在环锭细纱机3/3牵伸系统中,研究安装有9种不同硬度胶辊的上罗拉牵伸的棉纱的质量问题。试验通过改变罗拉胶辊的硬度对纱线试样进行牵伸,然后采用AFIS和UT-3测试仪评估纱线质量的变化。试验结果表明,在环锭细纱机牵伸系统中,上罗拉胶辊硬度的变化会对纱线的缺陷(细节、粗节和棉结)、强度和毛羽造成影响,可在纺纱机装置中增加对硬度适中的罗拉胶辊的使用。

The arginine-vasopressin(AvP)hormone plays a pivotal role in regulating various physiological processes,such as hormone secretion,cardiovascular modulation,and social *** studies have highlighted the v1a receptor as a promising therapeutic ***-depth insights into v1a receptor-related pathologies,attained through in vivo imaging and quantification in both peripheral organs and the central nervous system(CNS),could significantly advance the development of effective v1a *** address this need,we develop a novel v1a-targeted positron emission tomography(PET)ligand,[18F]v1A-2303([18F]8),which demonstrates favorable in vitro binding affinity and selectivity for the v1a *** tracer binding in peripheral tissues was also confirmed through rigorous cell uptake studies,autoradiography,biodistribution ***,[18F]8 was employed in PET imaging and arterial blood sampling studies in healthy rhesus monkeys to assess its brain permeability and specificity,whole-body distribution,and kinetic *** research indicated[18F]8 as a valuable tool for noninvasively studying v1a receptors in peripheral organs,and as a foundational element for the development of next-generation,brain-penetrant ligands specifically designed for the CNS.

Influence of site conditions on seismic design parameters for foundations as determined via nonlinear site response analysis

Site conditions,including geotechnical properties and the geological setting,influence the near-surface response of strata subjected to seismic *** geotechnical parameters required for the design of foundations include mass density(ρ),damping ratio(β_(s)),shear wave velocity(v_(s)),and soil shear modulus(G_(s)).The values of the last three parameters are sensitive to the level of nonlinear strain induced in the strata due to seismic ground *** this study,the effect of variations in soil properties,such as plasticity index(PI),effective stress(σ′),over consolidation ratio(OCR),impedance contrast ratio(ICR)between the bedrock and the overlying strata,and depth of soil strata over bedrock(H),on seismic design parameters(β_(s),v_(s),and G_(s))was investigated for National Earthquake Hazards Reduction Program(NEHRP)site classes C and D,through 1D nonlinear seismic site response *** Morris one-at-a-time(OAT)sensitivity analysis indicated thatβ_(s),v_(s),and G_(s)were significantly influenced by variations in PI,while ICR affectedβ_(s)more than it affected v_(s)and G_(s).However,the influence of H on these parameters was less *** was also found that variations in soil properties influenced seismic design parameters in soil type D more significantly than in soil type *** relationships forβ_(s),v_(s),and G_(s)were derived based on the 1D seismic site response analysis and sensitivity analysis ***β_(s),v_(s),and G_(s)values obtained from the analysis were compared with the corresponding values in NEHRP to determine the similarities and differences between the two sets of *** need to incorporate PI and ICR in the metrics for determiningβ_(s),v_(s),and G_(s)for the seismic design of foundations was highlighted.

Modulation in the aggregation behavior of bio-surfactants （bile salts）, sodium cholate （NaC） and sodium deoxycholate （NaDC） in aqueous solutions of carbohydrates （galactose and lactose） have been investigated by measuring the density （ρ）, speed of sound （u） and viscosity （η） of the mixtures at different temperatures 293.15, 298.15, 303.15, 308.15 and 313.15 K. The density and speed of sound data have been used to calculate various volumetric and compressibility parameters such as apparent molar volume （vφ）, isentropic compressibil- ity （κs）, apparent molar adiabatic compression （κs,φ） to get a better insight into the micellization mechanism of bile salts. Further, the viscosity data have been studied in the light of relative viscosity （ηr） and viscous relaxation time （τ）. Some derived parameters such as free volume （νf）, internal pressure （πi） and molar cohesive energy （MCE） of NaC and NaDC in aqueous solution of saccharides have also been calculated from viscosity data in con- junction with density and speed of sound values. All the calculated and derived parameters provide qualitative information regarding the nature of interactions i.e. solute-solute, solute-solvent and solvent-solvent in the solution.

Nano-sized reinforcements improved the mechanical characteristics efficiently by promoting more implicit particle hardening mechanisms compared to micron-sized ***-sized particles lessen the critical particle solidification velocity for swamp and thus offers better *** the present investigation,the friction stir processing(FSP)is utilized to produce AZ31/Al_(2)O_(3)nanocomposites at various tool rotation speeds(i.e.,900,1200,and 1500 rpm)with an optimized 1.5%volume alumina(Al_(2)O_(3))reinforcement *** mechanical and corrosion behavior of AZ31/Al_(2)O_(3)-developed nanocomposites was investigated and compared with that of the AZ31 base *** AZ31 alloy experienced a comprehensive dynamic recrystallization during FSP,causing substantial grain ***-size strengthening is the primary factor contributed to the enhancement in the strength of the fabricated *** strength and yield strength values were lower than those for the base metal matrix,although an upward trend in both values has been observed with an increase in tool rotation *** 19.72%increase in hardness along with superior corrosion resistance was achieved compared to the base alloy at a tool rotational speed of 1500 *** corrosion currents(Jcorr)of all samples dropped with increase in the rotational speed,in contrast to the corrosion potentials(Ecorr),which *** values of Jcorr of AZ31/Al_(2)O_(3)were 42.3%,56.8%,and 65.5%lower than those of AZ31 alloy at the chosen rotating speeds of 900,1200,and 1500 rpm,*** corrosion behavior of friction stir processed nanocomposites have been addressed in this manuscript which has not been given sufficient attention in the existing ***,this work offers an effective choice for the quality assurance of the FSP process of AZ31/Al_(2)O_(3)*** obtained results are relevant to the development of lightweight automobile and aerospace structures and components

Ecological Consequences of Land Use Change: Forest Structure and Regeneration across the Forest-grassland Ecotone in Mountain Pastures in Nepal

The ecotone, the spatial transition zone between two vegetation communities, is claimed to have more species than the adjoining communities. However, empirical studies do not always confirm higher richness at the ecotone. The ecotone position and structure are dynamic over time and space and it is driven by the changes in climate, land use or their interaction. In this context, we assessed the forest- grassland ecotone of temperate mountains in central Nepal by i） comparing species composition and richness across the ecotone, ii） analyzing if the forestgrassland ecotone is shifting towards the grassland center by colonizing them with trees, and iii） discussing the consequence of changed disturbance regime in the dynamics of this ecotone and the surrounding grasslands. We analyzed vegetation data sampled from belt transects laid across the forest- grassland ecotone in semi-natural grassland patches. vegetation data consisting of species richness and composition, and size structure and regeneration of the two most dominant tree species, namely Rhododendron arboreum and Abies spectabilis, from the transects, were used to analyze the trend of the forest-grassland ecotone. Forest and grasslands were different in terms of floristic composition and diversity. vascular plant speciesrichness linearly increased while moving from forest interior to grassland center. Spatial pattern of tree size structure and regeneration infers that forest boundary is advancing towards the grasslands at the expense of the grassland area, and tree establishment in the grasslands is part of a suceessional process. Temporally, tree establishment in grasslands started following the gradual decline in disturbance. We argue that local processes in terms of changed land use may best explain the phenomenon of ecotone shift and consequent forest expansion in these grasslands. BACKGROUND ventriculoperitoneal(vP)shunt placement has become a standard of care procedure in managing hydrocephalus for drainage and absorption of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)into the *** pseudocysts containing CSF are the common long-term complication of this frequently performed procedure,mainly because vP shunts have significantly prolonged *** these,liver CSF pseudocysts are rare entities that may cause shunt dysfunction,affect normal organ function,and therefore pose therapeutic *** SUMMARY A 49-year-old man with history of congenital hydrocephalus status post bilateral vP shunt placement presented with progressively worsening dyspnea on exertion,abdominal discomfort/*** computed tomography(CT)scan revealed a large CSF pseudocyst in the right hepatic lobe with the tip of vP shunt catheter into the hepatic cyst *** underwent robotic laparoscopic cyst fenestration with a partial hepatectomy,and repositioning of vP shunt catheter to the right lower quadrant of the ***-up CT demonstrated a significant reduction in hepatic CSF *** A high index of clinical suspicion is required for early detection of liver CSF pseudocysts since their presentation is often asymptomatic and cunning early in the ***-stage liver CSF pseudocysts could have adverse outcomes on the treatment course of hydrocephalus as well as on hepatobiliary *** is paucity of data to define the management of liver CSF pseudocyst in current guidelines due to rare nature of this *** reported occurrences have been managed by laparotomy with debridement,paracentesis,radiological imaging guided fluid aspiration and laparoscopic-associated cyst *** surgery is an additional minimally invasive option in the management of hepatic CSF pseudocyst;however,its use is limited by lack of widespread availability and cost of surgery.
