Commensal microbiota is closely related to Hepatitis B virus(HBV)*** bacteria maturation accelerates HBV immune clearance in hydrodynamic injection(HDI)HBV mouse ***,the effect of gut bacteria on HBV replication in recombinant adeno-associated virus(AAV)-HBV mouse model with immune tolerance remains *** aim to investigate its role on HBV replication in AAV-HBV mouse model.C57BL/6 mice were administrated with broad-spectrum antibiotic mixtures(ABX)to deplete gut bacteria and intravenously injected with AAV-HBV to establish persistent HBV *** microbiota community was analyzed by fecal qPCR assay and 16S ribosomal RNA(rRNA)gene *** replication markers in blood and liver were determined by ELISA,qPCR assay and Western blot at indicated time *** response in AAV-HBV mouse model was activated through HDI of HBV plasmid or poly(I:C)and then detected by quantifying the percentage of IFN-γ^(+)/CD8^(+)T cells in the spleen via flow cytometry as well as the splenic IFN-γmRNA level via qPCR *** found that antibiotic exposure remarkably decreased gut bacteria abundance and *** treatment failed to alter the levels of serological HBV antigens,intrahepatic HBV RNA transcripts and HBc protein in AAV-HBV mouse model,but contributed to HBsAg increase after breaking of immune ***,our data uncovered that antibiotic-induced gut bacteria depletion has no effect on HBV replication in immune tolerant AAV-HBV mouse model,providing new thoughts for elucidating the correlation between gut bacteria dysbiosis by antibiotic abuse and clinical chronic HBV infection.

For socialized animals,such as prinlates,emotions arc the expression of internal states,which may be recognized by others to adjust an in dividual's potential actions(Girard and Bellone 2020).Facial expressions are therefore important signals in communication(e.g.,happy or in pain)and can help individuals understand potential meanings between each other(Dolensek et al.2020).Facial expressions can be expressed and processed freely and are useful in social interactions and bonding(Waller et al.2016).

Dominance hierarchy reflects resource competition in male primates as well as *** this study,we collected data on the social rank and mating competition of female Sichuan snub-nosed monkeys from September 2009 to June 2010 in the Qinling Mountains,Shaanxi,*** was used to determine social hierarchy of the studied wild females.A total of 1223 displacement bouts between adult females and 316 mating behaviors within one-male units(OMUs) were *** displacement among females was very low(0.22 displacements per observation hour).The dominant ranks of females in target OMUs were determined by displacement,from one OMU to another:JB unit:YL > DBC > YCM >XBC > BD;JZT unit:XHW > JG > DT;PK unit:QQ > TM > HF;LP unit:SK > TH > ***-ranking females performed significantly more sexual behavior than lower-ranking females in this rare ***-ranking females were more likely to win mating contests within those *** on these studies,we assessed the social relationships among adult females and clarified possible explanations for the strategies of female mating competition in the ***,the notion that reproductive success may also be related to female dominance hierarchies in this polygynous species should be considered in future research.

目的构建多维度多准则儿童中成药临床综合评价指标框架。方法采用文献综述法与头脑风暴法建立指标池、初步拟定指标框架;通过德尔菲法对相关领域专家进行2轮问卷调查,遴选评价指标;结合专家函询结果与小组讨论结果,构建儿童中成药临床综合评价指标框架。结果建立了包含安全性、有效性、经济性、适宜性、可及性、创新性6个维度的3级指标框架,包括6个一级指标(即维度)、20个二级指标、52个三级指标。结论该指标框架从卫生体系角度出发,具有中医药和儿童特点,为儿童中成药临床综合评价的实施提供方法学建议,为其他领域中成药临床综合评价体系的建立提供参考,丰富了我国药品临床综合评价技术体系。

To express human insulin-like growth factor-I (hIGF-I) in transformed Bombyx mori cultured cells and silk glands, the transgenic vector pigA3GFP-hIGF-ie-neo was constructed with a neomycin resistance gene driven by the baculovirus ie-1 promoter, and with the hIGF-I gene under the control of the silkworm sericin promoter Ser-1. The stably transformed BmN cells expressing hIGF-I were selected by using the antibiotic G418 at a final concentration of 700-800 μg/mL after the BmN cells were transfected with the piggyBac vector and the helper plasmid. The specific band of hIGF-I was detected in the transformed cells by Western blot. The expression level of hIGF-I, determined by ELISA, was about 7800 pg in 5×105 cells. Analysis of the chromosomal insertion sites by inverse PCR showed that exogenous DNA could be inserted into the cell genome randomly or at TTAA target sequence specifically for piggyBac element transposition. The transgenic vector pigA3GFP-hIGF-ie-neo was transferred into the eggs using sperm-mediated gene transfer. Finally, two transgenic silkworms were obtained after screening for the neo and gfp genes and verified by PCR and dot hybridization. The expression level of hIGF-I determined by ELISA was about 2440 pg/g of silk gland of the transgenic silkworms of the G1 generation.

目的通过Meta分析评价Allgower-Donati缝合法与Donati缝合法在跟骨骨折手术中的应用效果。方法通过建立检索式,对中国知网、维普期刊网、万方数据库、FMRS、PubMed等中英文数据库进行检索,检索时间段从数据库建立到2023年6月,将与跟骨骨折缝合方法相关的文献纳入调查研究,并使用Cochrane工具对纳入分析的文献进行文献质量评估。使用Review Manager 5.4软件对数据进行分析,比较两种缝合方法在跟骨骨折手术中的临床疗效,包括手术时间、切口缝合时间、引流管留置时间、切口愈合时间、术后切口瘢痕大小和术后VAS评分。结果共纳入13篇文献,Meta分析结果:手术时间、术口愈合时间、术后VAS评分的差异无统计学意义;切口缝合时间[OR=-0.50,95%CI为(-0.92,-0.08),P=0.02]、引流管留置时间[OR=-0.07,95%CI为(-0.13,-0.01),P=0.03]、术后切口瘢痕大小[OR=-0.42,95%CI为(-0.83,0.01),P=0.04]差异具有统计学意义。结论在跟骨骨折术口缝合方式上Allgower-Donati缝合法的临床疗效中优于Donati缝合法。

Postconflict behavior among Rhinopithecus roxellana leader males in the Qinling Mountains, China

Since reconciliation was first described more than 20 years ago, a large number of postconflict be- haviors have been observed among females in many polygynous primate species. However, few studies have been conducted among males, perhaps due to the rarity with which they maintain friendly relationships with one another and their aggressive competition for resources. Although this is true for many primate males, Sichuan snub-nosed monkeys Rhinopithecus roxellana represent a potential exception as male cooperation has been known to occur. In this study, using postconfiict/ matched-control（PC-MC） and time-rule methods, we analyzed postconflict behavior among males and the possible occurrence of bystander affiliation or reconciliation. A total of 246 PC-MC pairs among leader males were obtained. On average, each leader male exhibited only 0.04 aggressive be- haviors per observation hour, and conciliation among leader males occurred at a low rate （2.03%） relative to other primate species. The occurrence of consolation-affiliation interactions between focal males and group members other than former opponents differed significantly between PCs and MCs, which is the first time this has been confirmed among R. roxellana males. We discuss the results in light of recent theories concerning consolation in primates. The patterns of postconflict contact demonstrated that R. roxellana may be a unique species among colobines.
