Background:Previous studies have reported associations of specific maternal and paternal lifestyle factors with offspring’s cognitive development during early childhood.This study aimed to investigate the prospective associations between overall parental lifestyle and offspring’s cognitive performance during adolescence and young adulthood in China.Methods:We included 2531 adolescents aged 10-15 years at baseline in 2010 from the China Family Panel Studies.A healthy parental lifestyle score(ranged 0-5)was constructed based on the following five modifiable lifestyle factors:Smoking,drinking,exercise,sleep,and diet.Generalized estimating equation models were used to examine the association between baseline parental healthy lifestyle scores and offspring’s fluid and crystallized intelligence in subsequent years(2012,2014,2016,and 2018).Results:Offspring in the top tertile of parental healthy lifestyle scores performed better in overall fluid intelligence(multivariable-adjusted β=0.53,95%confidence interval[CI]:0.29-0.77)and overall crystallized intelligence(multivariable-adjusted β=0.35,95%CI:0.16-0.54)than those in the bottom tertile of parental healthy lifestyle scores.The results were similar after further adjustment for the offspring’s healthy lifestyle scores and persisted across the subgroups of parental socioeconomic status.Additionally,maternal and paternal healthy lifestyle scores were independently associated with better offspring’s cognitive performance,with significant contribution observed for paternal never-smoking,weekly exercise,and diversified diet.When both parents and offspring adhered to a healthier lifestyle,we observed the highest level of the offspring’s overall crystallized intelligence.Conclusions:Our study indicates that parental adherence to a healthier lifestyle is associated with significantly better offspring’s cognitive performance during adolescence and early adulthood,regardless of socioeconomic status.These findings highlight the potential cognitive benefits of promoting healthy lif

An investigation into the corrosion characteristics and mechanism of directionally solidified(DSed) Mg-3Zn-xCa(x = 0, 0.2, 0.5,0.8 wt.%) alloys in 0.9 wt.% Na Cl solution is presented. The DSed microstructure consists of columnar dendrites and eutectics distributed in the interdendritic region. The primary dendritic arm spacing(PDAS) and the volume fraction(fv) of the secondary phases are under the significant impact of the content of Ca. The corrosion rates evaluated using electrochemical measurements and immersion tests are accelerated monotonously with the increase of Ca content in DSed alloys. The corrosion resistance of the DSed alloys is significantly affected by the corrosion products film(CPF) and the secondary phases. The corrosion products of DSed Mg-3Zn alloy contain Mg(OH)_(2) and ZnO. The existence of ZnO greatly enhances the corrosion resistance of DSed Mg-3Zn alloy. As for the DSed alloys containing Ca content, a relatively protective CPF without deep pits can form on the surface of DSed Mg-3Zn-0.2Ca specimen during the corrosion. The f_(v)of the secondary phases dominates the corrosion rate of the DSed Mg-Zn-Ca alloys. The corrosion of DSed Mg-3Zn-xCa alloys initiates as a result of microgalvanic coupling between the cathodes of secondary phases and α-Mg matrix anode. Then, the corrosion gradually extends longitudinally with the breakdown of CPF.

Photocatalytic fuel cell (PFC) holds great potential for the sustainable production of electricity and degradation of organic pollutants for solving global energy and environmental problems.However,the efficient photodegradation of organic dyes and antibiotic drugs,such as ciprofloxacin (CIP) and methylene blue(MB),remains challenging.Aiming at improving the separation efficiency of hole and electron for electricity generation in the PFC system,TiO_(2)-NPs@NF-x photoanode was fabricated by a cost-effective and laborsaving hydrothermal approach.The as-fabricated photoanode demonstrated abundant active sites,enhanced light harvesting capacity and photogenerated charge carrier separation.At a CIP-HCl concentration of 10 mg/L and p H value of about 7,85%of CIP-HCl can be efficiently removed after 3 h irradiation by 300 W Xe lamp.TiO_(2)-NPs@NF-20 photoelectrode based PFC system exhibited an impressed ability to simultaneously degrade ciprofloxacin and generate electricity under light irradiation with an open circuit voltage of 1.021 V,short circuit current density and maximum power density of 2.4 mA/cm^(2),0.357 mW/cm^(2),respectively.This work provided a cost-effective method for the treatment of organic waste and generation of electrical power.

The retina is a complex visual tissue that perceives light signals because of an exquisite orchestration of high cellular complexity(Fig. 1A). It is of great significance to explore the transcriptome diversity of each cell type for comprehensive understanding(Voigt et al.,2020b). Unlike conventional sequencing methods, single-cell RNAsequencing(scRNA-seq) and single-nucleus RNA-sequencing(snRNA-seq) accurately profile transcriptomic characterization of individual whole cells and nuclei, respectively.

针对电网面临的反调峰特性和新能源消纳问题,提出一种计及源荷侧灵活性调节资源的电力系统优化调度模型。首先,根据负荷特点采用改进SSE-PFCM聚类算法求取负荷典型日。其次,基于负荷用户对电价变化的不同响应行为,提取出具有需求响应潜力的两类负荷,并且分别为其构建计及乐观响应隶属度的模糊负荷转移率模型以及需求价格弹性模型。然后,计及需求响应不确定性模型以及火电机组深度调峰,以系统综合运行成本最小为目标构建优化调度模型,采用引入步长弹性系数的改进粒子群算法求解。最后,以改进IEEE 30节点系统为例进行多种场景的仿真计算分析,结果表明所提策略能够有效提升系统可再生能源的消纳能力和系统运行的经济性。

As an important subset of regulatory T （Treg） cells, IL-10-producing type 1 regulatory T cells （Trl）, have some different features to thymic-derived naturally occurring CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp3^＋ Treg cells（nTreg cells）. Similar to nTreg cells, Trl also play important roles in the control of allergic inflammation in several ways. There is a fine balance between Trl and Th2 responses in healthy subjects. Skewing of allergic-specific effctor T cells to a Trl phenotype appears to be a critical event in successful allergen-specific immunotherapy and glucocorticoids and β2-agonists treatment. Trl suppress Th2 cells and effector cells of allergic inflammation, such as eosinophils, mast cells, basophils, through producing IL-10, and perhaps TGF-β. Understanding of Trl may be helpful in developing new strategies for treatment of allergic diseases.

The tree ring has been regarded as an emerging archive to reconstruct historical atmospheric mercury(Hg)trends,but with the large knowledge gaps in the reliability.In this study,we comprehensively evaluated the Hg source,radial translocation and age effect of Masson pine(Pinus massoniana)tree ring at Mt.Jinyun in Chongqing,to assess the suitability of such tree ring as the archive of atmospheric Hg.Results showed that distinct variabilities among Masson pine tree-ring Hg concentration profiles.The Hg concentration significantly increased along with stem height(P<0.05),indicating the Hg in tree rings mainly derived from foliage uptake atmospheric Hg.We found a distinct age effect that the tree ring of young trees had the higher Hg concentration.Besides,we used the advection-diffusion model to demonstrate how Hg concentration shifted by the advection or/and diffusion in tree rings.The modeling results showed that the advection induced radial translocation during the young growth period of tree was a plausible mechanism to result in the tree-ring Hg record largely different from the trend of anthropogenic Hg emissions in Chongqing.We finally suggest that in further Hg dendrochemistry,better discarding the tree-ring Hg profile of the young growth period to reduce impacts of the radial translocation and age effect.
