Objective:The objective of the study is to study the growth promotion effects of Bacillus subtilis inoculants on the growth of Bletilla striata ***:Various concentrations(1/10×,1/50×,1/100×,and 1/500×dilutions)of *** inoculants were applied on the *** *** height,base diameter,leaf length,leaf width,relative chlorophyll content,tuber diameter,average fibrous root length,number of fibrous roots,and fresh weight were measured after incubation for 50 ***:Treatments with different concentrations of *** significantly increased the number of fibrous roots of the *** seedlings and promoted root elongation,and a higher concentration(1/10×dilution)is associated with more significant promotion *** seedlings treated with different concentrations of *** all showed an increase of relative chlorophyll contents in leaves with the increasing inoculant *** *** inoculant at a high concentration(1/10×dilution)significantly promoted the plant height and base diameter of *** *** application of *** did not significantly promote the tuber diameter and fresh weight of *** *** component analysis confirmed the maximum growth promotion by *** inoculant in 1/10×dilution than the other ***:The application of *** can increase the relative chlorophyll content,promote growth and development of roots,and increase plant height and base diameter of *** ***,*** has significant growth promotion effects on *** *** findings provide theoretical basis for the ecological cultivation of ***.

A series of unreported fullerodihydropyridine-3-ones were synthesized as a new family of fullerene derivatives in moderate to good yields by a simple one-step reaction of[60]fullerene with cheap and readily available β-substituted ethylamines in the absence or presence of arylacetaldehydes under the assistance of Cu(OAc)_(2).The in situ generation of arylacetaldehydes by the C—N bond cleavage of arylethylamines avoided their complex synthesis in advance and realized the preparation of fullerodihydropyridine-3-ones with structural and functional diversities,which may have promising applications in perovskite solar cells to improve the performance of photovoltaic devices due to the existence of a largeπ-conjugated system on the dihydropyridine-3-one ring.

Flame stabilization is the key to extending scramjets to hypersonic speeds;accordingly,this topic has attracted much attention in theoretical research and engineering *** study performed large eddy simulations(LESs)of lifted hydrogen jet combustion in a stepped-wall combustor,focusing on the flame stabilization mechanisms,especially for the autoignition *** assumed probability density function(PDF)approach was used to close the subgrid chemical reaction *** reliability of the solver was confirmed by comparing the LES results with experimental data and published simulated *** hydrogen jet and the incoming stream were first mixed by entraining large-scale vortices in the shear layer,and stable combustion in the near-wall region was achieved downstream of the flame induction *** autoignition cascade is a transition of fuel-rich flame to stoichiometric ratio flame that plays a role in forming the flame base,which subsequently causes downstream flame *** cases with different jet total temperatures are compared,and the results show that the increase in the total temperature reduces the lift-off distance of the *** the highest total temperature case,an excessively large scalar dissipation rate inhibits the autoignition cascade,resulting in a fuel-rich low-temperature flame.

Background Because patients with scar contracture of the neck are at a high risk of loss of the airway control after anesthesia induction, awake intubation is usually recommended. This retrospective clinical study was designed to evaluate the possibility, safety and efficacy of airway management and tracheal intubation under general anesthesia in such patients. Methods This retrospective study included 1683 patients from January 1994 to December 2006 with scar contracture of the neck, aged 1.5--67.0 years, who were scheduled for elective plastic surgery under general anesthesia in Plastic Surgery Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College. Based on the results of the preoperative airway assessment, the patients were classified into group 1 （including 1375 patients with the atlanto-occipital extension of 〉20° and the Mallampatti＇s grade I or II） and group 2 （containing 308 patients with the atlanto-occipital extension of 〈20° and the Mallampatti＇s grade III or IV. In group 1, the intravenous induction and maintenance of anesthesia and succinylcholine for muscle relaxation were used. The intubation was done using a modified Macintosh technique. In group 2, the total intravenous anesthesia （TIVA） or the sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia was chosen and the spontaneous breathing was reserved during anesthesia. The intubation was performed by a fiberoptic stylet laryngoscope （FOSL）. The number of intubation attempts, intubation time and relative complications were observed and recorded in all patients. Results In group 1, the intubation was accomplished during the first attempt in 1279 cases （93%） and the intubation time was 〈3 minutes in 1304 cases （95%）. In group 2, the intubation was completed by the first attempt in 114 patients （37%） and 123 patients had an intubation time of 〈3 minutes （40%）. Drought across Northwest China in late spring has exerted a vital effect on the local climate and agricultural production,and has been alleviated during the past *** study explored the influence of the preceding Arctic sea ice on the May drought in Northwest China caused by the precipitation *** analysis indicated that when the Greenland Sea ice concentration is abnormally high during February to April,the dry conditions in Northwest China tend to be *** increase of sea ice in the Greenland Sea can excite a meridional circulation,which causes sea surface temperature(SST)anomalies in the North Atlantic via the sea-air interaction,manifested as significant warm SST anomalies over the south of Greenland and the subtropical North Atlantic,but negative SST anomalies over the west of the *** abnormal SST pattern maintains to May and triggers a zonal wave train from the North Atlantic through Scandinavia and Central Asia to Northwest China,leading to abnormal cyclones in Northwest ***,Northwest China experiences a more humid climate than usual.

The phenomenon of induced transparency, characterized by a high quality(Q) factor, holds significant importance in the fields of high-precision sensing, energy storage and wave manipulation. Conventional transparency systems are often constrained by the limited experimentally accessible parameter space and the lack of independent control over intrinsic parameters, thereby hindering advanced research on high-Q effects. Here we propose a virtualized coupled-oscillator system that enables reconfigurable induced transparency in the reflection spectrum. By virtually incorporating a pair of coupled oscillators into an individual acoustic meta-atom, we achieve the manipulation of induced transparency in a decoupled, wide-ranging, and elaborate manner. Exploiting the diverse evolutions across the intrinsic parameter space, we show experimentally a counter-intuitive increase in the Q-factor of the transparency window, which is attributed to the enhanced dissipation of the bright ***, a constant group delay at the center frequency is observed accompanying this evolution. Our work demonstrates an intriguing platform as well as a novel strategy to engineer high-Q induced transparency phenomenon, and paves the way towards applications in programmable acoustic sensors, filters and slow-wave devices.

Low-cost and fluoride-free synthesis of MFI zeolite nanosheets with enhanced stability for benzene alkylation with ethanol

Zeolite nanosheets with a short b-axis thickness are highly desirable in lots of catalytic reactions due to their reduced diffusion resistance. Nevertheless, conventional synthesis methods usually require expensive structure-directing agents(SDAs), pricey raw materials, and eco-unfriendly fluorine-containing additives. Here, we contributed a cost-effective and fluoride-free synthesis method for synthesizing high-quality MFI zeolite nanosheets through a Silicalite-1(Sil-1) seed suspension and urea cooperative strategy, only with inexpensive colloidal silica as the Si source. Our approach was effective for synthesizing both Sil-1 and aluminum-containing ZSM-5 nanosheets. By optimizing key synthesis parameters,including seed aging time, seed quantity, and urea concentration, we achieved precise control over the crystal face aspect ratio and b-axis thickness. We also revealed a non-classical oriented nanosheet growth mechanism, where Sil-1 seeds induced the formation of quasi-ordered precursor particles, and the(010)crystal planes of these particles facilitated urea adsorption, thereby promoting c-axis-oriented *** obtained ZSM-5 nanosheets exhibited exceptional catalytic performance in the benzene alkylation with ethanol, maintaining stability for over 500 h, which is 5 times longer than traditional ZSM-5 catalysts. Furthermore, large-scale production of ZSM-5 nanosheets was successfully carried out in a 3 L highpressure autoclave, yielding samples consistent with those from laboratory-scale synthesis. This work marks a significant step forward in the sustainable and efficient production of MFI nanosheets using inexpensive and environmentally friendly raw materials, offering the broad applicability in catalysis.

Lithium argyrodites with high ionic conductivity and low cost are considered as one of the most prospective solid electrolytes for all-solid-state lithium ***,the poor chemical stability and compatibility with lithium metal limit their ***,Li5.4PS4.4Cl1.4I0.2solid electrolyte with high ionic conductivity of 11.49 m S cm-1and improved chemical stability is synthesized by iodine *** ultra-thin Li5.4PS4.4Cl1.4I0.2membrane with thickness of 10μm can be obtained by wet coating process,exhibiting a high ionic conductivity of 2.09 mS cm-1and low areal resistance of 1.17Ω***,iodine doping could in-situ form LiI at the lithium/electrolyte interface and improve the critical current density of Li5.4PS4.4Cl1.6from 0.8 to 1.35 mA *** resultant LiCoO2/Li5.4PS4.4Cl1.4I0.2/Li battery shows excellent cycling stability at 1 C,with a reversible specific capacity of 110.1 mA h g-1and a retention of 80.5% after 1000 *** addition,the assembled LiCoO2/Li5.4PS4.4Cl1.4I0.2membrane/Li pouch cell delivers an initial discharge capacity of 110.4 mA h g-1and 80.5% capacity retention after 100 cycles.
