This study investigates the vibration transmission and suppression of a laminated composite panel with variable angle tow(VAT)designs and an attached inerter-based passive nonlinear energy sink.Based on analytical and numerical methodologies,the substructure technique is used to obtain a steady-state dynamic response and the results are verified by experimental and analytical methods.It is demonstrated that fiber orientation has a significant impact on the natural frequencies.The dynamic responses and energy transmission path characteristics are determined and evaluated by forced vibration analysis.The main vibration transmission paths inside the structure are displayed using power flow density vectors.It is demonstrated that the dynamic responses of the plate can be changed considerably by using various fiber placement schemes and passive suppression devices.In addition,it is indicated that the vibration transmission paths are significantly influenced by the tailored fiber angles for improved dynamic performance.Our investigation enhances the understanding of enhanced vibration suppression designs of variable-stiffness composite plates with attached passive devices.

某钼矿前期采用留矿法回采,采场内残存了大量的顶柱以及间柱。为避免资源浪费,对矿柱的回采方案进行研究。通过对比各采矿方法的经济技术指标,确定在矿柱上部为矿体的情况下,采用分段充填采矿法回采间柱;在矿柱上部为充填体的条件下,采用预留顶柱的分段充填采矿法回采间柱。建议矿山在上一中段未充填的条件下采用分段凿岩并段充填采矿法回采顶柱。根据选取的采矿方案,通过数值模拟分析,对采场长度以及预留顶柱厚度进行了优化,分析了不同结构参数的采场周边围岩及充填体内的应力和位移分布,确定了采场长度为50 m且预留5 m厚的顶柱较为合理。矿柱回采方案的应用,可为矿山创造约470.52万元的经济效益。

Beijing family strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb) have been an arising concern because of their associations with increased transmissibility.It was then found that strains of Beijing family were heterogeneous and the transmission advantage appeared to be private to a L2.3 subgroup(or modern Beijing).Here,we analyzed the WGS of 7,896 L2.3 strains from 51 countries.Our estimations indicate that L2.3 first appeared in northern East Asia around 1,416 AD and had afterwards diversified into 6 phylogenetic clades(L2.3.1-L2.3.6).Importantly,the six clades demonstrated distinct population dynamics with three more recently emerged clades(L2.3.4-L2.3.6) exhibiting significantly higher transmissibility than the other three clades(L2.3.1-L2.3.3).More than 83.1% of Beijing Family strains found outside East Asia belonged to L2.3.4-L2.3.6 clades,strains which are associated with increased potential of cross-border transmissions.Collectively,we observed population heterogeneity in L2.3 sublineage,and the global success of Beijing Family strains is driven by only three recently emerged strains of L2.3.

Background:Understanding multidrug-resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB) transmission patterns is crucial for control of the disease.We aimed to identify the high-risk populations and geographic settings of MDR-TB transmission.Methods:We conducted a population-based retrospective study of MDR-TB patients in Beijing from 2018 to 2020,and assessed MDR-TB recent transmission using whole-genome sequencing of isolates.Geospatial analysis was conducted with kernel density estimation.We combined the software program TransPhylo with epidemiological investigation data to construct transmission network.Logistic regression analysis was utilized to identify risk factors for recent transmission.Results:There were 241 MDR-TB patients,of which 146(60.58%) were available for genomic analysis.The drug resistance prediction showed that the fluoroquinolones(FQ) drug resistance rate was as high as 39.74% among the new cases.36(24.66%) of the 146 MDR strains were grouped into 12 genome clusters,suggesting recent transmission of MDR strains.44.82%(13/29) of the clustered patients lived in the same residential community,adjacent residential community or street with others.The inferred transmission chain found a total of 6 transmission events in 3 clusters,of which 4 transmission events occurred in residential areas and nearby public places.Logistic regression analysis revealed that age 25-34 years was a risk factor for recent transmission.Conclusions:The recent transmission of MDR-TB in Beijing is severe,and residential areas are common sites of transmission;high levels of FQ primary drug resistance suggest that the FQ should be used with caution unless susceptibility can be laboratory-confirmed.

CSELM-QE: A Composite Semi-supervised Extreme Learning Machine with Unlabeled RSS Quality Estimation for Radio Map Construction

Wireless local area network(WLAN)fingerprint-based localization has become the most attractive and popular approach for indoor localization.However,the primary concern for its practical implementation is the laborious manual effort of calibrating sufficient location-labeled fingerprints.The Semi-supervised extreme learning machine(SELM) performs well in reducing calibration effort.Traditional SELM methods only use Received signal strength(RSS) information to construct the neighbor graph and ignores location information,which helps recognizing prior information for manifold alignments.We propose Composite SELM(CSELM) method by using both RSS signals and location information to construct composite graph.Besides,the issue of unlabeled RSS data quality has not been solved.We propose a novel approach called Composite semisupervised extreme learning machine with unlabeled RSS Quality estimation(CSELM-QE) that takes into account the quality of unlabeled RSS data and combines the composite neighbor graph,which considers location information in the semi-supervised extreme learning machine.Experimental results show that the CSELM-QE could construct a precise localization model,reduce the calibration effort for radio map construction and improve localization accuracy.Our quality estimation method can be applied to other methods that need to retain high quality unlabeled Received signal strength data to improve model accuracy.

Objectives:Long term exposure of benzene was associated with adverse health effects such as leukemia. However, the mechanisms behind benzene toxicity remain unclear. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect and mechanism of lncRNA-OBFC2A on cell cycle alternation induced by 1,4-benzoquinone （1,4-BQ）.Methods:MTT assay was used to assess the cell viability, whereas flow cytometry was used to detect the cell cycle alternation of AHH-1 cells induced by 1,4-BQ with concentration of 0, 10, 20, 40μM. Expression of LncRNA-OBFC2A,cyclin D1, and p53 was analyzed in AHH-1 cell lines and 140 blood samples by qRT-PCR, WB, or ELISA. RNA interference （RNAi） approaches were used to investigate the biological functions of LncRNA-OBFC2A. Results:Results showed that 1,4-BQ clearly increased the expression of LncRNA-OBFC2A, simultaneously, dose-dependently induced cell cycle arrest at the G1 phase accompanied by decreased expression of cyclin D1 and increased induction of p53 in AHH-1 cells.Following interference with lncRNA-OBFC2A, the cell cycle-related gene expression of cyclin D1 and p53 were reversed. Then, we further investigated the role of lncRNA-OBFC2A in benzene hematotoxicity in benzene-exposed workers. The results showed that the expression of lncRNAOBFC2A was significantly correlated with hemogram including WBC and NEUT. In addition,analysis of the cyclin D1 and p53 expression showed that lncRNA-OBFC2A, increased in benzene-exposure workers, was related to cell cycle which was consistent with the results in vitro.Conclusions:These findings indicate that lncRNA-OBFC2A influences cell cycle arrest induced by 1,4-BQ via regulating the expression of cyclin D1 and p53. LncRNA-OBFC2A plays an important role in benzene hematotoxicity.

目的评价和总结国内外关于新生儿重症监护室(NICU)发育支持环境的相关证据,为早产儿发育支持环境管理提供参考。方法检索国际指南网、乔安娜布里格斯研究所、英国国立健康与临床优化研究所、苏格兰学院指南网、美国指南网、加拿大安大略注册护士协会网站、医脉通等指南网站,BMJ Best Practice、UpToDate、Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、万方、中国知网等数据库中关于NICU环境管理的所有证据,包括指南、证据总结、最佳临床实践手册、专家共识及系统评价,检索时限为建库至2021年3月31日。结果共纳入16篇文献,其中指南4篇、系统评价9篇、专家共识3篇,从NICU环境中声音、光线、触觉、嗅觉4个方面形成了20条推荐意见,A级推荐11条,B级推荐9条;指导医护人员降低环境噪音、避免早产儿暴露于强光、有害气体和不良触觉体验中,应通过为早产儿提供良性听觉和嗅觉刺激、采用昼夜循环光线、增加母婴接触等方式促进早产儿发育。结论本研究总结了关于NICU环境管理的推荐意见,研究内容丰富,研究过程严谨,对于减少早产儿NICU环境应激有重要意义,但目前关于提供良性刺激的推荐方式、方法还需更多高质量、设计严谨的研究提供有力支持,建议医护人员在临床实践中综合考虑实际情况进行选择性应用。

随着脱贫攻坚战的胜利,我国教育扶贫工作已经告一段落。在新发展阶段,巩固教育扶贫成果将是政府的工作重心。通过梳理党的十八大以来教育扶贫的政策体系与考察教育扶贫的具体实践,发现在巩固教育扶贫成果阶段存在以下几个重点努力方向,包括基础教育城乡和区域之间质量差距有待缩减、职业教育发展尚需破除多重障碍、教师保障制度和激励机制有待持续健全、政策设计和政策工具仍有优化空间、多元主体协同互动模式仍需探索创新。在此基础上,从四个层面提出巩固教育扶贫成果的理念转向:在国家层面,从教育扶贫本身向促进公平正义转变;在社会层面,从参与式扶贫向人力资本构建转变;在家庭层面,从被动投入向主动寻求教育机会转变;在个人层面,从个人脱贫向全面自由的发展转变。进一步提出巩固教育扶贫成果的具体实践路径,包括持续缩小义务教育阶段城乡与区域差距、促进职业技能培训充分接轨乡村振兴、加强顶层设计并优化政策工具组合、完善乡村教师保障制度和激励机制、构建多元主体参与长效协同机制,从而助力中国式教育现代化的实现。

目的构建先天性心脏病术后患儿中心静脉导管相关深静脉血栓(central venous catheter-associated deep venous thromboses,CADVT)风险预测模型,并验证该模型的预测效果。方法便利选取2021年1月—11月在浙江省某三级甲等儿童专科医院心脏外科监护室住院的234例患儿作为建模组,根据是否发生CADVT,将其分为CADVT组(53例)和非CADVT组(181例)。采用Logistic回归分析建立风险预测模型,采用Hosmer-Lemeshow检验判断模型的拟合优度,采用受试者操作特征曲线(receiver operator characteristic curve,ROC)检测模型的预测效果,并绘制列线图。选取2021年12月—2022年2月同一所医院收治的60例先天性心脏病术后患儿作为验证组,采用Hosmer-Lemeshow检验和ROC曲线对模型进行外部验证。结果先天性心脏病术后患儿CADVT发生率为22.65%。CVC留置时长(OR=1.172)、D-二聚体浓度(OR=1.169)、纤维蛋白原浓度(OR=3.888)、镇静天数(OR=1.538)、使用血管收缩药(OR=3.554)和儿科危重病例评分(OR=3.308)是其风险因素(P<0.05)。Hosmer-Lemeshow检验结果显示,χ^(2)=4.456,P=0.814,ROC曲线下面积为0.957(95%CI:0.930~0.984),最佳临界值为0.813,灵敏度为0.962,特异度为0.851。外部验证结果显示,该模型的灵敏度为0.857,特异度为0.870,正确率为86.67%。结论该风险预测模型的预测效果良好,可为临床评估先天性心脏病术后患儿CADVT发生风险提供参考。
