The compression creep deformation of the high volume fraction of SiC particles reinforced AI-Mg-Si composite fabricated by pressure-less infiltration was investigated. The experimental results show that the creep stress exponents are very high at temperatures of 673 K, 723 K and 773 K, and if taking the threshold stress into account, the true stress exponent of minimum creep strain rate is still approximately 5, although the volume fraction of reinforcements is very high. The creep strain rate in the high volume fraction reinforced aluminum alloy matrix composites is controlled by matrix lattice diffusion. It is found that the creep-strengthening effect of high volume fraction of silicon carbide particles is significant, although the particles do not form effective obstacles to dislocation motion.

In the present study,we investigate the crystal structure of high-entropy alloys(HEAs)in the form of CoFe2NiMn0.3AlCux(x=0.25,0.50,0.75,and 1.00)and their mechanical and magnetic *** CoFe2NiMn0.3AlCux alloys are composed of a mixture of a body-centered cubic(BCC)and a face-centered cubic(FCC)solid *** increased amounts of copper(Cu)boost both alloy strength and plastic *** CoFe2 NiMn0.3AlCu1.0 HEAs demonstrate excellent mechanical properties,such as a high strength of 1832 MPa and a large plastic ductility of 22.38%.Magnetic property measurements on this alloy system indicated high saturated magnetization and high *** coercivity of the tested alloys lies in the range between 40 and 182 Oe,suggesting that the alloys have semi-hard magnetic *** study suggests that the present CoFe2NiMn0.3AlCux HEAs could serve as potential candidates for soft magnets in electromagnetic applications.

数字生态文明制度化是数字技术赋能人与自然和谐共生现代化的关键性保障。当前,我国数字生态文明制度化建设面临诸多现实困境。在法律法规层面,呈现出生态环境数据确权与数据泄露责任认定的相关法律供给不充分、生态环境数据安全保护的法律制度不健全、生态环境数据区域协同的法律规则不明确等问题;在运行机制层面,存在环境智慧治理协同机制缺失、数字生态文明评价机制缺位和数字人才培养机制匮乏等现象;在技术伦理层面,数字身份危机、数据崇拜主义以及数字独裁风险等造成环境治理行为受阻、决策偏误和运行不畅。为此,亟须强化数字生态文明建设的制度保障,并在此基础上健全其运行机制,加强数字生态文明建设的伦理约束,以促进数字生态文明制度化不断走向成熟。

Revisiting the Climatology of Atmospheric Blocking in the Northern Hemisphere

In addition to the occurrence of atmospheric blocking, the climatology of the characteristics of blocking events, including duration, intensity, and extension, in four seasons over the Northern Hemisphere was analyzed for the period 1950-2009. The seasonality and spatial variations of these characteristics were studied according to their longitudinal distributions. In general, there were sharp discrepancies in the blocking characteristics between winter and summer, and these differences were more prominent over the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. The blocking not only occurred more frequently but also underwent stronger amplification in winter; likewise, the blocking occurred less frequently and underwent weaker amplification in summer. There are very strong interrelationships among different blocking characteristics, suggesting that they are supported by similar physical factors. In addition, the relationship between blocking over different regions and East Asian circulation was examined. Ural-Siberia is a major blocking formation region in all seasons that may exert a downstream impact on East Asia. The impact is generally weak in summer, which is due to its lower intensity and smaller duration. However, the extratropical circulation over East Asia in summer can be disturbed persistently by the frequent occurrence of blocking over the Asian continent or the Western Pacific. In particular, the blocking frequency over the Western Pacific significantly increased during the study period. This climatological information provides a background for studying the impact of blocking on East Asian circulation under both present and future climate conditions.

《史记·仓公列传》中详细记载了仓公所诊治的26则医案,结合出土和传世医学文献,可以共同勾勒西汉前期的医学概貌。《史记·仓公列传》中记载的医学传承,是以医书的传承为线索的,可见今本《黄帝内经》成书前的秦汉时期,确实流传着《脉经》《五色》等古医书。从藏象理论、五脏脉诊和疾病辨识3个方面分析西汉前期的医学,可知当时五脏理论已具备一定的系统性,形成了体内五脏与体表、外在环境相通的思想。在诊断疾病中,先通过脉诊审察是否为五脏疾病,再进一步辨别疾病、决断死生,也是以五脏为核心的观念的体现。对疾病的认识以经脉疾病为起点,但也存在着不能反应于脉象、需根据症状辨别的疾病。

Summer Monsoon Indices on June Rainfall in Hong Kong and Its Vicinity

Climatologically, June is usually the wettest month in Hong Kong. With significant interannual variation of the summer monsoon, the rainfall variability in June is also large. As Hong Kong is in close proximity to the peripheries of different monsoon regions, the variability of June rainfall largely depends on the relative strength of various monsoon systems. In the present study, a new index comparing the relative condition of the western North Pacific summer monsoon and the South china Sea summer monsoon is developed based on the difference between the respective monsoon indices WNPMI （western North Pacific summer monsoon index） and UMI （unified monsoon index）. It is shown that June rainfall in Hong Kong and its vicinity is better correlated with this new index than either WNPMI or UMI alone. Based on the signs of the new index in conjunction with those of WNPMI and UMI, a framework to stratify the monsoon conditions into different configurations together with a simple scheme to summarize the associated rainfall responses is formulated. This study highlights how the rainfall variability on a local or regional scale can be quantified by the broad-scale conditions of different monsoon systems.

BACKGROUND Hepatic resection has become the preferred treatment of choice for colorectal liver metastasis(CLM)*** To identify the prognostic factors and to formulate a new scoring system for management of *** Clinicopathologic and long-term survival data were analyzed to identify the significant predictors of survival by univariate and multivariate analyses with the Cox model.A clinical score was constructed based on the analysis *** Three factors of worse overall survival were identified in the multivariate *** were number of liver metastases≥5,size of the largest liver lesion≥4 cm,and the presence of nodal metastasis from the primary *** three factors were chosen as criteria for a clinical risk score for overall *** clinical score highly correlated with median overall survival and 5-year survival(P=0.002).CONCLUSION Priority over surgical resection should be given to the lowest score groups,and alternative oncological treatment should be considered in patients with the highest score.
