Subcellular distributions and chemical forms of cadmium （Cd） in the leaves, stems and roots were investigated in low-Cd accumulation cultivars and high-Cd accumulation cultivars ofpakchoi （Brassica chinensis L.）. Root cell wall played a key role in limiting soil Cd from entering the protoplast, especially in the low-Cd cultivars. The high-Cd cultivars had significantly higher leaf and stem Cd concentrations than the low-Cd cultivars in cell wall fraction, chloroplast/trophoplast fraction, organelle fraction and soluble fraction. In low-Cd cultivars, which were more sensitive and thus had greater physiological needs of Cd detoxification than high-Cd cultivars, leaf vacuole sequestrated higher proportions of Cd. Cd in the form of pectate/protein complexes （extracted by 1 tool. L~ NaC1） played a decisive role in Cd translocation from root to shoot, which might be one of the mechanisms that led to the differences in shoot Cd accumulation between the two types of cultivars. Furthermore, the formation of Cd- phosphate complexes （extracted by 2% HAc） was also involved in Cd detoxification within the roots of pakchoi under high Cd stress, suggesting that the mechanisms of Cd detoxification might be different between low- and high-Cd cultivars.

为通过骆驼布鲁氏菌A19株疫苗免疫试验筛选出适宜的免疫方案,选择布鲁氏菌抗体检测阴性骆驼60头,按照不同剂量、不同年龄分4组颈部皮下注射免疫,并于免疫后不同时间采样检测免疫抗体。结果显示,1~3岁骆驼标准剂量(6×10^(10)CFU/头)免疫后23 d,免疫抗体阳性率为100%,至免疫12个月,免疫抗体阳性率0;1~3岁骆驼减低剂量(1×10^(9)CFU/头)免疫23 d,免疫抗体阳性率为94.1%,至免疫6个月,免疫抗体阳性率为0。3~12月龄骆驼标准剂量免疫38 d,免疫抗体阳性率为50%,免疫6个月,免疫抗体阳性率0。3~12月龄骆驼减低剂量免疫38 d,免疫抗体阳性率为16.7%,免疫6个月,免疫抗体阳性率为0。结果表明,1~3岁骆驼使用布氏菌活疫苗(A19株)标准剂量(6×10^(10)CFU/头)皮下注射免疫,效果最好。

In this paper,in order to achieve the output signal processing of cavity beam position monitor(CBPM),we develop a digital intermediate frequency receiver architecture based signal processing system,which consists of radio frequency(RF) front end and high speed data acquisition *** beam position resolution in the CBPM signal processing system is superior to 1μ*** signal processing algorithms,fast Fourier transform(FFT) and digital down converter(DDC),are evaluated offline using MATLAB platform,and both can be used to achieve,the CW input signal,position resolutions of 0.31μm and 0.10μm at -16 *** DDC algorithm for its good compatibility is downloaded into the FPGA to realize online measurement,reaching the position resolution of 0.49μm due to truncation *** whole system works well and the performance meets design target.

Background Rat renal transplantation is an essential experimental model and requires greater microsurgical ***,training novices to perform quick and reliable microvascular anastomosis is of vital importance for rat renal *** this study,we developed and evaluated a staged microvascular anastomosis training program for novices,harvesting and transplanting both kidneys from one rat *** Five trainees without any prior microsurgical experience underwent a training program in which the goals were staged according to *** trainee had to achieve satisfactory results as evaluated by a mentor before entering the next *** renal transplantation was accomplished by end-to-end technique with a bladder *** the intensive rat renal transplantation stage,the trainees required an average of 20 independent attempts at isotransplantation as final training *** After 2 months of intensive practice,all trainees had achieved stable and reproducible rat renal transplantation,with a satisfactory survival rate of 85.9% at postoperative Day *** total mean operative time was 78.0 minutes and the mean hot ischemia time was 26.2 *** experience increasing,the operative time for each trainee showed a decreasing trend,from 90-100 minutes to 60-70 *** 20 cases,the mean operative time of the trainees was not statistically significantly different from that of the *** Harvesting and transplanting both kidneys from one rat donor after a staged microvascular anastomosis training program is feasible for novices without any prior microsurgical skills.

Ligand N^(2),N^(6)-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)pyridine-2,6-dicarboxamide(L=BHPC)was synthesized and used to construct lanthanide-based mesoporous material *** the structure of resulting Eu-L-MCM-41,Eu^(3+)was chelated by BHPC,and the Eu-L complexes were anchored into the forming MCM-41 host by the reaction between the hydroxyl group and active *** mesoporous material Eu-L-MCM-41 was characterized by UV,IR,small-angle X-ray diffraction(SAXRD)patterns,nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms,TGA and fluorescence *** results indicate that ligand and Eu^(3+) have been introduced into the MCM-41 host,and Eu-L-MCM-41 exhibits characteristic luminescence of Eu^(3+).

Genetic variation drives phenotypic evolution within populations. Genetic variation can be divided into different forms according to the size of genomic changes. However, study of large-scale genomic variation such as structural variation and aneuploidy is still limited and mainly based on the static, predetermined feature of individual genomes. Here, using SCRaMbLE,different levels of loss of heterozygosity(LOH) events including short-range LOH, long-range LOH and whole chromosome LOH were detected in evolved strains. By contrast, using rapid adaptive evolution, aneuploidy was detected in the adaptive strains. It was further found that deletion of gene GLN3, long-range LOH in the left arm of synthetic chromosome Ⅹ, whole chromosome LOH of synthetic chromosome Ⅹ, and duplication of chromosome Ⅷ(trisomy) lead to increased rapamycin resistance in synthetic yeast. Comparative analysis of genome stability of evolved strains indicates that the aneuploid strain has a higher frequency of degeneration than the SCRaMbLEd strain. These findings enrich our understanding of genetic mechanism of rapamycin resistance in yeast, and provide valuable insights into yeast genome architecture and function.

Pneumonia is the inflammation of the lungs and it is the world’s leading cause of death for children under 5 years of *** latest coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)virus is a prominent culprit to severe *** the pandemic running rampant for the past year,more than 1590000 deaths has occurred worldwide up to December 2020 and are substantially attributable to severe pneumonia and induced cytokine *** therapeutic approaches in addition to the vaccines and drugs under development are hence greatly sought *** harnessing stem cells and their derivatives have been established by basic research for their versatile capacity to specifically inhibit inflammation due to pneumonia and prevent alveolar/pulmonary fibrosis while enhancing antibacterial/antiviral immunity,thus significantly alleviating the severe clinical conditions of *** recent clinical trials,mesenchymal stem cells have shown effectiveness in reducing COVID-19-associated pneumonia morbidity and mortality;positioning these cells as worthy candidates for combating one of the greatest challenges of our time and shedding light on their prospects as a nextgeneration therapy to counter future challenges.

Synthesis and properties of a novel bolaamphiphile surfactant derived from proline

A novel bolaamphiphile surfactant N,N0-（octane-1,8-diyl）bis（pyrrolidine-2-carboxamide）（DAOP）, was designed and synthesized from proline and 1,8-diaminooctane, as the hydrophilic part and hydrophobic part, respectively. After separation and purification, the structures of the synthesized bola surfactants were verified by IR, MS and-1 H NMR. The p Kawas measured by a titration experiment, the turbidity was determined using a Shimadzu UV-1750 spectrophotometer, and the critical micelle concentration（CMC）values of the synthesized surfactants in water were obtained using the conductivity and fluorescence probe measurements. The synthesized bolaamphiphile surfactants demonstrate the ability of selfassemble to form vesicles that were confirmed with dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the novel bolaamphiphile surfactant derived from proline might potentially be an excellent carrier for drug delivery.

目前学界对学龄前儿童语篇搭桥能力发展的研究多集中在印欧语母语背景儿童,很少对汉语母语儿童进行考察。本研究设计了两个真值判断任务,考察三至五岁汉语儿童如何将有定的限定词短语和反身代词“自己”与其各自的先行词进行语篇搭桥,以及他们的搭桥能力如何发展。结果显示,汉语儿童从三岁起就能够进行上述两类搭桥,且该能力在四岁时进入平稳发展阶段。儿童的搭桥表现受到非语言认知因素的影响,在需要调用较少认知加工资源的条件下,儿童的搭桥表现得到显著提高。学龄前汉语儿童语篇搭桥能力的发展反映了语言知识与非语言认知因素在儿童语言习得中的互动。

为研究不同支座类型对结构振型和自振周期的影响,利用有限元分析软件SAP2000对西安某体育馆进行建模,研究刚性铰接支座与弹性支座两种支座类型下大悬臂桁架与网架组合结构的模态特性。结果表明:固定铰支座模型与弹性支座模型两者的自振频率相差较大,相较于弹性支座模型,固定铰支座模型第一阶自振频率由1.58741降低到1.1258,减小了41.0%,频率波动较大;弹性支座模型模态振型整体刚度分布均匀,属于整体振动,结构的第一振型以Z方向的竖向振动为主,振型-频率曲线更为平缓,更适用于大悬臂桁架与网架组合结构。
