Transcriptomic profile of human erythroleukemia cells in response to Sargassum fusiforme polysaccharide and its structure analysis

In the era of time-domain,multi-messenger astronomy,the detection of transient events on the high-energy electromagnetic sky has become more important than *** gravitational wave high-energy electromagnetic counterpart all-sky monitor （GECAM）is a dedicated mission to monitor gamma-ray transients,launched in December,2020.A real-time on-board trigger and location software,using the traditional signal-to-noise ratio （SNR） method for blind search,is constrained to relatively bright signals due to the limitations in on-board computing resources and the need for real-time *** this work,we developed a ground-based pipeline for GECAM to search for various transients,especially for weak bursts missed by on-board *** pipeline includes both automatic and manual mode,offering options for blind search and targeted *** targeted search is specifically designed to search for interesting weak bursts,such as gravitational wave-associated gamma-ray bursts （GRBs）.From the ground search of the data in the first year,GECAM has been triggered by 54 GRBs and other transients,including soft gamma-ray repeaters,X-ray binaries,solar flares,terrestrial gamma-ray *** report the properties of each type of triggers,such as trigger time and light *** this search pipeline and assuming a soft Band spectrum,the GRB detection sensitivity of GECAM is increased to about 1.1×10-8erg cm-2s-1（10-1000 keV,burst duration of 20 s）.These results demonstrate that the GECAM ground search system （both blind search and targeted search） is a versatile pipeline to recover true astrophysical signals which were too weak to be found in the on-board search.

Divisional and hierarchical innervations of G. gecko's toes to motion and reception

As a member of robot families, climbing robots have become one of the research hot-spots in the robotic field recently and Gekko gecko (G. gecko) has been broadly seen as an ideal model for climbing robot development. But for gecko-mimic robots, one of the key problems is how to design the robot's foot. In this paper, (1) high-speed camera recording and electrophysiological method are used to observe motion patterns of G. gecko's foot when it climbs on different oriented surfaces; (2) nerve innervations of gecko's toes to motion and reception are studied. It is found that the five toes of the G. gecko can be divided into two motion and reception divisions, and also its motion and reception are modulated and controlled hierarchically. The results provide important information and exclusive ideas for the foot design and control algorithm of gecko-mimic robots.

Concentric Circular Approach in Mesoporous Silica Transition Process from Hexagonal to Vesicular Structure

We studied the synthesis of mesoporous silica from cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide（CTAB） and so- dium dodecyl sulfate（SDS） at different molar ratios（R）. X-ray diffraction（XRD）, scanning electron spectroscopy （SEM）, transmission electron spectroscopy（TEM） and nitrogen sorption analysis were then used to further investigate the internal relationship among different morphologies and structures, as well as the mechanism of the transition from hexagonal to vesicular structure. The results reveal that as R increased, a consistent and gradual transition occurred via a concentric circular secondary structure formed. The antagonistic effect between the decreasing curvature of surfactant micelle and increasing curvature of secondary structures may be the reason for the complex morphologies synthesized, and the increasing bending energy AGb is the main driving force for the transition.

Preparation, Characterization and Properties of Graphene-silver Sulphide Hybrid

A facile and efficient strategy was reported for the preparation of graphene nanosheets-Ag2S hybrid by a simple hydrothermal process. First, Ag2S particles deposited on the surface of graphene oxide（GO） sheet. GO was then reduced by hydrazine hydrate to graphene. The results of X-ray diffraction（XRD） and Fourier transform infrared（FTIR） demonstrated the efficient reduction of GO to graphene. Transmission electron microscopy（TEM） image of the sample reveals the morphology of the architecture of graphene-Ag2S hybrid. Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy（UV-Vis） and photoluminescence（PL） measurement were further employed to study the optical properties of the obtained nanocomposite. This work can be extended to design other graphene-based hybrid nanomaterials, and the as-grown architectures may hold promise for many applications.

Permian-Triassic Magmatism in the Qin-Fang Tectonic Belt， SW China: New Insights into Tectonic Evolution of the Eastern Palaeo-Tethys

The granites of ambiguous geodynamic mechanism in the Qin-Fang tectonic belt （SW China） were studied in detail based on petrological， element geochemical， zircon U-Pb geochronological， and Hf isotopic data. LA-ICPMS U-Pb analyses on zircon yield ages of 248-245 Ma for the granites from the Qin-Fang tectonic belt. The geochemical data show that they are high-K， calc-alkaline， and peraluminous series. Their εHf（t） values are from -14.01 to -7.75 with two-stage model ages of 1.74–1.43 Ga. These data， integrated with low Al2O3/TiO2， Rb/Sr， Rb/Ba， and (Na2O + K2O)/(FeOT + MgO + TiO2) ratios， and high CaO/Na2O ratios for the granite， suggest an origin from psammite source which was contaminated by mantle-derived components. These observations， in combination with the age data and stratigraphic records in the Jinshajiang， Ailaoshan， and Hainan Island areas suggest that the granites were formed in a post-collision tectonic setting. The Qin-Fang tectonic belt was likely a branched ocean basin of the eastern Palaeo-Tethys.

We investigate high time resolution data obtained by the Gravitational wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor(GECAM)during the flare event on 2022 April 21 at 01:52 *** subpeaks with durations of 4-6 s have been detected in the hard X-ray precursor phase,and the key feature is that they appear in pairs and seem like double-peak *** subpeaks are rarely observed in hard X-ray band and confirmed by the microwave obtained by Nobeyama Radio Polarimeters(NoRP)and Radio Solar Telescope Network(RSTN).While an exponential function can describe the continuum component of the time profile from the precursor to part of the impulsive *** periods of quasi-periodic pulsations(QPPs)are detected to be about 7.3 and 12.8 s for the precursor and impulsive phase,respectively,with at least 95%confidence *** paired QPPs are assumed to be double-peak QPPs and then the scenario of current loop coalescence model is found to be in good agreement with our *** precursor phase can be interpreted as the oscillating coalescence of two islands,while the impulsive phase can be interpreted as more islands to coalesce one by one to form larger islands.

引力波暴高能电磁对应体全天监测器(Gravitational wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor,GECAM)的物理数据分析工作至关重要,所以科学用户需要一套能够涵盖所有伽马暴数据分析功能的软件,且该软件具有满足用户友好、简单易用等特点.本文描述了GECAM伽马暴数据分析软件的架构设计,包括图形用户界面(Graphical User Interface,GUI)和命令行界面(Command Line Interface,CLI),以及伽马暴数据分析的核心算法.本文对核心算法的设计和分析流程进行了概述,包括数据处理、本底分析、伽马暴定位、能谱拟合、上限计算、信号显著性计算、光变分析、外部触发事件关联概率计算,以及对GECAM触发事件进行分类的朴素贝叶斯分类器,为今后利用GECAM开展伽马暴数据分析工作提供了依据和参考.
