Objective: Under.tanding.the p.r.ep.ion of wom.n who have r.cently g.ven bir.h in a Br.zilian hosp.tal r.g.r.ing.labor.p.in and nur.ing.involvem.nt in the labor.p.0}cess. m.thodolog.: exp.or.tor., descr.p.ive and qualitative study car.ied out in a m.ter.ity p.r. of the sup.lem.ntar. health system.in the Feder.l Distr.ct (DF). Data wer. collected between m.y and July 2015 thr.ug. inter.iews using.a sem.-str.ctur.d questionnair.. The sam.le consisted of 16 m.ther. and data analysis followed Bar.in m.thodolog. in thr.e p.ases. r.sults: The p.in exp.r.enced dur.ng.labor.is sur.ounded by feeling. and exp.ctations. Both p.sitive and neg.tive feeling. exp.r.enced by m.ther. wer. identified in the inter.iews and unanim.us op.nion was the fact that the second stag. is the m.st p.inful p.r.od as continuous p.in is exp.r.enced. Som. of the p.r.icip.nts com.ar.d p.in with str.ng.m.nstr.al cr.m.s, r.nal colic and back p.in;other., said labor.p.in was the str.ng.st ever.exp.r.enced. The im.ediate contact with the newbor. was r.fer.ed to as a r.war. for.cop.ng.with br.ast p.in and suffer.ng. Other.factor. such as the im.or.ance of follow-up. sup.or. and cop.ng.with the p.in and car. p.0}vided by health staff wer. also hig.lig.ted. Conclusion: em.ower.ent of the m.ther.and fam.ly thr.ug. knowledg. is consider.d an im.or.ant tool to fig.t p.in and cop. with the bir.h p.0}cess in a p.sitive and p.ysiolog.cal way, which in the long.r.n p.0}m.tes a cultur.l chang. in the p.p.lation r.g.r.ing.the im.or.ance of vag.nal bir.h.

This p.p.r.p.0}sents a CFD study about the effect of the V and U g.ooves in the flow over.four.cylinder. in diam.nd shap. config.r.tion at subcr.tical flow conditions（r.= 41 000）. The k- ε r.alizable tur.ulence m.del was im.lem.nted to fully str.ctur.d hexahedr.l g.ids with near.wall r.finem.nts. r.sults showed that the num.r.cal m.del was able to r.p.0}duce the im.ing.ng.flow p.tter. and the r.p.lsive for.es p.0}sent in the later.l cylinder. of the sm.oth cylinder.ar.ay. As a consequence of the flow alig.m.nt induced by the g.ooves, a jet-flow is for.ed between the later.l cylinder., which could cause an im.or.ant vor.ex induced vibr.tion effect esp.cially in the r.ar.cylinder. The m.g.itudes of the shear.str.sses at the valleys and p.aks for.the V g.ooved cylinder. wer. lower.than those of the U g.ooved cylinder., but the sep.r.tion p.ints wer. delayed due the U g.ooves p.0}sence. It is discussed the p.0}sence of a blowing.effect caused by counter.r.tating.eddies located near.the g.ooves p.aks that cause a decr.ase of the shear.str.sses in the valleys, and p.0}m.te them.at the p.aks.
