Characterizing large deformation of soft rock tunnel using microseismic monitoring and numerical simulation

Surrounding rock deterioration and large deformation have always been a significant difficulty in designing and constructing tunnels in soft *** key lies in real-time perception and quantitative assessment of the damaged area around the *** in situ microseismic(MS)monitoring system is established in the plateau soft tock *** technique facilitates spatiotemporal monitoring of the rock mass's fracturing expansion and squeezing deformation,which agree well with field convergence deformation *** formation mechanisms of progressive failure evolution of soft rock tunnels were discussed and analyzed with MS data and numerical *** results demonstrate that:(1)Localized stress concentration and layered rock result in significant asymmetry in micro-fractures propagation in the tunnel radial *** excavation continues,the fracture extension area extends into the deep surrounding rockmass on the east side affected by the weak bedding;(2)Tunnel excavation and long-term deformation can induce tensile shear action on the rock mass,vertical tension fractures(account for 45%)exist in deep rockmass,which play a crucial role in controlling the macroscopic failure of surrounding rock;and(3)Based on the radiated MS energy,a three-dimensional model was created to visualize the damage zone of the tunnel surrounding *** model depicted varying degrees of damage,and three high damage zones were ***,the depth of high damage zone ranged from 4 m to 12 *** study may be a valuable reference for the warning and controlling of large deformations in similar projects.

BACKGROUND Food insecurity(FI)during pregnancy negatively impacts maternal health and raises the risk of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH),resulting in adverse outcomes for both mother and *** To investigate the relationships between FI and pregnancy outcomes,particularly GDM and PIH,while also examining the mediating role of the dietary diversity score(DDS).METHODS A cross-sectional study was undertaken to examine this relationship,involving 600 pregnant *** were women aged 18 years or older who provided complete data on FI and pregnancy *** FI was measured via the Household Food Security Survey Module,with GDM defined as fasting plasma glucose levels of≥5.1 mmol/L or a 2-hour oral glucose tolerance test value of≥8.5 mmol/*** DDS is determined by evaluating one's food consumption based on nine distinct food groups.A logistic regression model was used to explore the relationship between FI and PIH,and *** Seventeen percent of participants reported experiencing FI during *** study found a significant association between FI and an elevated risk of GDM[odds ratio(OR)=3.32,95%CI:1.2-5.4].Once more,food-insecure pregnant women had higher rates of PIH(OR=0.10,95%CI:0.02-0.45)and they also faced a higher likelihood of neonatal complications,such as neonatal intensive care unit’s admissions and the birth of infants with extremely low birth *** FI wasfurther linked to metabolic disruptions,such as elevated fasting blood sugar(FBS),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and triglyceride *** results indicate that the DDS acts as a significant mediator in the relationship between FI and the incidence of *** particular,the mediation analysis showed that approximately 65%of the effect was mediated through DDS(P=0.002).CONCLUSION These findings underscore the serious challenges that FI presents during pregnancy and its effects on maternal and infant ***,the study

对黄瓜果顶形状进行QTL分析和候选基因预测,可为黄瓜新品种选育提供理论基础。以果顶平头形自交系玉女和果顶瘦尖形自交系R7构建的F2代分离群体为材料,对黄瓜果顶形状遗传及其QTL进行分析。结果表明,黄瓜果顶瘦尖形为不完全显性遗传的数量性状。基于QTL-Seq发现6个与黄瓜果顶形状有关的QTL,分别位于1号、2号、3号、4号、5号和6号染色体上,共包含108个SNP和InDel位点,含有12个变异基因。其中只有6号染色体上的CsaV3_6G005930.1基因在外显子上发生SNP替换(C-A)形成终止密码子,导致翻译提前终止,预测CsaV3_6G005930.1是与果顶形状相关的候选基因,该基因编码一个未知蛋白。

With the development of anti-virus technology,malicious documents have gradually become the main pathway of Advanced Persistent Threat(APT)attacks,therefore,the development of effective malicious document classifiers has become particularly ***,detection methods based on document structure and behavioral features encounter challenges in feature engineering,these methods not only have limited accuracy,but also consume large resources,and usually can only detect documents in specific formats,which lacks versatility and *** address such problems,this paper proposes a novel malicious document detection method-visualizing documents as GGE images(Grayscale,Grayscale matrix,Entropy).The GGE method visualizes the original byte sequence of the malicious document as a grayscale image,the information entropy sequence of the document as an entropy image,and at the same time,the grayscale level co-occurrence matrix and the texture and spatial information stored in it are converted into grayscale matrix image,and fuses the three types of images to get the GGE color *** Convolutional Block Attention Module-EfficientNet-B0(CBAM-EfficientNet-B0)model is then used for classification,combining transfer learning and applying the pre-trained model on the ImageNet dataset to the feature extraction process of GGE *** shown in the experimental results,the GGE method has superior performance compared with other methods,which is suitable for detecting malicious documents in different formats,and achieves an accuracy of 99.44%and 97.39%on Portable Document Format(PDF)and office datasets,respectively,and consumes less time during the detection process,which can be effectively applied to the task of detecting malicious documents in real-time.

Microwave discharge plasma in liquid(MDPL)is a new type of water purification technology with a high mass transfer *** is a kind of low-temperature plasma *** reactive species produced by the discharge can efficiently act on the *** clarify the application prospects of MDPL in water treatment,the discharge performance,practical application,and pollutant degradation mechanism of MDPL were studied in this *** effects of power,conductivity,pH,and Fe^(2+)concentration on the amount of reactive species produced by the discharge were *** most common and refractory perfluorinated compounds(perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA)and perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS)in water environments are degraded by MDPL *** highest defluorination of PFOA was 98.8% and the highest defluorination of PFOS was 92.7%.The energy consumption efficiency of 50% defluorination(G_(50-F))of PFOA degraded by MDPL is 78.43 mg/kWh,PFOS is 42.19 mg/*** results show that the MDPL technology is more efficient and cleaner for the degradation of perfluorinated ***,the reaction path and pollutant degradation mechanisms of MDPL production were *** results showed that MDPL technology can produce a variety of reactive species and has a good treatment effect for refractory perfluorinated pollutants.

Wetting-dewetting behavior is a universal phenomenon for fluids on solid surfaces,for instance,the liquid on spider silk and lotus leaves[1].Controlling the wetting-dewetting behavior of fluids in a predictable and generalizable manner is of broad interest in various applications,such as anti-corrosion,antifogging,medicine,oil-water separation,self-cleaning,and water harvesting[2].Specifically,in the one-dimensional （1D） system,it is usually known as the Plateau-Rayleigh （P-R） instability,which describes the volume-constant break-up of a continuous water cylinder into isolated droplets （Fig.1a）[3,4].

Programmed cell death(PCD)is essential for animal and plant ***,the knowledge of the mechanism regulating PCD in plants remains limited,largely due to technical ***,we determined that the protease NtCP14 could trigger PCD in the embryonic suspensor of tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum),providing a unique opportunity to overcome the limitations by creating synchronous two-celled proembryos with ongoing PCD for transcriptome analysis and regulatory factor ***,we performed comparative transcriptome analysis using isolated two-celled proembryos and explored the potential regulatory network underlying NtCP14-triggered *** phytohormones,calcium,microtubule organization,the immunity system,soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor proteins,long non-coding RNAs and alternative splicing are addressed as critical factors involved in the early stage of suspensor *** thought to play crucial roles in suspensor PCD are ***,decreased antioxidant gene expression and increased reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels during suspensor PCD suggest a critical role for ROS signaling in the initiation of NtCP14-triggered ***,five genes in the regulatory network are recommended as immediate downstream elements of ***,our analysis outlines an overall molecular network underlying protease-triggered PCD and provides a reliable database and valuable clues for targeting elements immediately downstream of NtCP14 to overcome technical bottlenecks and gain deep insight into the molecular mechanism regulating plant PCD.

Recently, the analog matrix computing(AMC) concept has been proposed for fast, efficient matrix operations, by configuring global feedback loops with crosspoint resistive memory arrays and operational amplifiers(OAs). The implementation of a general real-valued matrix(containing both positive and negative elements) is enabled by using a set of analog inverters,which, however, is considered inefficient regarding circuit compactness, power consumption, and temporal response. Here, with the assistance of the conductance compensation(CC) strategy to take full advantage of the inherent differential inputs of OAs,new AMC circuits without analog inverters are designed. Such a design saves the area occupation and power dissipation of analog inverters, and thus turns to be smaller and lower-power. Simulation results reveal that the new circuit also shows a faster response towards the steady state, thanks to the reduction of poles in the circuit, which, again, is contributed by the elimination of analog inverters. Along with all of these benefits, extensive simulations demonstrate that the CC-AMC circuits do not compromise the computing performance in terms of relative error caused by various non-ideal factors in the circuit.
