Iron-catalyzed Reductive c(aryl)—Si cross-coupling of Diaryl Ethers with chlorosilanes

The reductive cross-coupling between c(aryl)—O and Si—cl bonds is of much importance as a valuable strategy for the construction of c(aryl)—Si bonds but has remained a great ***,we report a reductive cross-coupling of diaryl ethers and chlorosilanes via strong electrophilic c(aryl)—O and Si—cl bonds cleavage by iron catalysis,which constitutes an efficient protocol for the synthesis of a range of functionalized *** combination of low cost Fecl2 as the precatalyst and iPrMgcl as the reductant shows high activity in the successive cleavage of unactivated c(aryl)—O bonds of diaryl ethers and strong electrophilic Si—cl bonds of chlorosilanes,allowing their cross-coupling in a reductive *** low-valent iron species generated in situ by reduction of Fecl2 with iPrMgcl was proposed,which prefers to initially cleavage the c(aryl)—O bond of diaryl ethers with the chelation help of an o-amide auxiliary.

Objective Genomic alterations and potential neoantigens for cervical cancer immunotherapy were identified in a cohort of chinese patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma(cScc).Methods Whole-exome sequencing was used to identify genomic alterations and potential neoantigens for cScc *** Sequencing was performed to analyze neoantigen *** Systematic bioinformatics analysis showed that c>T/G>A transitions/transversions were dominant in *** mutations were the most frequent types of somatic mutation in the coding sequence *** signature analysis detected signature 2,signature 6,and signature 7 in cScc ***3cA,FBXW7,and BIcRA were identified as potential driver genes,with BIcRA as a newly reported *** variation profiling identified 4,960 potential neoantigens,of which 114 were listed in two neoantigen-related *** The present findings contribute to our understanding of the genomic characteristics of cScc and provide a foundation for the development of new biotechnology methods for individualized immunotherapy in cScc.

Graph neural networks have been shown to be very effective in utilizing pairwise relationships across ***,there have been several successful proposals to generalize graph neural networks to hypergraph neural networks to exploit more com-plex *** particular,the hypergraph collaborative networks yield superior results compared to other hypergraph neural net-works for various semi-supervised learning *** collaborative network can provide high quality vertex embeddings and hyperedge embeddings together by formulating them as a joint optimization problem and by using their consistency in reconstructing the given *** this paper,we aim to establish the algorithmic stability of the core layer of the collaborative network and provide generaliz--ation *** analysis sheds light on the design of hypergraph filters in collaborative networks,for instance,how the data and hypergraph filters should be scaled to achieve uniform stability of the learning *** experimental results on real-world datasets are presented to illustrate the theory.

Flame Synthesis of Zr/ZSM-5 catalysts with Tunable Acidity for the Oxidative Dehydrogenation of Propane to Propene

Tuning the surface acidity of ZSM-5 catalyst is essential to achieve desired propene selectivity and *** several ratios of Zr were utilized to modify ZSM-5 via flame spray pyrolysis technique coupled with a pulse spray evaporation *** interaction between Zr and ZSM-5 in the flame influenced the physicochemical and acidity properties of the Zr/*** increasing Zr ratio in ZSM-5 shows coated layers of irregular nano-sized Zr with an increase in crystallite sizes due to the synergetic effect between Zr and *** surface chemical analysis revealed increased lattice oxygen on the Zr modified ZSM-5(1:4) sample compared to other *** acidity analysis revealed the Lewis and Br?nsted acid distribution in the weak and medium acid sites on the catalyst ***,the increase in Zr loading decreased the concentration of Br?nsted acid sites and tuned the catalyst surface to more Lewis acidity,promoting propene selectivity and hindering the over-oxidation of *** modified ZSM-5 catalysts were examined in a fixed bed reactor within 300℃-700℃ at a gas hourly space velocity(GHSV) of 6000 mL·g(catalysts)^(-1)·h^(-1) for the oxidative dehydrogenation of propane(ODHP) to *** the catalysts,Zr/ZSM-5(1:4) exhibited the best propene yield, with 57.19% propane conversion and 75.54% selectivity to propene and the highest *** work provides a promising strategy for tuning the surface acidity of ZSM-5 with Zr for ODHP applications.

This paper revisits the problem of bumpless transfer control(BTc) for discrete-time nondeterministic switched linear systems. The general case of asynchronous switching is considered for the first time in the field of BTc for switched systems. A new approach called interpolated bumpless transfer control(IBTc) is proposed, where the bumpless transfer controllers are formulated with the combination of the two adjacent modedependent controller gains, and are interpolated for finite steps once the switching is detected. In contrast with the existing approaches, IBTc does not necessarily run through the full interval of subsystems, as well as possesses the time-varying controller gains(with more flexibility and less conservatism) achieved from a control synthesis allowing for the stability and other performance of the whole switched system. Sufficient conditions ensuring stability and H_(∞) performance of the underlying system by IBTc are developed, and numerical examples verify the theoretical findings.

Heavy metal(loid)s(HMs)pollution has become a common and complex problem in industrial parks due to rapid industrialization and ***,soil and groundwater were sampled from a retired industrial park to investigate the pollution characteristics of *** show that Ni,Pb,cr,Zn,cd,and cu were the typical HMs in the *** analysis with the positive matrix factorization model indicates that HMs in the topsoil stemmed from industrial activities,traffic emission,and natural source,and the groundwater HMs originated from industrial activities,groundwater-soil interaction,groundwater-rock interaction,and atmosphere *** sequential extraction of soil HMs reveals that As and Hg were mainly distributed in the residue fraction,while Ni,Pb,cr,Zn,cd,and cu mainly existed in the mobile *** HMs either in the total concentration or in the bioavailable fraction preferred to retain in soil as indicated by their high soil-water partitioning coefficients(K_(d)),and the K_(d) values were correlated with soil pH,groundwater redox potential,and dissolved *** relative stable soil-groundwater circumstance and the low active fraction contents limited the vertical migration of soil HMs and their release to *** findings increase our knowledge about HMs pollution characteristics of traditional industrial parks and provide a protocol for HMs pollution scrutinizing in large zones.

Deep neural networks have been widely applied to bearing fault diagnosis systems and achieved impressive success *** address the problem that the insufficient fault feature extraction ability of traditional fault diagnosis methods results in poor diagnosis effect under variable load and noise interference scenarios,a rolling bearing fault diagnosis model combining Multi-Scale convolutional Neural Network(MScNN)and Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)fused with attention mechanism is *** adaptively extract the essential spatial feature information of various sizes,the model creates a multi-scale feature extraction module using the convolutional neural network(cNN)learning *** learning capacity of LSTM for time information sequence is then used to extract the vibration signal’s temporal feature *** parallel large and small convolutional kernels teach the system spatial local *** gathers temporal global features to thoroughly and painstakingly mine the vibration signal’s characteristics,thus enhancing model ***,bearing fault diagnosis is accomplished by using the SoftMax *** experiment outcomes demonstrate that the model can derive fault properties entirely from the initial vibration *** can retain good diagnostic accuracy under variable load and noise interference and has strong generalization compared to other fault diagnosis models.
