陈甦辨治失眠经验撷要

"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food"—the ancient adage proposed by Greek philoso-pher Hippocrates of Kos thousands of years ago al-ready acknowledged the importance of the beneficial and health-promoting effects of food nutrients on the body(Mafra et al.,2021).Recent epidemiological and large-scale community studies have also reported that unhealthy diets or eating habits may contribute heavily to the burden of chronic,non-communicable diseases,such as obesity,type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),hypertension,cardiovascular disease(CVD),cancer,neurodegenerative diseases,arthritis,chronic kidney disease(CKD),and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)(Jayedi et al.,2020;Gao et al.,2022).Emerging evidence highlights that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables can prevent various chronic diseases(chen et al.,2022).Food bioactive compounds includ-ing vitamins,phytochemicals,and dietary fibers are responsible for these nutraceutical benefits.

Soil nonlinear behavior displays noticeable effects on the site seismic response.This study proposes a new functional expression of the skeleton curve to replace the hyperbolic skeleton curve.By integrating shear modulus and combining the dynamic skeleton curve and the damping degradation coefficient,the constitutive equation of the logarithmic dynamic skeleton can be obtained,which considers the damping effect in a soil dynamics problem.Based on the finite difference method and the multi-transmitting boundary condition,a 1D site seismic response analysis program called Soilresp1D has been developed herein and used to analyze the time-domain seismic response in three types of sites.At the same time,this study also provides numerical simulation results based on the hyperbolic constitutive model and the equivalent linear method.The results verify the rationality of the new soil dynamic constitutive model.It can analyze the mucky soil site nonlinear seismic response,reflecting the deformation characteristics and damping effect of the silty soil.The hysteresis loop area is more extensive,and the residual strain is evident.

Toll-like receptors(TLRs),the key sensor molecules in vertebrates,trigger the innate immunity and prime the adaptive immune system.The TLR family of rodents,the largest order of mammals,typically contains 13 TLR genes.However,a clear picture of the evolution of the rodent TLR family has not yet emerged and the TLR evolutionary patterns are unclear in rodent clades.Here,we analyzed the natural variation and the evolutionary processes acting on the TLR family in rodents at both the interspecific and population levels.Our results showed that rodent TLRs were dominated by purifying selection,but a series of positively selected sites(PSSs)primarily located in the ligand-binding domain was also identified.The numbers of PSSs differed among TLRs,and nonviralsensing TLRs had more PSSs than those in viral-sensing TLRs.Gene-conversion events were found between TLR1 and TLR6 in most rodent species.Population genetic analyses showed that TLR2,TLR8,and TLR12 were under positive selection in Rattus norvegicus and R.tanezumi,whereas positive selection also acted on TLR5 and TLR9 in the former species,as well as TLR1 and TLR7 in the latter species.Moreover,we found that the proportion of polymorphisms with potentially functional change was much lower in viral-sensing TLRs than in nonviral-sensing TLRs in both of these rat species.Our findings revealed the first thorough insight into the evolution of the rodent TLR genetic variability and provided important novel insights into the evolutionary history of TLRs over long and short timescales.

Quick and Accurate Counting of Rapeseed Seedling with Improved YOLOv5s and Deep-Sort Method

The statistics of the number of rapeseed seedlings are very important for breeders and planters to conduct seed quality testing,field crop management and yield estimation.Calculating the number of seedlings is inefficient and cumbersome in the traditional method.In this study,a method was proposed for efficient detection and calculation of rapeseed seedling number based on improved you only look once version 5(YOLOv5)to identify objects and deep-sort to perform object tracking for rapeseed seedling video.Coordinated attention(CA)mechanism was added to the trunk of the improved YOLOv5s,which made the model more effective in identifying shaded,dense and small rapeseed seedlings.Also,the use of the GSConv module replaced the standard convolution at the neck,reduced model parameters and enabled it better able to be equipped for mobile devices.The accuracy and recall rate of using improved YOLOv5s on the test set by 1.9%and 3.7%compared to 96.2%and 93.7%of YOLOv5s,respectively.The experimental results showed that the average error of monitoring the number of seedlings by unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV)video of rapeseed seedlings based on improved YOLOv5s combined with depth-sort method was 4.3%.The presented approach can realize rapid statistics of the number of rapeseed seedlings in the field based on UAV remote sensing,provide a reference for variety selection and precise management of rapeseed.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the service performance of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)components for different values of water-cement ratio and replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate(RCA).Generally,the concrete strength decreases with the increase of the replacement rate of RCA,in order to meet the strength requirements when changing the replacement rate of RCA,it is necessary to change the water-cement ratio at the same time.Therefore,the axial compressive strengths of prism with 25 mix proportions,the short-term mechanical properties and long-term deformation properties of reinforced concrete beams were tested respectively by changing water-cement ratio and RCA replacement rate.The bearing capacity and the strain nephogram of samples under different loads were obtained using the Digital Image Correlation(DIC)method,and a self-made gravity loading experimental device was used for long-term deformation investigation.Results showed that the damage pattern of RAC was the same as that of natural aggregate concrete(NAC),but the brittleness was more pronounced.The brittleness of concrete before failure can be reduced more effectively by adjusting the replacement rate of RCA than by adjusting the water-cement ratio.The water-cement ratio has an evident influence on the axial compressive strength and early creep of concrete,while the replacement rate of RCA has a remarkable effect on the long-term deformation of the concrete beams.

Antimicrobial resistance(AMR)has emerged as a significant challenge in human health.Wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs),acting as a link between human activities and the environment,create ideal conditions for the selection and spread of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)and antibioticresistant bacteria(ARB).Unfortunately,current treatment processes are ineffective in removing ARGs,resulting in the release of large quantities of ARB and ARGs into the aquatic environment through WWTP effluents.This,in turn,leads to their dispersion and potential transmission to human through water and the food chain.To safeguard human and environmental health,it is crucial to comprehend the mechanisms by which WWTP effluent discharge influences the distribution and diffusion of ARGs in downstream waterbodies.In this study,we examine the latest researches on the antibiotic resistome in various waterbodies that have been exposed to WWTP effluent,highlighting the key influencing mechanisms.Furthermore,recommendations for future research and management strategies to control the dissemination of ARGs from WWTPs to the environment are provided,with the aim to achieve the“One Health”objective.

Cooling Performance of the Endwall Vertical Hole Considering the Interaction between Cooling Jet and Leading-Edge Horseshoe Vortex

Interaction between the coolant and the secondary flow plays an important role in endwall cooling performance.For the leading-edge region,oncoming main flow inside the boundary layer impinges onto the vane leading edge and turns into the horseshoe vortex.Horseshoe vortex entrains coolant off the surface,thus posing severe challenges to the cooling design there.Based on analyses on the leading-edge vortex formation mechanism,a new kind of endwall film cooling design,vertical hole upstream of the saddle point,is proposed to obtain more uniform film coverage over the vane/endwall junction region.Coolant injected from the vertical hole can pass over the horseshoe vortex and impinge around the stagnation line on the vane leading edge.Uniform film coverage can be obtained around the vane leading edge where coolant clings to the endwall surface due to the span-wise pressure gradient of the stagnation region.Numerical simulations are conducted about the cooling performance of two main kinds of both isotropic and anisotropic hole geometries for the endwall and vane surface.Results come that the anisotropic hole shows significant advantages over the isotropic one because it suppresses the symmetrical kidney vortices thus weakening the mixture with high-temperature gas.Blowing ratio(M)effect is analyzed and conclusions are drawn that the cooling performance of the endwall around the leading edge is sensitive to M and adiabatic film cooling effectiveness peaks at about M=2.0.Better cooling performance over the vane corner region can be obtained when M gets even higher while the effective film coverage area shrinks.Apart from that,the phenomenon of phantom cooling on the upper triangular region of the suction surface can be observed when coolant on the endwall is entrained by the vortex formed at the corner of the leading edge.
