*** On 23 June 2020,the third geostationary Earth orbit satellite(GEO-3),the last satellite of the China's BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)-3 space segment construction project,was successfully launched,marking the completion of the BDS global constellation deployment and indicating the successful completion of the BDS“three-step”development *** positioning,navigation,and timing(PNT)service and special-feature services provided by the BDS have been widely used in key infrastructures of the national economy and defense security;they have also promoted a transformation of the production method and upgraded industrial infrastructure in China.

During BDS-3’s autonomous navigation period, the on-board atomic clocks may experience frequency-hopping and phase-hopping anomalies, which cause the abnormal clock deviating from the constellation’s unified time. This paper propose an on-board clock anomaly detection and recovery algorithm for the BDS-3 constellation. The anomaly detector is implemented with an O-C value(also known as innovation) detector in Kalman filtering. The recovery algorithm reconstructs the filter starting parameters of the abnormal clock and reconnect the clock to the constellation’s autonomous time synchronization algorithm. The simulation results based on the in-orbit data of BD-3 show that the algorithm provided in this paper can achieve the phase jump anomaly detection accuracy of 3ns and frequency jump anomaly detection accuracy of 2×10 under the condition that the false alarm probability is less than 1×10.

Single-atom catalysts (SACs) have garnered extensive attention in the field of catalysis due to their exceptional inherent reaction activity, optimal utilization of metal atoms, etc. Controlled synthesis plays a crucial role in elucidating the structure-activity relationship of SACs. This paper reviews various synthetic strategies for SACs, encompassing defect engineering, metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) pyrolysis, and ion exchange. With specific examples, the significance of constructing catalysts at the atomic level is discussed, aiming to comprehensively understand the synthetic strategies of SACs. Finally, it addresses the challenges and prospects associated with controlled synthesis techniques for SACs as well as their future applications.

This paper investigates a new resource-allocation problem involving multi-resource operations, where completing an operation requires simultaneous use of multiple(renewable) resources,probably of different types. The goal of the study is to provide a solution method that minimizes the makespan. The authors formulate the problem into a novel mixed-integer linear program(MILP)model. To efficiently solve practical-sized instances, an exact Benders decomposition algorithm is developed. This algorithm divides the original problem into a master problem of allocating resources and a subproblem of calculating the makespan, and both are linked via Benders cuts. The convergence is sped up by improving the mathematical model and embedding the variable neighborhood search algorithm. Compared with CPLEX, a commonly used MILP solver, the computational results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm provides tighter upper and lower bounds in most instances. In particular,compared with CPLEX, the proposed method can on average improve the upper and lower bounds by 4.76% and 4.39%, respectively, in solving practical-sized instances.

Compared with BeiDou satellites, low earth orbit（LEO） satellites travel faster and show greater changes in spatial geometry within the same duration. When they are served as navigation satellites and assist BDS precise point positioning（PPP）, fast initialization can be realized. Usually, the geometry of a constellation is represented by the geometric dilution of precision（GDOP）. However, traditional GDOP metric can only reflect the instantaneous positioning accuracy of standard navigation and positioning service rather than the convergence performance of PPP, and cannot be calculated when the number of instantaneous visible satellites is less than 4. Considering that the coverage fold of future LEO navigation-augmentation constellation may be below 4 and meanwhile it is meaningful to comprehensively describe the continuous impacts of satellite numbers, moving velocity, moving direction and geometric change level on the convergence process of PPP, the concept of equivalent GDOP（EGDOP） based on accumulated time is proposed. Then, thousands of LEO constellations and their observation data are simulated and used for the analysis of the relationship between the EGDOP of LEO constellation and the convergence time of LEO-augmented BDS PPP. The results show that for 1-min sessions the smaller the EGDOP, the shorter the convergence time and the higher the probability that PPP converge within 1 min. Under ideal ephemeris conditions, the probabilities of realizing fast PPP with the horizontal positioning accuracy better than 10 cm and convergence time below 1 min are 100%, 95% and 65% when the corresponding EGDOP are below 0.29, 0.30 and 0.51, respectively. The relevant results can be used as an important basis for the optimization design of future LEO navigation-augmentation constellations.

A high dynamic range and low-noise CMOS(complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor transistor)front-end interface integrated circuit(IC) with multi-channel detection is presented in this paper. Two different current detection channels, composed of a trans-impedance amplifier(TIA) and an integrator-differentiator TIA, are used to boost the current detection range. A capacitance-coupled instrument amplifier(CCIA) is also included to realize high precision voltage detection. A fourth-order sigma-delta modulator using a second-order loop filter and a second-order noise shaping integral quantizer is adopted to realize effective number of bits above 16 bits. The presented interface IC is implemented in 0.18-μm CMOS process with supply voltage of 3.3 V, and a proto-type electrochemical sensor platform with miniaturized sensor array is developed to verify the functionality of the interface IC. Measurement results indicate that the designed interface IC achieves 157.8 d B current detection dynamic range, and the measured input-referred current noise and voltage noise floor are 1.04 p A and 58.4 n V within 10 k Hz integration bandwidths,respectively.
