Studies have shown that the m6A reader primarily affects genes expression by participating in the regulation of mRNA localization,splicing,degradation,translation,and other metabolic ***,we discovered that the apple(Malus domestica)m6A reader MhYTP2 bound with and destabilized m6A-modified MdMLO19 *** addition,it enhanced the translation efficiency of m6A-modified mRNA of MdGDH1L,encoding a glutamate dehydrogenase,which confers resistance to powdery *** this study,we report the function of MhYTP2 in the regulation of resistance to low nitrogen(N).The overexpression of MhYTP2 enhances the resistance of apple to low *** show that MhYTP2 binds with and stabilizes the mRNAs of MdALN,which participates in the allantoin catabolic process and cellular response to N starvation in apple;MdPIDL,which participates in root hair elongation;MdTTG1,which is involved in the differentiation process of trichomes;and MdATG8A,which is a core participant in the regulation of *** addition,MhYTP2 accelerates the degradation of MdRHD3 mRNA,which regulates root *** immunoprecipitation-seq and electrophoretic mobility shift assays show that the mRNAs of MdALN,MdATG8A,MdPIDL,MdTTG1,and MdRHD3 are the direct targets of *** or knocking down the above genes in MhYTP2 overexpressing plants dismisses the function of MhYTP2 under low N,suggesting the role of MhYTP2 is dependent on those ***,these results demonstrate that MhYTP2 enhances the resistance of apple to N deficiency by affecting the stability of the bound mRNAs.

The authors established experimental atherosclerosis in rabbits by means of combininghyperlipidemia and repeatedly administered intravenously with serum ot other origins to make the im-munopathologic injuries of arterial endothelia in order to observe the preventive and therapeutic effects otChuanxiong on experimental atherosclerosis. The authors observed that Chuanxiong could significantly de-crease the levels of the serum cholesterol and low density lipoprotein (P< 0. 05) , and relieve the extentof atherosclerosis (P< 0. 05). In addition , Chuanxiong could reduce the red cell deformability. This studysuggests that Chuanxiong plays an active role in preventive and therapeutic effect on atherosclerosis.

It has been shown that ru is valid for the synthesis and decomposition of ammonia[1,2]. Further study of ammonia adsorption and its decomposition products desorption on ru will be important. Previous studies of ammonia adsorption on ru mainly focused on the ammonia synthesis and hydrogen production in the absence of oxygen[3], only a few investigations on ammonia decomposition in the presence of oxygen have been reported[4,5], and the effect of adsorbed oxygen on the rates of ammonia decomposition and product formation on ru are still not well understood. Spinel ferrites NiFeOsupported ru catalysts have been prepared via a simple sol–gel route and applied for converting biomass-derived furfural to 2-methylfuran. The as-prepared catalysts were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis（TG）, Nadsorption–desorption, X-ray diffraction（XRD）, scanning electronic microscopy（SEM）, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy（XPS）. Results showed that the catalysts had well-dispersed ru active sites and large surface area for calcination temperature ranging from 300 to 500 ℃. The conversion of biomass-derived furfural into 2-methylfuran was conducted over ru/NiFeOthrough catalytic transfer hydrogenation in liquid-phase with 2-propanol as the hydrogen source. A significantly enhanced activity and increased 2-methylfuran yield have been achieved in this study. Under mild conditions（180 ℃ and 2.1 MPa N）, the conversion of furfural exceeds 97% and 2-methylfuran yield was up to 83% over the catalyst containing 8 wt% ru. After five repeated uses, the catalytic activity and the corresponding product yield remained almost unchanged. The excellent catalytic activity and recycling performance provide a broad prospects for various practical applications.

An enhanced active and selective catalyst consisting of ruthenium supported on dealuminated HY zeolite has been prepared by a wet im- pregnation method. It was found that BET surface area of ru/HY catalysts significantly increases after HC1 treatment. This treatment also increases the concentration of strong acid sites in the catalyst. The hydrogenolysis of glycerol over 5 wt% ru/HY catalyst was investigated at 190-220℃ , an initial H2 pressure of 3-6 MPa, and in 20 wt% glycerol aqueous solution, The results indicate that HC1 treated ru/HY catalyst shows higher activity compared with the untreated ru/HY catalyst, and that the glycerol hydrogenolysis efficiency is influenced by the porosity and acidity of the support. A selectivity to 1,2-PDO of 81.3% at a glycerol conversion of 60.1% under 3 MPa H2 pressure and 220 ℃ for 10 h was achieved over the modified ru/HY catalyst with a 1.0 mol/L HC1 treatment. It has also been shown that a longer reaction time, a higher temperature and a higher H2 pressure have the positive effects on the glycerol hydrogenolysis efficiency of the enhanced ru/HY.

The Chinese Egret(Egretta eulophotes)is a globally threatened bird species living on the coast and islands of Liaoning,northeastern China,mainly in *** further protect the breeding population of Chinese Egrets,it is important to understand the current protection status of their distribution sites at pre-migration period and migration ***-three individuals were tagged with satellite transmitters at Fantuo Island in changhai and Xingren Island in Zhuanghe,Liaoning Province,northeastern China,in July of 2016,2017,and 2018,to identify important distribution sites during the pre-migration period,as well as detailed migration *** results showed that coastal mudflats in Liaoning and the west coast of North Korea were important feeding and roosting sites for fledgling Chinese Egrets from August to *** home range sizes in August were significantly larger than in *** eastern coast from Shandong to Guangdong,as well as Taiwan,China,and Manila Bay and Galileo Islands in the Philippines,were important stopover sites during fall ***,we found that the egrets’autumn migration could be divided into four routes,i.e.,sea-crossing migration(SCM),coastal migration(CM),inland migration(IM),and mixed migration(MM).The migration distance,timing,speed,and straightness of the four routes also *** SCM routes were the straightest,and had the fastest migration speed and shortest travel time,while the IM routes had the lowest straightness and speed,and the longest *** Bay and Bohol Island in the Philippines,the west coast of Tanintharyi in Myanmar,and the Zengwun River Estuary in Taiwan,China,were wintering *** findings on the key distribution sites along pre-migration and fall migration routes,including some stopover sites,have important implications for the conservation of and global action plan development for the vulnerable Chinese Egret.

This study compared Sheng Xue Ning(SXN)tablets with ferrous succinate(FS)tablets in terms of their efficacy for the treatment of iron-deficient renal anemia and safety in patients subject to maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).A total of 94 patients undergoing MHD were randomly assigned to an experiment group(receiving oral SXN tablcts,SXN group)and a control group(orally given FS tablets,FS group)and followed up for 12 ***(EPO)was used in both *** eficacy was assessed by detecting the subsequent changes in hemoglobin(Hb),serum iron(SI),SF and transferrin saturation(TSAT).At the 12th week,Hb and TSAT levels in both groups were significantly increased compared to those in the screening period(P<0.05).However,no significant difference in Hb and TSAT was found between the two *** average weekly EPO dosage used was lower in SXN group than in FS group(P<0.05)at the 10th week and the 12th *** study showed that SXN tablets can effectively ameliorate renal anemia and keep iron metabolism stable in MHD patients,and its efficacy is virtually close to that of FS ***,SXN tablets can reduce the dosage of EPO and have a good safety profile.

替格瑞洛是一种新型口服抗血小板药物,通过直接作用于二磷酸腺苷(ADP)受体P2Y12抑制ADP介导的血小板聚集,发挥抗血小板功能。除抑制血小板聚集外,替格瑞洛还表现出生物多效性,如增加冠状动脉血流、限制心肌梗死面积和诱发呼吸困难等。研究认为替格瑞洛的生物多效性与腺苷密切相关,但目前有关替格瑞洛对血浆腺苷浓度影响的研究结果并不一致,可能与血浆腺苷浓度的不同测定方法(尤其是终止液配比)、不同测定时间点等有关。规范血浆腺苷浓度的测定方法以及动态监测服用替格瑞洛后血浆腺苷浓度的变化,有助于进一步明确替格瑞洛对血浆腺苷浓度的影响。
