Earlier, we reported that ST239 was the15-year predominant methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) clone in China. In this study, MRSA strain CN79 belonging to ST239 and isolated from blood was used to determine the whole genome sequence. Comparative genomics analysis was done between MRSA CN79and 25 sequenced S. aureus in the NCBI GenBank database. A total of 2,734 protein-encoding genes were identified in the MRSA CN79 genome, which carries 11antibiotic resistance genes and 65 virulence genes. Two prophages phiCN79A and phiNM3-like were found on the MRSA CN79 genome. MRSA CN79 carries 30 specific genes that are absent from the 25 sequenced S. aureus genomes. Most of them were prophage-related *** antibiotic resistance genes, such as b-lactamase and ABC-type multidrug transport system gene, were located on the genomic island mSab. The antibiotic resistance genes, such as tet(M), ermA1, and blaZ, were also located on different transposons. The virulence genes sea,map, hlb, and sak are located on phiNM3-like prophage and the exotoxin genes are carried on the genomic island mSaa. These results suggest that ST239 MRSA strains are widespread owing to horizontal acquisition of the mobile genetic elements harbored antibiotic resistance genes and virulence genes in response to environmental selective pressures, such as antibiotics and the human immune system during evolution.

Chitosan(CS)is the only natural alkaline polysaccharide originated from deacetylation of chitin that is the main component of shell from marine *** has great potential medical application due to its broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and good water solubility originated from its protonated amino groups under acidic condition and abundant hydroxyl ***,unprotonated NH_(2)group of CS leads to its poor solubility under physiological condition and limits its diverse ***,it is highly necessary to summarize the modification strategies of CS derivatives systematically to help researchers select the most appropriate strategies for their specific ***,we have summarized the modification strategies of CS derivatives for improving their antimicrobial activity,water solubility,biocompatibility,and mechanical property by chemical reaction and physical *** then we have reviewed the CS derivatives in hydrogels,nanoparticles,or coatings for medical application in wound dressing,drug delivery,medical *** but not the least,we have put forward the future perspectives of deep studies about structure-activity relationship and clinical applications of CS derivatives.

DEM:Deep Entity Matching Across Heterogeneous Information Networks

Heterogeneous information networks,which consist of multi-typed vertices representing objects and multi-typed edges representing relations between objects,are ubiquitous in the real *** this paper,we study the problem of entity matching for heterogeneous information networks based on distributed network embedding and multi-layer perceptron with a highway network,and we propose a new method named DEM short for Deep Entity *** contrast to the traditional entity matching methods,DEM utilizes the multi-layer perceptron with a highway network to explore the hidden relations to improve the performance of ***,we incorporate DEM with the network embedding methodology,enabling highly efficient computing in a vectorized ***'s generic modeling of both the network structure and the entity attributes enables it to model various heterogeneous information networks *** illustrate its functionality,we apply the DEM algorithm to two real-world entity matching applications:user linkage under the social network analysis scenario that predicts the same or matched users in different social platforms and record linkage that predicts the same or matched records in different citation *** experiments on real-world datasets demonstrate DEM's effectiveness and rationality.

The deep learning methods based on syntactic dependency tree have achieved great success on Aspect-based Sentiment Analysis(ABSA).However,the accuracy of the dependency parser cannot be determined,which may keep aspect words away from its related opinion words in a dependency ***,few models incorporate external affective knowledge for *** on this,we propose a novel architecture to tackle the above two limitations,while fills up the gap in applying heterogeneous graphs convolution network to ***,we employ affective knowledge as an sentiment node to augment the representation of ***,linking sentiment node which have different attributes with word node through a specific edge to form a heterogeneous graph based on dependency ***,we design a multi-level semantic heterogeneous graph convolution network(Semantic-HGCN)to encode the heterogeneous graph for sentiment *** experiments are conducted on the datasets SemEval 2014 Task 4,SemEval 2015 task 12,SemEval 2016 task 5 and ACL 14 *** experimental results show that our method achieves the state-of-the-art performance.

Almost half of all flight accidents caused by inflight icing occur at the approach and landing phases when high-lift devices are *** present study focuses on the optimization of an ice-tolerant multi-element ***-objective optimization is carried out with critical hornshaped ice accumulated during the holding *** optimization results show that the present optimization method significantly enhances the iced-state and clean-state *** optimal multi-element airfoil has a larger deflection angle and wider gap at the slat and the flap compared with the baseline *** sensitivity of each design parameter is analyzed,which verifies the robustness of the *** design is further assessed when ice is accreted during the approach and landing phases,which also shows performance improvement.

Salt metathesis reactions between pyridyl-methylene-cyclopentadienyl lithium salt and LnCl_3 followed by the addition of two equivalents of liCH_2SiMe_3 afforded a series of constrained-geometry-configuration rare-earth metal bis(alkyl) complexes(Cp′CH_2-Py)Ln(CH_2SiMe_3)_2(THF)_n(Py = C_5H_4N, Cp′ = C_5H_4(Cp), Ln = Sc, n = 0(1); Cp′ = C_9H_6(Ind), Ln = Sc, n = 0(2); Cp′ = 3-Me_3Si-C_9H_5(3-Me_3Si-Ind), Ln = Sc, n = 0(3a), Ln = Lu(3b), Y(3c), n = 1; Cp′ = 2,7-(~tBu)_2C_(13)H_8(2,7-(~tBu)_2-Flu), Ln = Sc(4 a), n = 0, Ln = Lu(4b),Y(4c), n = 1) in moderate to good yields, which were characterized by NMR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction(for complex 3a). In the presence of [Ph_3C][B(C_6F_5)_4] and Al^iBu_3, these complexes displayed different performances towards styrene polymerization. Rare-earth metal bis(alkyl) precursors bearing Cp, Ind, and 3-Me_3Si-Ind segments exhibited very low catalytic activity to afford syndiotactic polystyrene. All electron-donating t Bu substituted complexes 4 a, 4 b, and 4 c showed very high activity and perfect syndiotactivity(rrrr > 99%), producing high molecular weight polystyrene(up to 54.1 × 10~4) with relatively narrow molecular distribution(PDI = 1.28-2.49).
