Alkene hydrosilylation is one of the most concise and atom-economical methods to synthesize organosilicon ***,we reported the precise immobilization of metal single atoms(m-sAs;m=ru,rh,Ir,Pd,Pt,and Au)into a porphyrinic metalorganic framework(mOF)of PcN-222(PcN=porous coordination network),and then applied the resultant mOF composites of m-sAs@PcN-222 to alkene *** solvent-free conditions,Pt-sAs@PcN-222 displayed an especially high catalytic efficiency with the turnover frequency up to 119 s−1 and the maximum turnover number of 906,250 at room *** and theoretical studies revealed that there existed strong interactions between Pt-sAs@PcN-222 and the substrates,which helped to condense the substrates in the cavities of the porous *** density functional theory calculations and molecular dynamics simulations disclosed that PcN-222 could transfer electrons to Pt-sAs to enhance the silane oxidative addition and drive the reaction to proceed smoothly via chalk–Harrod pathway.

miniature devices comprising stimulus-responsive hydrogels with high environmental adaptability are now considered competitive candidates in the fields of biomedicine, precise sensors, and tunable optics. reliable and advanced fabrication methods are critical for maximizing the application capabilities of miniature devices. light-based three-dimensional (3D) printing technology offers the advantages of a wide range of applicable materials, high processing accuracy, and strong 3D fabrication capability, which is suitable for the development of miniature devices with various functions. This paper summarizes and highlights the recent advances in light-based 3D-printed miniaturized devices, with a focus on the latest breakthroughs in light-based fabrication technologies, smart stimulus-responsive hydrogels, and tunable miniature devices for the fields of miniature cargo manipulation, targeted drug and cell delivery, active scaffolds, environmental sensing, and optical imaging. Finally, the challenges in the transition of tunable miniaturized devices from the laboratory to practical engineering applications are presented. Future opportunities that will promote the development of tunable microdevices are elaborated, contributing to their improved understanding of these miniature devices and further realizing their practical applications in various fields. This study aims to investigate characteristics of continental shelf wave(csW)on the northwestern continental shelf of the south china sea(scs)induced by winter storms in *** and cruise observations,tidal gauge data at stations Hong Kong,Zhapo and Qinglan and sea surface wind data from january 1 to February 28,2021 are used to examine the relationship between along-shelf wind and sea level *** events of csWs driven by the along-shelf sea surface wind are detected from wavelet spectra of tidal gauge *** signals are triply peaked at periods of 56 h,94 h and 180 h,propagating along the coast with phase speed ranging from 6.9 m/s to18.9 m/*** dispersion relation shows their property of the Kelvin mode of *** develop a simple method to estimate amplitude of sea surface fluctuation by along-shelf *** results are comparable with the observation data,suggesting it is *** mode 2 csWs fits very well with the mooring current velocity *** results from rare current help to understand wave-current interaction in the northwestern scs.

Temporary spinal cord stimulation(tscs)can effectively reduce the pain and severity of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).However,there are no effective and objective methods for predicting the effects of tscs on *** speckle contrast imaging(LscI)is frequently used in neurology to evaluate the effectiveness of *** assess the accuracy of LscI in predicting the impact of tscs on PHN,14 adult patients receiving tscs treatments for spinal nerve-innervated(c6-T2)PHN participated in this observational *** analog scale(VAs)assessments and LscI bloodflow images of the-ngers were recorded after the tscs *** results showed that the VAs scores of all patients decreased ***,the bloodflow index(BFI)values were signi-cantly higher than they were before the *** bloodflow and pain alleviation were positively ***-ndings indicated that spinal nerve PHN(c6-T2)was signi-cantly reduced by *** alleviation by tscs was positively correlated with increased bloodflow in the *** effect of tscs on PHN may thus be predicted using an independent and consistent indicator such as LscI.

Designing novel nonfullerene acceptors(NFAs)is of vital importance for the development of organic solar cells(Osc).modification on the side chain and end group are two powerful tools to construct efficient ***,based on the high-performance L8BO,we selected 3-ethylheptyl to substitute the inner chain of 2-ethylhexyl,obtaining the backbone of *** we introduced different halogen atoms of fluorine and chlorine on 2-(3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1Hinden-1-ylidene)malononitrile end group(EG)to construct efficient NFAs named BON3-F and BON3-cl,*** donor D18 was chosen to combine with two novel NFAs to construct Osc ***,D18:BON3-cl-based device shows a remarkable power conversion efficiency(PcE)of 18.57%,with a high open-circuit voltage(V_(Oc))of 0.907 V and an excellent fill factor(FF)of 80.44%,which is one of the highest binary PcE of devices based on D18 as the ***,BON3-F-based device shows a relatively lower PcE of 17.79%with a decreased FF of 79.05%.The better photovoltaic performance is mainly attributed to the red-shifted absorption,higher electron and hole mobilities,reduced charge recombination,and enhanced molecular packing in the D18:BON3-cl ***,we performed stability tests on two binary systems;the D18:BON3-cl and D18:BON3-F devices maintain 88.1%and 85.5%of their initial efficiencies after 169 h of storage at 85°c in an N2-filled glove box,*** work demonstrates the importance of selecting halogen atoms on EG and provides an efficient binary system of D18:BON3-cl for further improvement of PcE.

Inhibition of protein degradation increases the Bt protein concentration in Bt cotton

Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt)cotton production is challenged by two main problems,i.e.,the low concentration of Bt protein at the boll setting stage and the lowest insect resistance in bolls among all the cotton plant’s ***,increasing the Bt protein concentration at the boll stage,especially in bolls,has become the main goal for increasing insect resistance in *** this study,two protein degradation inhibitors(ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid(EDTA)and leupeptin)were sprayed on the bolls,subtending leaves,and whole cotton plants at the peak flowering stage of two Bt cultivars(medium maturation sikang 1(sK1))and early maturation Zhongmian 425(Zm425)in 2019 and *** Bt protein content and protein degradation metabolism were *** results showed that the Bt protein concentrations were enhanced by 21.3 to 38.8%and 25.0 to 38.6%in the treated bolls of sK1 and Zm425 respectively,while they were decreased in the subtending leaves of these treated *** the treated leaves,the Bt protein concentrations increased by 7.6 to 23.5%and 11.2 to 14.9%in sK1 and Zm425,*** combined application of EDTA and leupeptin to the whole cotton plant increased the Bt protein concentrations in both bolls and subtending *** Bt protein concentrations in bolls were higher,increasing by 22.5 to 31.0%and 19.6 to 32.5%for sK1 and Zm425,*** organs treated with EDTA or/and leupeptin showed reduced free amino acid contents,protease and peptidase activities and significant enhancements in soluble protein *** results indicated that inhibiting protein degradation could improve the protein content,thus increasing the Bt protein concentrations in the bolls or/and leaves of cotton ***,the increase in the Bt protein concentration without yield reduction suggested that these two protein degradation inhibitors may be applicable for improving insect resistance in cotton production.

In this paper,we study the semilinear subelliptic equation{−△Xu=f(x,u)+g(x,u)inΩ,u=0 on∂Ω,where△X=−∑m i=1 Xi∗Xi is the self-adjoint Hormander operator associated with the vector fields X=(X_(1),X_(2),...,X_(m))satisfying the Hormander's condition,f(x,u)∈c(Ω×r),g(x,u)is a carathéodory function onΩ×r,andΩis an open bounded domain in r~n with smooth *** the perturbation from the symmetry method with the approaches involving the eigenvalue estimate and the morse index in estimating the minimax values,we obtain two kinds of existence results for multiple weak solutions to the problem ***,we discuss the difference between the eigenvalue estimate approach and the morse index approach in degenerate *** with the classical elliptic cases,both approaches here have their own strengths in the degenerate *** new phenomenon implies that the results in general degenerate cases would be quite different from the situations in classical elliptic cases.

The superτ-charm facility(sTcF)is an electron–positron collider proposed by the chinese particle physics *** is designed to operate in a center-of-mass energy range from 2 to 7 GeV with a peak luminosity of 0.5×10^(35) cm^(–2)·s^(–1) or *** sTcF will produce a data sample about a factor of 100 larger than that of the presentτ-charm factory—the BEPcII,providing a unique platform for exploring the asymmetry of matter-antimatter(charge-parity violation),in-depth studies of the internal structure of hadrons and the nature of non-perturbative strong interactions,as well as searching for exotic hadrons and physics beyond the standard *** sTcF project in china is under development with an extensive r&D *** document presents the physics opportunities at the sTcF,describes conceptual designs of the sTcF detector system,and discusses future plans for detector r&D and physics case studies.
