Energy consumption mechanism simulation and experimental study of reciprocating vibration for Chinese wolfberry picking

In order to find out the matching principle of excitation force and energy consumption of reciprocating vibrating Chinese wolfberry picking device,the energy consumption mechanism of reciprocating vibrating Chinese wolfberry picking device is *** to the structural characteristics and operating principle of the picking device,the no-load and load movement and force characteristics of the crank bearing and vibrating component are analyzed,and the theoretical model of energy consumption of the reciprocating vibration picking device is jointly constructed,and the simulation analysis is carried *** results show that the vibrating component and load mass have a significant influence on torque,the load air resistance phase has a significant effect on torque,and the load air resistance and friction coefficient have no significant influence on ***,by building an AC servo motor torque detection system and a torque sensing detection system,verification experiments are carried out,the maximum torque of the preset system is 1.3 N∙m,the rated power is 400 W,the motor frequency is 20 Hz,the amplitude is 15 mm,and the total mass of the vibrating component is 0.143 *** results show that,the no-load operation,the change trend of detected torque is consistent with simulation,the torque model is verified to be *** maximum torque of simulation and detection are 0.52 N∙m and 0.57 N∙m respectively,and the error between test and simulation is 9.6%.For load operation,the maximum torque of five groups of branch loads of 20 g,60 g,100 g,140 g,180 g and 220 g are detected to be 0.73 N∙m,0.74 N∙m,0.75 N∙m,0.82 N∙m and 0.83 N∙m,respectively,and the relationship model between load and torque is obtained by *** research results can provide a theoretical basis which can configure a suitable motor in the reciprocating vibration Chinese wolfberry picking device with a certain load limit.

Numerical study on the filtration characteristics of fine particles in granular bed filter at high temperature

Granular bed filter (GBF) has become one of the current research hot topics due to its excellent performance in removing fine particles. In this paper, a three-dimensional fixed bed GBF filtration model was established and its accuracy was verified. Then, the GBF filtration performance at high temperature were studied. The results demonstrate that elevating the temperature diminishes the filtration efficiency, albeit to a limited extent. The increasing of inlet gas velocity can significantly improve pressure drop for GBF and the filtration efficiency for fine particles of sizes larger than 5 mm. As the diameter of stacked granular particle diameter grows, the filtration efficiency and pressure drop drops. The density of fine particles almost does not affect the filtration efficiency for fine particles of 1 similar to 7 mu m, but a higher density leads to a higher filtration efficiency for fine particles of sizes bigger than 9 mm. Additionally, as the fine particles size increases, the change of the filtration efficiency roughly goes through three stages: Stage 1: the filtration efficiency is basically unchanged; Stage 2: the filtration efficiency increases rapidly; Stage 3: the filtration efficiency increases steadily, but the rate of increase slows down. With the increase of the fine particles Stokes number, the filtration efficiency of GBF will pass through two phases of stabilization and rapid increase. In order to realize the efficient and high-quality mechanical picking for Chinese wolfberry,firstly,the forced reciprocating vibration picking principle of the Chinese wolfberry branch was studied,and the mechanical model of vibration picking was established based on the simplified cantilever model,and the response analysis and solution of all positions for the branch were carried *** the same time,the critical mechanical model of fruit detachment under the condition of fruit hanging on branches was established,and the theoretical values of inertia force for each component of the branch were ***,through actual measurement and finite element modeling,the natural frequency and forced vibration response simulation for each component of the branch of Chinese wolfberry terminal branch model were both studied,and the relationship between single-point periodic excitation force and high-quality fruit shedding parameters was ***,according to the conclusion of the picking model,a test bench with many groups of adjustable parameters was ***,the last branch of fruit-hanging Chinese wolf berry for Ningqi No.1 was taken as the experimental object,a four-level orthogonal experiment was designed with three factors:frequency,amplitude and entrance ***,the net picking rate,damage rate and false picking rate were taken as the evaluating indicators,referring to the comprehensive scores of the three *** was concluded that the primary and secondary relations of factors affecting the picking effect are frequency,amplitude and entrance angle,and the best operation parameters are frequency of 20 Hz,amplitude of 15 mm,and entrance angle of 45°,then,a hand-held vibration picker with setting parameters was trial-produced,and the optimal parameter combination was verified in the Chinese wolfberry planting base of the National Chinese wolfberry Engineering and Technology Research *** results showed that the net picking rate of rip

Considering the large number of returns in online sales and the network externalities of e-platforms,we develop a decentralized model and a centralized model to explore the impacts of returns and network externalities on e-commerce supply chain(ECSC)*** show that in the decentralized model,the service level,price,market demand,and ECSC members’profits increase with the network externality ***,the service level and price increase,while the market demand and ECSC members’profits decrease with the product return *** centralized model is the optimal operating mode when it is properly *** design the“commission and return cost-sharing”contract to optimize ECSC,in which the proportion of the e-platform’s sharing of the return handling cost is exactly equal to the proportion of the system profit after *** on the decentralized model,we develop two extended models in which we endogenize the impacts of the service level and return rate on the network externality *** comparisons between the extended and decentralized models,we show that high-quality service can improve ECSC’s profitability,while a high return rate hurts its economic performance.

Utilizing interpretable stacking ensemble learning and NSGA-Ⅲ for the prediction and optimisation of building photo-thermal environment and energy consumption

This study develops an approach consisting of a stacking model integrated with a multi-objective optimisation algorithm aimed at predicting and optimising the ecological performance of *** integrated model consists of five base models and a meta-model,which significantly improves the prediction ***,the R2 value was improved by 9.19% and the error metrics MAE,MSE,MAPE,and CVRMSE were reduced by 69.47%,79.88%,67.32%,and 57.02%,respectively,compared to the single prediction *** to the research on interpretable machine learning,adding the SHAP value gives us a deeper understanding of the impact of each architectural design parameter on the *** the multi-objective optimisation part,we used the NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm to successfully improve the energy efficiency,daylight utilisation and thermal comfort of the ***,the optimal design solution reduces the energy use intensity by 31.6 kWh/m^(2),improves the useful daylight index by 39%,and modulated the thermal comfort index,resulting in a decrement of 0.69℃ for the summer season and an enhancement of 0.64℃ for the winter season,***,this study provides building designers and decision makers with a tool to make better design decisions at an early stage to achieve a better combination of energy efficiency,daylight utilisation and thermal comfort optimisation in an integrated manner,providing an important support for achieving sustainable building design.

Airblast evolution initiated by Wangjiayan landslides in the M_(s)8.0 Wenchuan earthquake and its destructive capacity analysis

Airblasts,as one common phenomenon accompanied by rapid movements of landslides or rock/snow avalanches,commonly result in catastrophic damages and are attracting more and more scientific *** quantitatively analyze the intensity of airblast initiated by landslides,the Wangjiayan landslide,occurred in the Wenchuan earthquake,is selected here with the landslide propagation and airblast evolution being studied using FLUENT by introducing the Voellmy rheological *** results reveal that:(1)For the Wangjiayan landslide,its whole travelling duration is only 12 s with its maximum velocity reaching 36 m/s at t=10 s;(2)corresponding to the landslide propagation,the maximum velocity,28 m/s,of the airblast initiated by the landslide also appears at t=10 s with its maximum pressure reaching594.8 Pa,which is equivalent to violent storm;(3)under the attack of airblast,the load suffered by buildings in the airblast zone increases to 1300 Pa at t=9.4 s and sharply decreased to-7000 Pa as the rapid decrease of the velocity of the sliding mass at t=10 s,which is seriously unfavorable for buildings and might be the key reason for the destructive collapse of buildings in the airblast zone of the Wangjiayan landslide.
