Guizhou snub-nosed monkey (Rhinopithecus brelichi) is a unique, endangered primate in China, mainly distributed in Fanjing Mountain National Natural Reserve, Guizhou Province, in an area of 275 km2. Recently, habitat loss and fragmentation have caused population isolation. To assess genetic diversity within this species and its population structure, we sequenced 400 bp of the hypervariable I segment from the mitochondrial DNA control region for 128 individuals. Only one haplotype was identified from these individuals. Compared with other primate species, R. brelichi can be regarded as a species with very low genetic diversity, which further adds to the conservation concern.

Developing carbon-based electrocatalysts with excellent N2 adsorption and activation capability holds the key to achieve highly efficient nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR)for reaching its practical ***,we report a highly active electrocatalyst--metal-free pyrrolic-N dominated N,S co-doped carbon(pyrr-NSC)for *** on theoretical and experimental results,it is confirmed that the N and S-dopants practice a working-in-tandem mechanism on pyrr-NSC,where the N-dopants are utilized to create electropositive C sites for enhancing N2 adsorption and the S-dopants are employed to induce electron backdonation for facilitating N2 *** synergistic effect of the pyrrolic-N and S-dopants can also suppress the irritating hydrogen evolution reaction,further boosting the NRR *** work gives an indication that the combination of two different dopants on electrocatalyst can enhance NRR performance by working in the two tandem steps-the adsorption and activation of N2 molecules,providing a new strategy for NRR electrocatalyst design.

At present,the unstoppable rise of the Global South countries and their increasing strategic autonomy has become an important per-spective to understand the current world pattern and regional cooperation,and also brings complex prospect for competition and cooperation between various forces in the Horn of *** one of the most important extraterritorial forces concerning the situation of the Horn of Africa,the‘New Cold War’in the Middle East has brought certain risks to the security situation in the Horn of Africa,while the Gulf Arab States are expected to become active partners in the governance of the Horn of Africa with the arrival of the tide of Middle East *** than serving as a chessboard or even pieces in the game of external powers in the past,the countries of the Horn of Africa are now trying to enhance their strategic autonomy and strengthen their solidarity to collec-tively address regional security *** an rightful member and key power of the Global South,China has taken the opportunity of establishing a Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa Affairs to pro-vide new ideas for non-regional forces to participate constructively in the governance of the Horn of *** third-party cooperation between China and Gulf Arab States in the Horn of Africa will help transform the negative intervention of non-regional forces into positive cooperation,stimulate the endogenous momentum of change in the region,and promote the develop-ment of regional governance in the Horn of Africa in a more bal-anced direction.

BACKGROUND Sequential transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)and portal vein embolization(PVE)are associated with long time interval that can allow tumor growth and nullify treatments'*** To evaluate the effect of simultaneous TACE and PVE for patients with large hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)prior to elective major *** Fifty-one patients with large HCC who underwent PVE combined with or without TACE prior to hepatectomy were included in this study,with 13 patients in the simultaneous TACE+PVE group,17 patients in the sequential TACE+PVE group,and 21 patients in the PVE-only *** outcomes of the procedures were compared and *** All patients underwent *** mean interval from embolization to surgery,the kinetic growth rate of the future liver remnant(FLR),the degree of tumor size reduction,and complete tumor necrosis were significantly better in the simultaneous TACE+PVE group than in the other *** the patients in the simultaneous TACE+PVE group had a higher transaminase levels after PVE and TACE,they recovered to comparable levels with the other two groups before *** intraoperative course and the complication and mortality rates were similar among the three *** overall survival and disease-free survival were higher in the simultaneous TACE+PVE group than in the other two *** Simultaneous TACE and PVE is a safe and effective approach to increase FLR volume for patients with large HCC before major hepatectomy.

为支持高技术虚拟企业对利益分配冲突的监控、识别和求解,基于可拓逻辑设计了一套具有较强元决策能力的冲突求解系统。根据发散思维和收敛思维相结合的问题求解框架,构建了利益分配冲突求解系统的体系结构;定义了实时监控利益分配冲突强度的可拓集,给出了表层利益分配冲突的识别方法和核心利益分配冲突的拓展方法,并设计了基于传导规则和共轭规则的启发式求解逻辑,使系统具备了自动调整利益分配策略的能力。系统体系结构的设计方案及其冲突求解策略可独立于利益分配冲突管理的背景,具有较好的可移植性。

Combinational therapy of lamivudine and oxymatrine has been employed in the battle against hepatitis B virus in clinical setting. However, the pharmacokinetic behavior of the drug or active metabolism in intravenous/oral co-administration regime is poorly investigated. Herein,we evaluated the pharmacokinetic characteristic through a tailor-designed 3 way crossoverLatin square experiment in adult male beagle dogs. Six dogs were randomly treated by intravenous administration of lamivudine(2.5 mg/kg), oxymatrine(15 mg/kg) and combinational dosage, named as intravenous regime. Meanwhile the other six dogs were orally administrated with lamivudine(2.5 mg/kg), oxymatrine(15 mg/kg) and combinational dosage,named as oral regime. The pharmacokinetic feature in simultaneous oral treatment appeared to have no significant difference when compared with individual administration,even including matrine, the active metabolite of oxymatrine. In intravenous regime, the main pharmacokinetic parameters of simultaneous administration were nearly consistent with intravenous regime remedy. The collaborated application of lamivudine and oxymatrine contributed to non-distinctive pharmacokinetic fluctuations of beagle dogs in intravenous/oral regime, compared with individual employment, which established a vital base for the clinical co-administration against hepatitis B. Furthermore, the present study demonstrated that the determination of pharmacokinetics between combinational and individual therapy might assist in the development of drug compatibility in clinical therapy.

Potassium metal battery is a promising alternative to Li-ion battery for large-scale energy storage due to the abundant potassium resources and high energy ***,it suffers from rapid capacity fading and safety issues due to the uncontrolled dendrite ***,we design a fluorine-free ultra-low concentration electrolyte(ULCE)with the super bulky[BPh_(4)]^(−) anions for stable potassium metal *** this special electrolyte,the migration rate of K+in the electrolyte is about six times faster than that of the[BPh_(4)]^(−) anions because of the super bulky structure of the[BPh_(4)]^(−) anions,thus resulting in a high K^(+)transference number of *** high transference number can effectively make up for the deficiency of K^(+)in ULCE for ensuring the normal operation of the potassium metal *** addition,the improved transference number can also promote the uniform distribution of K^(+)flux on the surface of the K metal anode,resulting in uniform K *** a result,this electrolyte achieves a high K plating/stripping Coulombic efficiency of 92.6%over 200 cycles and a stable discharging/charging for 100 cycles under the full battery configuration(K used as the anode and perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic dianhydride used as the cathode).

The dielectric properties of near-stoichiometric LiNbO3：Fe and LiNbO3：Ce single crystals have been investigated using terahertz time domain spectroscopy in a frequency range of 0.71.6 THz at room temperature. When coupled with an applied external optical field, obvious photorefractive effects were observed, resulting in a modulation of the complex dielectric constant for the crystals. The variation in refractive index, ｜△n｜, had a linear relationship with the applied light intensity, accompanied by a step-like decrease at high intensity. The findings were attributed to the internal space charge field of the photorefraction and the light-induced domain reversal in the crystals.

The Tumen river region including Yanji,Tumen, Longjing and Hunchun cities is situated in the east part of Jilin *** region is an important economic exploitation area in the province. The total area is 10, 228. 86 *** are superior geographical location, rich natural rare, various gemorphological types and less farmaland in the region. The remote sensing technique is adopted in the survey of present landuse. The newest Landsat and CCT data are selected in the survey. Comparing the data obtained from remote sensing survey with the data from land detail investigation we can are that the paddy-field, garden for planting fruits, residential area and factory and mine, traffic land have increased in different extents, especially, the residential area is increased rapidly, but the forest land, grazing land have decreased. The unused land has been used. Land productive potentiality system is a multi-hierarchic comprehensive-complex system of natural *** core is photosynthesis of green vegetation, which is affected by factors such as radiation,temperature, rainfall, soil fertility and management level. According to calculation of productive potentiality, the analysis of carrying capacity for population has ho done and the conclusion is drawn. After 2000,the population growth in the region will be reStricted by lack of are of farmland resources and level of grain production. Existing land and its reserve are can not carry a population more than 150×*** is estmeted that the grain only depends on transportstion outside to meet the needs of population growth and social development after 2000.
