As people live longer,the burden of aging-related brain diseases,especially dementia,is *** aging increases the risk of cognitive impairment,which manifests as a progressive loss of neuron function caused by the impairment of synaptic plasticity via disrupting lipid ***,supplemental dietary lipids have the potential to prevent brain *** review summarizes the important roles of dietary lipids in brain function from both structure and mechanism *** and animal studies have provided evidence of the functions of polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs)in brain *** results of interventions indicate that phospholipids—including phosphatidylcholine,phosphatidylserine,and plasmalogen—are efficient in alleviating cognitive impairment during aging,with plasmalogen exhibiting higher efficacy than *** is a recognized nutrient used in clinical trials due to its special vinyl ether bonds and abundance in the postsynaptic membrane of *** research should determine the dose-dependent effects of plasmalogen in alleviating brain-aging diseases and should develop extraction and storage procedures for its clinical application.

融合动态奖励策略的无人机编队路径规划方法

针对未知动态环境下无人机(unmanned aerial vehicle,UAV)编队路径规划问题,提出融合动态编队奖励函数的多智能体双延迟深度确定性策略梯度(multi-agent twin delayed deep deterministic strategy gradient algorithm incorporating dynamic formation reward function,MATD3-IDFRF)算法的UAV编队智能决策方案。首先,针对无障碍物环境,拓展稀疏性奖励函数。然后,深入分析UAV编队路径规划中重点关注的动态编队问题,即UAV编队以稳定的结构飞行并根据周围环境微调队形,其本质为每两架UAV间距保持相对稳定,同时也依据外界环境而微调。为此,设计基于每两台UAV之间最佳间距和当前间距的奖励函数,在此基础上提出动态编队奖励函数,并结合多智能体双延迟深度确定性(multi-agent twin delayed deep deterministic,MATD3)算法提出MATD3-IDFRF算法。最后,设计对比实验,在复合障碍物环境中,所提动态编队奖励函数能将算法成功率提升6.8%,将收敛后的奖励平均值提升2.3%,将编队变形率降低97%。

1997—2011年中国成年居民三餐能量、宏量营养素供能比及变化趋势

目的了解1997—2011年中国成年居民三餐能量和宏量营养素供能比水平和变化趋势。方法通过1997—2011年“中国健康与营养调查”数据库,采用分层概率抽样方法对辽宁、江苏、山东、河南、湖北、湖南、广西、贵州和黑龙江的228个社区人群... 详细信息

目的了解1997—2011年中国成年居民三餐能量和宏量营养素供能比水平和变化趋势。方法通过1997—2011年“中国健康与营养调查”数据库,采用分层概率抽样方法对辽宁、江苏、山东、河南、湖北、湖南、广西、贵州和黑龙江的228个社区人群进行抽样,共纳入21 697名18~80岁成年人。对男性和女性的三餐能量、宏量营养素供能比变化趋势进行分析。采用3天24小时膳食回顾调查方法进行膳食调查,并通过受试者自报早餐、午餐及晚餐摄入情况,计算出三餐能量和宏量营养素供能比。结果 1997—2011年,中国成年居民年龄、性别、吸烟率、饮酒率、体力活动量、体质指数及城市化指数差异均有统计学意义。其中,年龄由42.52岁增长至49.74岁(P<0.01),男性所占比例由49.13%下降至47.08%(P=0.05),城市化指数由53.09上升至71.76(P<0.01)。全天总能量摄入量呈逐年下降趋势,由2299.57 kal/d下降至1908.37 kcal/d(P<0.01);碳水化合物供能比呈逐年下降趋势,由62.08%下降至52.02%(P<0.01);脂肪供能比(由25.34%上升至33.47%(P<0.01))和蛋白质供能比(由12.05%上升至13.71%(P<0.01))均呈逐年上升趋势。按性别、年龄、体质指数分层后,中国成年人的三餐能量和宏量营养素供能比均与全天总摄入量变化趋势一致。并且,午餐和晚餐的能量及宏量营养素供能比均显著高于早餐。结论 1997—2011年中国成年人午餐和晚餐能量及宏量营养素供能比均显著高于早餐,三餐能量和碳水化合物供能比逐年降低,三餐脂肪和蛋白质供能比逐年升高。

Markov decision evolutionary game theoretic learning for cooperative sensing of unmanned aerial vehicles

As one of the major contributions of biology to competitive decision making, evolutionary game theory provides a useful tool for studying the evolution of cooperation. To achieve the optimal solution for unmanned aerial vehicles （UAVs） that are car- rying out a sensing task, this paper presents a Markov decision evolutionary game （MDEG） based learning algorithm. Each in- dividual in the algorithm follows a Markov decision strategy to maximize its payoff against the well known Tit-for-Tat strate- gy. Simulation results demonstrate that the MDEG theory based approach effectively improves the collective payoff of the roam. The proposed algorithm can not only obtain the best action sequence but also a sub-optimal Markov policy that is inde- pendent of the game duration. Furthermore, the paper also studies the emergence of cooperation in the evolution of self-regarded UAVs. The results show that it is the adaptive ability of the MDEG based approach as well as the perfect balance between revenge and forgiveness of the Tit-for-Tat strategy that the emergence of cooperation should be attributed to.

Pendulum-like oscillation controller for micro aerial vehicle with ducted fan based on LQR and PSO

This paper describes a novel type of pendulum-like oscillation controller for micro air vehicle(MAV) hover and stare state in the presence of external disturbances,which is based on linear-quadratic regulator(LQR) and particle swarm optimization(PSO).A linear mathematical model of pendulum phenomenon based upon actual wind tunnel test data representing the hover mode is established,and a hybrid LQR and PSO approach is proposed to stabilize *** is applied to parameter optimization of the designed LQR controller.A series of comparative experiments are conducted,and the results have verified the feasibility,effectiveness and robustness of our proposed approach.

全国标准级测氡仪的统一校准及低浓度测量比对

为了提升国内氡计量能力,组织了全国11家已建标实验室的标准级测氡仪开展统一校准。在校准的基础上,开展了低浓度测量比对,分析参比实验室在低浓度水平处进行量值传递的可行性。统一校准在700~3000 Bq/m^(3)氡浓度量级进行,氡浓度参考值可溯源至氡活度基准装置,不确定度为1.6%(k=2)。各标准级测氡仪的体积活度响应范围为0.93~1.02,不确定度范围为2.2%~3.6%(k=2)。低浓度比对在100~400 Bq/m^(3)氡浓度量级进行,大部分标准级测氡仪的|E_(n)|值小于1,通过优化量传的策略,标准级测氡仪在100 Bq/m^(3)以上开展量值传递是可行的;但在100 Bq/m^(3)或以下浓度量级开展量值传递,各参比实验室仍需提升测量能力及氡浓度调控能力。

MTCR-CR Routing Strategy for Connection-Oriented Routing over Satellite Networks

The high-speed movement of satellites makes it not feasible to directly apply the mature routing scheme on the ground to the satellite ***-DVTR in the snapshot-based connectionoriented routing strategy is one of the representative solutions,but it still has room for improvement in terms of routing *** this paper,we propose an improved scheme for connection-oriented routing strategy named the Minimal Topology Change Routing based on Collaborative Rules(MTCR-CR).The MTCR-CR uses continuous time static topology snapshots based on satellite status to search for intersatellite link(ISL)construction solutions that meet the minimum number of topology changes to avoid route *** simulation results in Beidou-3 show that compared with DT-DVTR,MTCR-CR reduces the number of routing changes by about 92%,the number of path changes caused by routing changes is about38%,and the rerouting time is reduced by approximately 47%.At the same time,in order to show our algorithm more comprehensively,the same experimental index test was also carried out on the Globalstar satellite constellation.

To the Editor:Type 2 diabetes(T2D)showed increasing prevalence worldwide and put a huge burden on healthcare systems.[1]Branched-chain amino acids(BCAAs,including Leucine,Isoleucine,and Valine),a prominent group of essential amino acids,are important nutrition signals that have important effects on protein synthesis,glucose homeostasis,and nutrient-sensitive signaling *** BCAA can predict the development of T2D,whereas the studies of dietary BCAA on T2D risk showed conflicting results.[2]Most of the researches about dietary BCAAs used a single or limited number of measurements,ignoring the dynamic changes of dietary BCAA levels throughout life and their relevance to the development of diabetes.A life-course approach using multiple dietary BCAA measurements over time may shed new light on dietary BCAA trajectories and their relation to T2D ***,in the current study,we first use latent class mixed model(LCMM)to characterize BCAA intake trajectories over 18 years in longitudinal data from China and investigate the association of BCAA intake trajectories with the risk of T2D and its biomarkers after adjusting for potential confounding factors.

针对起重机结构服役应力循环特性难以准确测量而导致其剩余寿命难以预测的问题,文中建立了起重机载荷-结构应力的映射关系模型,基于服役运动参量对起重机结构应力指标进行映射计算,基于耦合的服役信息获得面向起重机服役的结构应力循环特性,采用断裂力学理论对起重机结构的剩余寿命进行预测,准确量化起重机的服役周期。同时,以某型起重机为研究对象,基于有限的起重机服役运维数据,采用文中所提研究理论对起重机结构应力循环特性进行映射计算并预测剩余寿命,为起重机安全服役提供一种面向生命周期的评价方法。
