Intrinsically disorde.e. prote.ns （IDPs）/intrinsicaUy unstructure. prote.ns are.characte.ize. by the.lack of fixe. or stable.te.tiary structure. and are.incre.singly re.ognize. as an important class of prote.ns with major role. in signal transduction and transcriptional re.ulation. In this study, we.re.ort the.ide.tification and functional characte.ization of a pre.iously uncharacte.ize. prote.n （UPFO258/KIAA1024）, major intrinsically disorde.e. Notch2-associate. re.e.tor 1 （MINAR1）. While.MINAR1 carrie. a single.transme.brane.domain and a short cytoplasmic domain, it has a large.e.trace.ular domain that share. no similarity with known prote.n se.ue.ce.. Uncharacte.istically, MINAR1 is a highly IDP with ne.rly 70% of its amino acids se.ue.ce. unstructure.. We.de.onstrate.that MINAR1 physically inte.acts with Notch2 and its binding to Notch2 incre.se. its stability and function. MINAR1 is wide.y e.pre.se. in various tissue. including the.e.ithe.ial ce.ls of the.bre.st and e.dothe.ial ce.ls of blood ve.se.s. MINAR1 plays a ne.ative.role.in angiogane.is as it inhibits angiogane.is in ce.l culture.and in mouse.matrigal plug and ze.raflsh anglo- ge.e.is mode.s. Furthe.more. while.MINAR1 is highly e.pre.se. in the.normal human bre.st, its e.pre.sion is significantly down- re.ulate. in advance. human bre.st cance. and its re.e.pre.sion in bre.st cance. ce.ls inhibite. tumor growth. Our study de.onstrate. that MINAR1 is an IDP that ne.ative.y re.ulate. angiogane.is and growth of bre.st cance. ce.ls.

The.role.of LDL and HDL in spe.m cryopre.e.vation of rhe.us monke.s has not be.n e.plore.. The.pre.e.t study e.aluate. the.r e.fe.t in comparison with e.g yolk with or without the.addition of pe.me.ble.cryoprote.tant （glyce.ol） on spe.m cryopre.e.vation of rhe.us macaque.. In addition, various additive. inte.de. to change.the.lipid composition of LDL-spe.m me.brane.comple. have.also be.n te.te. for the.r e.fe.tive.e.s in pre.e.ving post-thaw viability. Our findings indicate. that LDL is the.main compone.t in e.g yolk that is re.ponsible.for its prote.tive.role.for spe.m cryopre.e.vation in rhe.us monke.s. Re.ardle.s of the.pre.e.ce.or abse.ce.of glyce.ol, the.prote.tive.role.of LDL is similar to that of e.g yolk and we.did not obse.ve.any supe.iority in post-thaw survival with LDL whe. compare. to e.g yolk. Modifying the.lipid composition of LDL-spe.m me.brane.comple. with the.addition of chole.te.ol, chole.te.ol loade. cyclode.trin and phosphatidylcholine.also did not yie.d any improve.e.ts in pe.t-thaw survival; while.addition of me.hyl-β-cyclode.trin re.uce. post-thaw motility. HDL plays a ne.tral role.in spe.m cryopre.e.vation of rhe.us monke.s. Chi-Square.te.t. Re.ults indicate. that the.Horton mode. be.t simulate. the.wate.-infiltration proce.s in an ae.lian sandy soil with adde. biochar. Howe.e., the.Me.e.ce. mode. be.t simulate. the.infiltration proce.s in a loamy clay soil（e.m-Orthic Anthrosol）.
