In this paper,we investigate the long-time near-conservations of energy and kinetic energy by the widely used exponential integrators to highly oscillatory conservative systems.The modulated Fourier expansions of two kinds of exponential integrators have been constructed and the long-time numerical conservations of energy and kinetic energy are obtained by deriving two almost-invariants of the expansions.Practical examples of the methods are given and the theoretical results are confirmed and demonstrated by a numerical experiment.

A low seed-setting rate is the main limiting factor influencing Tartary buckwheat production under high-yield cultivation conditions.To investigate the seed setting and its spatial characteristics,two Tartary buckwheat cultivars(high seed-setting rate cultivar Qianku 3;low seed-setting rate cultivar liuku 3)were compared by a two-year field trial in 2017 and 2018.The results showed that the Tartary buckwheat underwent simultaneous flowering and fruiting.Flowers,generated from branch,were still blooming during the mature stage of grains on stem,which resulting in a greater number of flowers and grains on the branch than those on the stem at the low part of plant.The seed-setting characteristics significantly differed between two cultivars.The high seed-setting rate of Qianku 3 was 26.6%and 33.2%higher than liuku 3 in 2017 and 2018,respectively.Meanwhile,Qianku 3 showed a higher filled grain number(157.8%)and seed-setting rate(66.4%)on branch than liuku 3.A network analysis showed that the whole-plant seed-setting rate was positively correlated with grain number,which was closely correlated with flower number at the same position of plant.The path-coefficient analysis revealed that grains number on branches was the most dominant component(Path coefficient(P)=2.19)of the seed-setting rate,followed by grains number on stem(P=0.60).The grains number on branches showed the greatest positive direct effect with significant correlation(r=0.76 and P<0.01)on the seed-setting rate.Overall,the present study indicated that the grain number of branches may play a vital role in improving the seed-setting rate in Tartary buckwheat.

Multiple plant lineages have independently evolved sex chromosomes and variable karyotypes to maintain their sessile lifestyles through constant biological innovation.Morus notabilis,a dioecious mulberry species,has the fewest chromosomes among Morus spp.,but the genetic basis of sex determination and karyotype evolution in this species has not been identified.In this study,three high-quality genome assemblies were generated for Morus spp.[including dioecious M.notabilis(male and female)and Morus yunnanensis(female)]with genome sizes of 301–329 Mb and were grouped into six pseudochromosomes.Using a combination of genomic approaches,we found that the putative ancestral karyotype of Morus species was close to 14 protochromosomes,and that several chromosome fusion events resulted in descending dysploidy(2n=2x=12).We also characterized a~6.2-Mb sex-determining region on chromosome 3.Four potential male-specific genes,a partially duplicated DNA helicase gene(named MSDH)and three Ty3_Gypsy long terminal repeat retrotransposons(named MSTG1/2/3),were identified in the Y-linked area and considered to be strong candidate genes for sex determination or differentiation.Population genomic analysis showed that Guangdong accessions in China were genetically similar to Japanese accessions of mulberry.In addition,genomic areas containing selective sweeps that distinguish domesticated mulberry from wild populations in terms of flowering and disease resistance were identified.Our study provides an important genetic resource for sex identification research and molecular breeding in mulberry.

Tartary buckwheat(Fagopyrum tataricum)is an important pseudocereal feed crop with medicinal and nutritional value.Drought is one of the main causes of reduced growth and yield in these plants.We investigated the growth,physiological,and metabolic responses of the widely promoted Tartary buckwheat variety Chuan Qiao No.1 to polyethylene glycol(PEG)-mediated drought stress.Drought significantly decreased shoot length,shoot biomass and relative water content.Root length,malondialdehyde content,electrolyte leakage,activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,catalase and amylase,and contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline were increased by PEG-mediated drought.Untargeted metabolomics analysis identified 32 core metabolites in seedlings subjected to PEG-mediated drought,16 of which increased—including quercetin,isovitexin,cyanidin 3-O-beta-D-glucoside,L-arginine,and glycerophosphocholine,while the other 16 decreased—including 3-methoxytyramine,2,6-diaminopimelic acid,citric acid,UDP-alpha-D-glucose,adenosine,keto-D-fructose.The 32 core metabolites were enriched in 29 metabolic pathways,including lysine biosynthesis,citrate(TCA)cycle,anthocyanin biosynthesis,and aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis.Among them,taurine and hypotaurine metabolism,flavor and flavor biosynthesis,indole alkaline biosynthesis,and alanine,aspartate and glutamate metabolism were the four main metabolic pathways affected by drought.Our findings provide new insights into the physiological and metabolic response mechanisms of Tartary buckwheat to drought stress.

Transfer printing based on switchable adhesive that heterogeneously integrates materials is essential to develop novel electronic systems,such as flexible electronics and micro LED displays.Here,we report a robust design of a thermal actuated switchable dry adhesive,which features a stiff sphere embedded in a thermally responsive shape memory polymer(SMP)substrate and encapsulated by an elastomeric membrane.This construct bypasses the unfavorable micro-and nano-fabrication processes and yields an adhesion switchability of over1000 by combining the peel-rate dependent effect of the elastomeric membrane and the thermal actuation of the sub-surface embedded stiff sphere.Experimental and numerical studies reveal the underlying thermal actuated mechanism and provide insights into the design and operation of the switchable adhesive.Demonstrations of this concept in stamps for transfer printing of fragile objects,such as silicon wafers,silicon chips,and inorganic micro-LED chips,onto challenging non-adhesive surfaces illustrate its potential in heterogeneous material integration applications,such as flexible electronics manufacturing and deterministic assembly.

目的观察糖尿病黄斑缺血(DMI)患眼黄斑区结构和微血管改变。方法回顾性病例研究。2023年1~7月于唐山市眼科医院检查确诊的DMI患者23例31只眼纳入本研究。其中,男性14例23只眼,女性9例8只眼;年龄(59.5±4.6)岁。根据糖尿病视网膜病变早期治疗研究小组制定的DMI分级标准,将患者分为轻度DMI组、中度DMI组、重度DMI组,分别为8、12、11只眼。采用扫频源光相干断层扫描仪测量患眼黄斑中心凹1 mm范围内视网膜浅层毛细血管丛(SVP)的血流密度(VD)、灌注面积(FA)、小血管VD(SVD),内层视网膜毛细血管丛VD、FA以及外层视网膜、脉络膜、神经节细胞复合体(GCC)厚度。对比观察不同程度DMI组患眼黄斑区结构和微血管改变。组间比较采用单因素方差分析或Kruskal-Wallis H检验;采用Spearman相关性分析法分析DMI严重程度与GCC、外层视网膜、脉络膜厚度以及内层视网膜VD、FA和SVP的VD、SVD、FA的相关性。结果轻度DMI组、中度DMI组、重度DMI组患眼GCC(F=70.670)、外层视网膜厚度(H=12.393),视网膜SVP的VD(F=105.506)、SVD(H=25.300)、FA(F=107.655),内层视网膜VD(H=24.098)、FA(H=25.300)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。组间两两比较:GCC厚度和SVP的VD、SVD、FA以及内层视网膜VD:重度DMI组与中度DMI组、中度DMI组与轻度DMI组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论不同程度DMI患眼GCC、外层视网膜、脉络膜厚度以及视网膜SVP的VD、SVD、FA和内层视网膜VD、FA降低,且除脉络膜厚度外,均与DMI程度呈负相关。

目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇预防凶险性前置胎盘患者产后出血的临床效果。方法选取沂南县人民医院2020年12月至2022年12月收治的76例凶险性前置胎盘患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各38例。两组均给予宫缩素及纱条宫腔填塞,在此基础上,对照组给予米索前列醇,观察组在对照组的基础上给予卡前列素氨丁三醇,比较两组治疗效果及产后2、8、24 h出血量。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后2、8、24 h出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇预防凶险性前置胎盘患者产后出血的临床效果较好,可以减少产后出血量。

目的探究雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)在肝癌发生、进展及治疗中的作用机制以及应用局限与优势。方法应用Pubmed数据库,以“mtor、liver cancer、inhibitor”为英文关键词,检索2001-2023年相关文献。纳入标准:(1)mTOR的定义、分型及作用;(2)mTOR与肝癌相关的动物及临床实验研究;(3)mTOR抑制剂研究进展。排除标准:(1)会议摘要;(2)低质量文献。最终纳入70篇相关文献。结果mTOR影响肝癌发生进展作用机制主要包括促进肝癌细胞增殖与转移、抑制肝癌细胞凋亡与自噬、破坏肿瘤微环境及产生药物耐药性。mTOR抑制剂治疗肝癌是一把双刃剑,在延长患者生存期、减少肝癌复发、抗耐药性的同时,也会损害肝功能,甚至无益。结论mTOR信号通路对肝癌的发生、进展及治疗具有重要临床意义,mTOR抑制剂虽然在肝癌的治疗中具有显著的优势,但也存在不足之处。

A facile 3-step synthetic approach to 3-halo-4-substituted-l,5-dihydro-4H-1,2,4-triazolme-5-thiones （la--lk） from corresponding unhalogenated 8a---8i was developed based on the strategy of retro-Michael addition, with the key steps being regioselective S-alkylation of compounds 8a-8i with ethyl 3-iodopropionate（12c） and alkaline cleavage of the propionate protecting group via retro-Michael addition. The synthetic approach was characterized by simplicity of operation and wide substrate scope.
