphology, component, and phase of stacked materials. Herein, the viscoelastic polymer polyvinyl butyral (PVB) material is designed onto the surface of perovskite films to form flexible interface encapsulation. After PVB interface encapsulation, the surface modulus of perovskite films decreases by nearly 50%, and the interface stress range under the dynamic temperature field (-40 to 85 degrees C) drops from -42.5 to 64.8 MPa to -14.8 to 5.0 MPa. Besides, PVB forms chemical interactions with FA+ cations and Pb2+, and the macroscopic residual stress is regulated and defects are reduced of the PVB encapsulated perovskite film. As a result, the optimized device's efficiency increases from 22.21% to 23.11%. Additionally, after 1500 h of thermal treatment (85 degrees C), 1000 h of damp heat test (85 degrees C & 85% RH), and 250 cycles of thermal cycling test (-40 to 85 degrees C), the devices maintain 92.6%, 85.8%, and 96.1% of their initial efficiencies, respectively. Viscoelastic PVB material is innovatively designed to form a flexible interface encapsulation. The surface modulus and interface stress concentration zone are effectively alleviated. The stability breakthroughs in IEC 61215 (thermal treatment at 85 degrees C, damp heat test (85 degrees C & 85% RH), thermal cycling test (-40 to 85 degrees C)) has achieved through the systemic encapsulation by combining internal and external encapsulation. image

We report on the magnetohydrodynamic impact on the axisymmetric flow of Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu nanoparticles suspended in H_(2)O past a stretched/shrinked *** the use of partial differential equations and the corresponding thermophysical characteristics of nanoparticles,the physical flow process is *** resultant nonlinear system of partial differential equations is converted into a system of ordinary differential equations.using the suitable similarity *** transformed differential equations are solved *** of the magnetic parameter,solid volume fraction and stretching/shrinking parameter on momentum and temperature distribution have been analyzed and interpreted *** skin friction and Nusselt number were also *** addition,existence of dual solution was deduced for the shrinking sheet and unique solution for the stretching ***,Al_(2)O_(3)/H_(2)O nanofluid flow has better thermal conductivity on comparing with Cu/H_(2)O ***,it was found that the first solutions of the stream are stable and physically realizable,whereas those of the second ones are unstable.

In recent years,semantic segmentation on 3D point cloud data has attracted much *** 2D images where pixels distribute regularly in the image domain,3D point clouds in non-Euclidean space are irregular and inherently ***,it is very difficult to extract long-range contexts and effectively aggregate local features for semantic segmentation in 3D point cloud *** current methods either focus on local feature aggregation or long-range context dependency,but fail to directly establish a global-local feature extractor to complete the point cloud semantic segmentation *** this paper,we propose a Transformer-based stratified graph convolutional network(sGT-Net),which enlarges the effective receptive field and builds direct long-range ***,we first propose a novel dense-sparse sampling strategy that provides dense local vertices and sparse long-distance vertices for subsequent graph convolutional network(GCN).secondly,we propose a multi-key self-attention mechanism based on the Transformer to further weight augmentation for crucial neighboring relationships and enlarge the effective receptive *** addition,to further improve the efficiency of the network,we propose a similarity measurement module to determine whether the neighborhood near the center point is *** demonstrate the validity and superiority of our method on the s3DIs and shapeNet *** ablation experiments and segmentation visualization,we verify that the sGT model can improve the performance of the point cloud semantic segmentation.

Wind sensors have always played an irreplaceable role in environmental information monitoring and are expected to operate with lower power consumption to extend service ***,we propose a breeze wake-up anemometer(B-WA)based on a rolling-bearing triboelectric nanogenerator(RB-TENG)with extremely low static *** B-WA consists of two RB-TENGs,a self-waking-up module(sWM),a signal processing module(sPM),and a wireless transmission *** two RB-TENGs are employed for system activation and wind-speed *** the ambient wind-speed exceeds 2 m/s,the wake TENG(W-TENG)and the sWM can wake up the system within 0.96 *** the same time,the sPM starts to calculate the signal frequency from the measured TENG(M-TENG)to monitor the wind speed with a sensitivity of 9.45 Hz/(m/s).After the wind stops,the sWM can switch off the B-WA within 0.52 s to decrease the system energy *** quiescent on-duty mode,the operating power of the B-WA is less than 30 nW,which can greatly extend the service lifetime of the *** integrating triboelectric devices and rolling bearings,this work has realized an ultralow quiescent power and self-waked-up wireless wind-speed monitoring system,which has foreseeable applications in remote weather monitoring,IoT nodes,and so on.
