Dothideomycetes comprise a highly diverse range of fungi characterized mainly by asci with two wall layers(bitunicate asci)and often with fissitunicate *** species are saprobes,with many asexual states comprising important plant *** are also endophytes,epiphytes,fungicolous,lichenized,or lichenicolous *** occur in terrestrial,freshwater and marine habitats in almost every part of the *** accept 105 families in Dothideomycetes with the new families Anteagloniaceae,Bambusicolaceae,Biatriosporaceae,lichenoconiaceae,Muyocopronaceae,Paranectriellaceae,Roussoellaceae,Salsugineaceae,Seynesiopeltidaceae and Thyridariaceae introduced in this *** family is provided with a description and notes,including asexual and asexual states,and if more than one genus is included,the type genus is also *** family is provided with at least one figure-plate,usually illustrating the type genus,a list of accepted genera,including asexual genera,and a key to these genera.A phylogenetic tree based on four gene combined analysis add support for 64 of the families and 22 orders,including the novel orders,Dyfrolomycetales,lichenoconiales,lichenotheliales,Monoblastiales,Natipusillales,Phaeotrichales and *** paper is expected to provide a working document on Dothideomycetes which can be modified as new data comes to *** is hoped that by illustrating types we provide stimulation and interest so that more work is carried out in this remarkable group of fungi.

A high angular resolution near-infrared image that shows the intensity of polarization for the GG Tau A binary system was obtained with the Subaru Telescope. The image shows a circumbinary disk scattering the light from the central binary. The azimuthal profile of the intensity of polarization for the circumbinary disk is roughly reproduced by a simple disk model with the Henyey-Greenstein phase function and the Rayleigh function, indicating there are small dust grains at the surface of the disk. Combined with a previous observation of the circumbinary disk, our image indicates that the gap structure in the circumbinary disk orbits counterclockwise, but material in the disk orbits clockwise. We propose that there is a shadow caused by material located between the central binary and the circumbinary disk. The separations and position angles of the stellar components of the binary in the past 20 yr are consistent with the binary orbit with a = 33.4 AU and e = 0.34.

Objective To assess the prognostic impact of a routine invasive strategy according to the frailty burden in patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI)from the MOSCA-FRAIl clinical *** The MOSCA-FRAIl trial randomized 167 frail patients,defined by a Clinical Frailty Scale(CFS)≥4,with NSTEMI to an invasive or conservative *** primary endpoint was the number of days alive and out of hospital(DAOH)one year after *** this subanalysis,we compared the impact of an invasive strategy on the outcomes between vulnerable(CFS=4,n=43)and frail(CFS>4,n=124)*** Compared to vulnerable patients,frail patients presented lower values of DAOH(289.8 vs.320.6,P=0.146),more read-missions(1.03 vs.0.58,P=0.046)and higher number of days spent at the hospital during the first year(10.8 vs.3.8,P=0.014).The cau-ses of readmission were mostly non-cardiac(56%).Among vulnerable patients,DAOH were similar regardless of strategy(invasive ***:325.7 vs.314.7,P=0.684).Among frailest patients,the invasive group tended to have less DAOH(267.7 vs.311.1,P=0.117).Indeed,patients with CFS>4,invasively managed lived 29 days less than their conservative *** contrast,the-re were no differences in the subgroup with CFS=*** Adult patients with frailty and NSTEMI showed different prognosis according to the degree of frailty.A routine in-vasive strategy does not improve outcomes and might be harmful to the frailest patients.

背景：急性脑卒中溶栓治疗关注的焦点为3个月时神经功能的改善。很少研究分析24小时结局。早期准确预测不良预后可以影响临床治疗和出院计划。目的：评价重组人组织型纤溶酶原激活物（rt—PA）治疗后24小时神经功能无改善的预测指标及其与3个月时不良预后的关系。设计、地点和参试者：对一所大学医院1999年1月至2003年3月连续收治的接受rt—PA治疗的急性脑卒中患者进行前瞻性队列研究。参试者来源于安大略省一个主要城市的2个学术中心和7个县的33家附属医院。主要观察指标：神经功能无改善定义为在24小时时国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分较基线水平改善≤3分。3个月时不良预后定义为改良Rankin量表评分3～5分或死亡。结果：216例接受rt—PA治疗的急性卒中患者中，111例（51．4％）在发病24小时神经功能无改善。在校正年龄、性别和卒中严重程度因素后，人院时基线血糖水平（血糖〉144mg／dl[8mmol／l]的优势比[OR]，2．89；95％CI，1．40～5．99）、皮层受累（OR，2．66；95％CI，1．36～5．20）以及治疗开始时间（治疗每延迟1分钟的OR，1．01；95％CI，1．0～1．02）是24小时神经功能无改善的独立预测指标。3个月时，43例患者（20．2％）死亡；在170例幸存者中，75例患者（44％）预后不良。在校正年龄、性别和卒中严重程度因素后，24小时神经功能无改善是不良预后（OR，12．9；95％CI，5．7—29．6）和死亡的独立预测指标（OR，7．5；95％C1，2．9～19．6）。24小时神经功能无改善的患者住院时间延长（14．5天比9．6天，P=0．02）。结论：对于接受溶栓治疗的急性脑卒中患者，24小时神经功能无改善与3个月时预后不良和死亡相关。高血糖、开始溶栓治疗时间和皮层受累是24小时神经功能无改善的预测指标。

黑曲霉Aspergillus niger G62s是一株具有遗传稳定的高产脂肪酶菌株。针对于G62s摇瓶发酵条件进行统计学优化研究,以提高该菌株的产脂肪酶能力。首先,采用单因素方法对发酵接种量、摇瓶装量、培养温度、培养时间等因素进行考查,在此基础上进行4因素3水平的响应面分析（Response surface methodology,RSM）的统计学优化。得到的优化发酵条件是接种量1.9%,摇瓶装量56 m l（500 m l摇瓶）,培养温度30 oC,培养时间75 h。在该优化条件下,脂肪酶活性达到（212 9±39.9）U/m l,相比初始的发酵条件提高16.7%。针对于影响G62s菌株产脂肪酶的4个发酵条件,在单因素实验的基础上通过RSM方法优化,显著提高了目标菌株脂肪酶产量。

Bone tissue engineering requires a combination of materials,cells,growth factors and mechanical cues to recapitulate bone *** this study we evaluated hybrid hydrogels for minimally invasive bone formation by combining biomaterials with skeletal stem cells and staged release of growth factors together with *** hydrogels consisting of alginate and decellularized,demineralised bone extracellular matrix(AlG/ECM)were seeded with Stro-1t human bone marrow stromal cells(HBMSCs).Dual combinations of growth factors within staged-release polylactic-co-glycolic acid(PlGA)microparticles were added to hydrogels to mimic,in part,the signalling events in bone regeneration:VEGF,TGF-β_(3),PTHrP(fast release),or BMP-2,vitamin D_(3)(slow release).Mechanotransduction was initiated using magnetic fields to remotely actuate superparamagnetic nanoparticles(MNP)targeted to TREK1 ion *** hydrogels were implanted subcutaneously within mice for 28 days,and evaluated for bone formation using micro-CT and *** hydrogels lacking HBMSCs,growth factors,or MNP became mineralised,and neither growth factors,HBMSCs,nor mechanotransduction increased bone ***,structural differences in the newly-formed bone were influenced by growth *** release of BMP-2 induced thick bone trabeculae and PTHrP or VitD_(3)increased bone ***,fast-release of TGF-β_(3)and VEGF resulted in thin *** reversed the trabecular thinning and increased collagen deposition with PTHrP and VitD_(3).Our findings demonstrate the potential of hybrid AlG/ECM hydrogel–cell–growth factor constructs to repair bone in combination with mechanotransduction for fine-tuning bone *** approach may form a minimally invasive reparative strategy for bone tissue engineering applications.
