Design and test of the arc-shaped nail-tooth roller residual film recovery machine from the sowing layer

Residual films on the sowing layer produced after mulching in Xinjiang farmland,harm the sowing quality and root growth of *** this study,a sowing layer residual film recovery machine based on a radial plate arc-shaped nail-tooth roller structure was ***,the key device structures were designed and the main working parameters were ***,taking the working depth,the forward speed of the machine and the rotation speed of the nail tooth roller as the test factors,and the film collection rate and film intertwining rate as the test indicators,the single factor tests and the Box-Behnken response surface tests were carried out to evaluate the performance of the sowing layer residual film recovery ***,the results showed that the order of significant factors was the working depth,the forward speed of the machine,and the rotation speed of the nail tooth ***,the optimal working parameters were determined,which the working depth,the forward speed of the machine,and the rotation speed of the nail tooth roller were 100 mm,4.8 km/h,and 49.3.r/min,***,the predicted value of the film collection rate was 69.20%.Finally,the verification test was taken with the optimal working parameter,and the results showed that the film collection rate was 66.84%,and the film intertwining rate was 1.3.%.The relative error between the test value and the predicted value of the film collection rate was 3.40%.It indicated that the machine can perform the collection of sowing layer residual *** study can provide a theoretical basis and reference for the design of new sowing layer residual film machines.

Soil salinity is a worldwide problem threatening crop *** plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)could survive in high salt environment and assist plant adaptation to ***,the genomic and metabolic features,as well as the regulatory mechanisms promoting salt tolerance in plants by these bacteria remain largely *** the current work,a novel halotolerant PGPR strain,namely,Bacillus *** RA can enhance tomato tolerance to salt *** genomic analysis of strain RA with its closely related species indicated a high level of evolutionary plasticity exhibited by strain-specific genes and evolutionary constraints driven by purifying selection,which facilitated its genomic adaptation to salt-affected *** transcriptome further showed that strain RA could tolerate salt stress by balancing energy metabolism via the reprogramming of biosynthetic *** exude a plethora of metabolites that can strongly influence plant *** accumulation of myo-inositol in leaves under salt stress was observed,leading to the promotion of plant growth triggered by Bacillus *** ***,myo-inositol serves as a selective force in the assembly of the phyllosphere microbiome and the recruitment of plant-beneficial *** promotes destabilizing properties in phyllosphere bacterial co-occurrence networks,but not in fungal ***,interdomain interactions between bacteria and fungi were strengthened by myo-inositol in response to salt *** work highlights the genetic adaptation of RA to salt-affected soils and its ability to impact phyllosphere microorganisms through the adjustment of myo-inositol metabolites,thereby imparting enduring resistance against salt stress in tomato.

Energetic nanofluid fuel has caught the attention of the field of aerospace liquid propellant for its high energy density(HED), but it suffers from the inevitable solid-liquid phase separation problem. To resolve this problem, herein we synthesized the high-Al-/B-containing(up to 3.%(mass)) HED gelled fuels, with low-molecular-mass organic gellant Z, which show high net heat of combustion(NHOC), density, storage stability, and thixotropic properties. The characterizations indicate that the application of energetic particles to the gelled fuels obviously destroys their fibrous network structures but can provide the new particle-gellant gelation microstructures, resulting in the comparable stability between 1.0%(mass) Z/JP-10 + 3.%(mass) Al or B and pure JP-10 gelled fuel. Moreover, the gelled fuels with high-content Al or B exhibit high shear-thinning property, recovery capability, and mechanical strength, which are favorable for their storage and utilization. Importantly, the prepared 1.0%(mass) Z/JP-10 + 3.%(mass) B(or 1.0%(mass) Z/JP-10 + 3.%(mass) Al) shows the density and NHOC 1.27 times(1.3.) and 1.43.times(1.21)higher than pure JP-10, respectively. This work provides a facile and valid approach to the manufacturing of HED gelled fuels with high content of energetic particles for gel propellants.

BACKGROUND Chronic renal failure(CRF) patients are predisposed to arrhythmias, while the detailed mechanisms are unclear. We hypothesized the chronic inflammatory state of CRF patients may lead to cardiac sympathetic remodeling, increasing the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia(VA) and sudden cardiac death. And explored the role of atorvastatin and etanercept in this *** A total of 48 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group(Sham group), CRF group, CRF + atorvastatin group(CRF + statin group), and CRF + etanercept group(CRF + rhTNFR-Fcgroup). Sympathetic nerve remodeling was assessed by immunofluorescence of growth-associated protein 43.GAP-43. and tyrosine hydroxylase positive area fraction. Electrophysiological testing was performed to assess the incidence of VA by assessing the ventricular effective refractory period and ventricular fibrillation threshold. The levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) and interleukin-1beta were determined by Western blotting and enzyme-linked immunosorbent *** Echocardiogram showed that compared with the Sham group, left ventricular end-systolic diameter and ventricular weight/body weight ratio were significantly higher in the CRF group. Hematoxylin-eosin and Masson staining indicated that myocardial fibers were broken, disordered, and fibrotic in the CRF group. Western blotting, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,immunofluorescence and electrophysiological examination suggested that compared with the Sham group, GAP-43.and TNF-α proteins were significantly upregulated, GAP-43.and tyrosine hydroxylase positive nerve fiber area was increased, and ventricular fibrillation threshold was significantly decreased in the CRF group.
