Efficient Routing Strategy with Memory Information for Complex Network.

In this paper, we propose a new pack.t routing strategy that incorporates memory information for reducing congestion in communication network.. First, we study the conventional routing strategy which selects the paths for transmitting pack.ts to destinations using the distance information and the dynamical information such as the number of accumulating pack.ts at adjacent nodes. Then, we evaluate the effectiveness of this routing strategy for the scale-free network.. From results of numerical simulations, we conclude that this routing strategy is not effective when the density of the pack.ts increases due to the impermeability of the communication network. To avoid this undesirable problem, we incorporate memory information to the routing strategy. By using memory information effectively, pack.ts are spread into the communication network., achieving a higher performance than conventional routing strategies for various network.topologies, such as scale-free network., small-world network., and scale-free network. with community structures.

In a sensor network.with a large number of densely populated sensor nodes, a single target of interest may be detected by multiple sensor nodes simultaneously. Data collected from the sensor nodes are usually highly correlated, and hence energy saving using in-network.data fusion becomes possible. A traditional data fusion scheme starts with dividing the network.into clusters, followed by electing a sensor node as cluster head in each cluster. A cluster head is responsible for collecting data from all its cluster members, performing data fusion on these data and transmitting the fused data to the base station. Assuming that a sensor node is only capable of handling a single node-to-node transmission at a time and each transmission tak.s T time-slots, a cluster head with n cluster members will tak. at least nT time-slots to collect data from all its cluster members. In this paper, a tree-based network.structure and its formation algorithms are proposed. Simulation results show that the proposed network.structure can greatly reduce the delay in data collection.

在非接触电能传输系统中，变压器的耦合系数直接关系到系统的变换效率。为提高非接触变压器的耦合系数，同时减小其体积、质量，给出改进的变压器磁芯结构及绕组排列方法，并结合电磁场仿真结果，提出新型非接触变压器的磁路模型。根据耦合程度不同，将总磁通分为无耦合、部分耦合和全耦合3部分。基于变压器磁路模型和该磁通分类方法，给出各部分磁阻和变压器耦合系数的量化计算方法，并进一步给出变压器优化设计方法，提出边沿扩展平面U型磁芯结构。采用优化后的变压器结构，设计了35V～60V输入、60W输出的非接触变换器。变压器耦合系数的计算结果和测试结果一致，证明了所提磁路模型及耦合系数计算方法的正确性。与采用PlanarE64磁芯相比，在10mm气隙条件下，变压器耦合系数可从0．53提高到0．6，磁芯质量从122g减小到60g，最高变换效率提高了约2．5％。

PIN1 is a peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase that binds and catalyses isomerization of the specific motif comprising a phosphorylated serine or threonine residue preceding a proline(p Ser/Thr-Pro) in proteins. PIN1 can therefore induce conformational and functional changes of its interacting proteins that are regulated by proline-directed serine/threonine phosphorylation. Through this phosphorylation-dependent prolyl isomerization, PIN1 fine-tunes the functions of k.y phosphoproteins(e.g., cyclin D1, survivin, β-catenin and x-protein of hepatitis B virus) that are involved in the regulation of cell cycle progression, apoptosis, proliferation and oncogenic transformation. PIN1 has been found to be over-expressed in many cancers, including human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). It has been shown previously that overexpression of PIN1 contributes to the development of HCC invitro and in xenograft mouse model. In this review, we first discussed the aberrant transcription factor expression, miR NAs dysregulation, PIN1 gene promoter polymorphisms and phosphorylation of PIN1 as potential mechanisms underlying PIN1 overexpression in cancers. Furthermore, we also examined the role of PIN1 in HCC tumourigenesis by reviewing the interactions between PIN1 and various cellular and viral proteins that are involved in β-catenin, NOTCH, and PI3k.Ak./mT OR pathways, apoptosis, angiogenesis and epithelial-mesenchymal transition. Finally, the potential of PIN1 inhibitors as an anti-cancer therapy was explored and discussed.

Iatrogenic aortic dissection （IAD） is a rare complication of percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） with an estimated incidence of 0.02%--0.04%. lAD occurs more frequently in the setting of urgent PCI for acute myocardial infarction （AMI）（0.19%） than for elective procedures （0.01%）.[11 The mortality risk.associated with IAD is high （16%） and is comparable to that for spontaneous aortic dissection （16%）.Urgent surgery is the treatment of choice for extensive dissection or hemodynamic instability. In this report, we present a case of severe IAD that was managed conservatively with good clinical outcome.
