Ischemic heart disease(IHD)is one of the leading causes of death ***,different geographic regions show different variations of the risk factors of this disease based on the different lifestyles of *** study examines the current IHD condition in southern Bangladesh,a Southeast Asian middle-income *** main approach to this research is an Al-based proposal of a reduced set of the greatest impact clinical traits that may cause *** approach attempts to reduce IHD morbidity and mortality by early detection of risk factors using the reduced set of clinical ***,diagnostic,and symptomatic features were considered for analysing this clinical *** pre-processing utilizes several machine learning techniques to select significant features and make meaningful interpretations.A proposed voting mechanism ranked the selected 138 features by their impact *** this regard,diverse patterns in correlations with variables,including age,sex,career,family history,obesity,etc.,were calculated and explained in terms of voting *** the 138 risk factors,three labels were categorized:high-risk,medium-risk,and low-risk features;19 features were regarded as high,25 were medium,and 94 were considered low impactful *** research's technological methodology and practical goals provide an innovative and resilient framework for addressing IHD,especially in less developed cities and townships of Bangladesh,where the general population's socioeconomic conditions are often *** data collection,pre-processing,and use of this study's complete and comprehensive IHD patient dataset is another innovative *** believe that other relevant research initiatives will benefit from this work.

measurement of nitrogen in small live animals （Weighing about 3 kg） can be used to determine the whole- body protein in the animals. Nitrogen may be measured by IVNAA in which the capture gamma rays of neutron induced are detected and counted. The neutron flux is provided by a collimated 740 GBq （20Ci） Pu- Be source. The 10.83 meV thermal neutron capture gamma rays from 14N are detected by a 12.7 cm by 10.2 NaI （T1） detector. The nitrogen of a live rabbit was measured and recorded each day for a period of two months. The statistical error and reproducibility of measurement were around 10%. For a 1000 s irradiation the dose equivalent was 300μ Sv.

Since its inception,Systems Engineering(SE)has developed as a distinctive discipline,and there has been significant progress in this field in the past two *** to other engineering disciplines,SE is not affirmed by a set of underlying fundamental propositions,instead it has emerged as a set of best practices to deal with intricacies stemming from the stochastic nature of engineering complex systems and addressing their *** the existing methodologies and paradigms(dominant patterns of thought and concepts)of SE are very diverse and somewhat *** appears to create some confusion regarding the design,deployment,operation,and application of *** purpose of this paper is 1)to delineate the development of SE from 1926-2017 based on insights derived from a histogram analysis,2)to discuss the different paradigms and school of thoughts related to SE,3)to derive a set of fundamental attributes of SE using advanced coding techniques and analysis,and 4)to present a newly developed instrument that could assess the performance of systems *** than Two hundred and fifty different sources have been reviewed in this research in order to demonstrate the development trajectory of the SE discipline based on the frequency of publication.

A canonical correlation analysis is a generic parametric model used in the statistical analysis of data involving interrelated or interdependent input and output *** is especially useful in data analytics as a dimensional reduction strategy that simplifies a complex,multidimensional parameter space by identifying a relatively few combinations of variables that are maximally *** shortcoming of the canonical correlation analysis,however,is that it provides only a linear combination of variables that maximizes these *** this in mind,we describe here a versatile,monte-Carlo based methodology that is useful in identifying non-linear functions of the variables that lead to strong input/output *** demonstrate that our approach leads to a substantial enhancement of correlations,as illustrated by two experimental applications of substantial interest to the materials science community,namely:(1)determining the interdependence of processing and microstructural variables associated with doped polycrystalline aluminas,and(2)relating microstructural decriptors to the electrical and optoelectronic properties of thin-film solar cells based on CuInSe_(2) ***,we describe how this approach facilitates experimental planning and process control.

Pozzolanic reactivity of silico-aluminous fly ash

For some years it has been possible to control the particle size of fly ashes, by-products of thermal power stations. Incorporating these very fine particles （obtained by grinding and/or pneumatic selection） improves the physical-mechanical characteristics of mortars and concretes. In this study, we measured the lime consumption of the various fractions （granulometric and densimetric） and identified by X-ray diffraction the neoformed phases by the pozzolanic reaction, to show that it is not sufficient to simply define the pozzolanicity of products based on lime consumption since it does not take into account the nature of the phases formed. The size of the particles used in the test samples also has a determining effect on the quantity of lime consumed. Before comparing results, it is necessary to ensure that the size of the particles （of the global ash and its constituents） be the same. Two distinct neoformed ohases appear： CSH in the largest granular fractions （d〉 40 μm） and C3AH6 in the smaller fractions.

Gastric cancer is generally diagnosed at an advanced stage,especially in countries without screening ***,the metastatic stage was synonymous with palliative management,and surgical indications were only for symptomatic ***,this therapeutic option is associated with poor prognosis.A subgroup of patients with limited metastatic disease could benefit from intensive treatment.A combination of chemotherapy,immunotherapy,and targeted therapy could help either maintain a resectable state for oligometastatic disease or diminish the metastasis size to obtain a complete resection *** latter strategy is known as conversion therapy and has growing evidence with favorable *** approach of metastatic disease could prolong survival in selected *** challenge for the surgeon and oncologist is to identify these specific patients to offer the best multimodal *** review in this article the actual evidence for the treatment of oligometastatic gastric cancer with curative intent.

The combined influence of maturation,ripening,and climate on the profile of bioactive compounds was studied in banana(musa acuminata,AAA,Cavendish,*** Naine).Their bioactive compounds were determined by the Folin-Ciocalteu assay and high-performance thin layer chromatographic(HPTLC) *** polyphenol content of bananas harvested after 400 degree days remained unchanged during ripening,while bananas harvested after 600 and 900 degree days exhibited a significant polyphenol *** dopamine was the polyphenol with the highest concentration in banana peels during the green developmental stage and ripening,its kinetics differed from the total polyphenol *** results showed that this matrix of choice(maturation,ripening,and climate) may allow selection of the banana(***,AAA,Cavendish,*** Naine) status that will produce optimal concentrations of identified compounds with human health relevance.

Recombinant Galectins of Hemonchus contortus Inhibit Goat Cytokine mRNA Transcription of Peripheral Blood mononuclear Cells in vitro

The effects of recombinant galectins of male and female Hemonchus contortus （Hco-gal-m/f） on the mRNA levels of IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, interferon-γ（IFN-γ）, and tumor necrosis factor-γ （TNF-γ） of goat peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBmCs） were examined in this study. Blood samples were collected from five randomly selected two-year-old healthy goats. PBmCs were separated and cultured in vitro with varying concentration galectins （Hco-gal-m/f） of 0, 10, 20, and 40 lag mL-L Semi-quantitative reverse transcription RT-PCR was employed to test the synthesis of mRNA. The results showed that the mRNA transcriptions of IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IFN-γ, and TNF-γ in the PBmCs were inhibited by Hco-galm in a dose-dependent manner. Hco-gal-f inhibited mRNA synthesis of IL- 1β, IL-4, IFN-γ, and TNF-γ of the same cells in similar fashion. The findings suggested that the recombinant galectin proteins of H. contortus could decrease the transcription of cytokines in vitro.

Buoyancy and turbulence-driven atmospheric circulation over urban areas

In the buoyancy and turbulence-driven atmospheric circulations（BTDAC） that occur over urban areas where the approach means wind speeds are very low（less than turbulent fluctuations and typically 3 m/sec）, the surface temperatures are significantly higher than those in the external rural areas, and the atmosphere above the mixing layer is stably stratified. In this paper, the mechanisms of BTDAC formation are studied through laboratory experiments and modelling, with additional low-level inflow from external rural areas and a divergent outflow in the opposite direction in the upper part of the mixed layer. Strong turbulent plumes in the central region mix the flow between lower and higher levels up to the inversion height. There are shear-driven turbulent eddies and weaker buoyant plumes around the periphery of the urban area. As the approach flow is very weak,the recirculating streamlines within the dome restrict the ventilation, and the dispersion of pollution emitted from sources below the inversion height leading to a rise in the mean concentration. Low-level air entrained from rural areas can, however, improve ventilation and lower this concentration. This trend can also be improved if the recirculating structure of the BTDAC flow pattern over urban areas breaks down as a result of the surface temperature distribution not being symmetrical, or as the approach wind speed increases to a level comparable with the mean velocity of circulation, or（except near the equator） the urban area is large enough that the Coriolis acceleration is significant.

Dose-response effects of in-feed antibiotics on growth performance and nutrient utilization in weaned pigs fed diets supplemented with yeast-based nucleotides

Dietary nucleotides are bioactive compounds with the potential to mitigate weaning-associated challenges in piglets. An experiment was conducted to determine the interaction effect of antimicrobial growth promoters(AGP) and a nucleotide-rich yeast extract(NRYE) on growth performance and apparent total tract digestibility(ATTD) of dry matter(Dm), crude protein(CP) and gross energy(GE),and to establish whether NRYE supplementation may completely or partially replace AGP in diets for weaned pigs. In phase 1 and 2, corn, wheat, canola meal and soybean meal based diets, which were formulated to contain 0.0 or 0.1% NRYE with 0, 25, 50, 75 or 100% of the recommended AGP dosage, were fed to 108 twenty-one day old piglets(initial body weight 7.11 ± 0.9 kg; mean ±SD) from d 1 to 14 and15 to 28, respectively. Overall, increasing AGP level in NRYE supplemented diets linearly decreased average daily gain(ADG)(P = 0.002) and gain-to-feed ratio(G:F)(P = 0.007); and quadratically decreased ATTD of Dm(P = 0.001), CP(P =0.003) and G:F(P = 0.017) during phase 2. Compared with control and pigs fed NRYE with 100% of recommended AGP dosage, pigs fed 0.1% NRYE without AGP had greater(P menting 0.1% NRYE improved growth performance of pigs but this beneficial effect was reduced by increasing dietary AGP dosage.
