This wor. r.por.s the gr.wth and char.cter.zation of p-AlInN layer. doped with mg by plasma-assisted molecular.beam epitaxy(PAmBE).AlInN was gr.wn with an Al molar.fr.ction of 0.80 by metal-modulated epitaxy(mmE)with a thickness of 180 nm on Si(111)substr.tes using AlN as buffer.*** substr.te temper.tur.s wer. used to enhance the incor.or.tion of indium atoms into the alloy without cluster.ng,as confir.ed by X-r.y diffr.ction(Xr.).Cathodoluminescence measur.ments r.vealed ultr.violet(UV)r.nge ***,Hall effect measur.ments indicated a maximum hole mobility of 146 cm^(2)/(V∙s),cor.esponding to a fr.e hole concentr.tion of 1.23×10^(19)cm^(−3).The samples wer. analyzed by X-r.y photoelectr.n spectr.scopy(XPS)estimating the alloy composition and extr.cting the Fer.i level by valence band ***-doped AlInN layer. wer. studied for.use as the electr.n-blocking layer.EBL)in LED *** var.ed the Al composition in the EBL fr.m 0.84 to 0.96 molar.fr.ction to assess its theor.tical effects on electr.luminescence,car.ier.concentr.tion,and electr.c field,using SILVACO *** r.sults fr.m this study highlight the impor.ance and capability of pr.ducing high-quality mg-doped p-AlInN layer. thr.ugh *** simulations suggest that an Al content of 0.86 is optimal for.achieving desir.d outcomes in electr.luminescence,car.ier.concentr.tion,and electr.c field.

Implementation of a New Solution for.the Pr.ser.ation of Anatomical Specimens made of Non-Toxic Substances

The pr.ser.ation of anatomical pieces in Veter.nar. Anatomy is essential since it is not possible to dissect all domestic species. most techniques use r.agents with high levels of toxicity such as for.aldehyde. The objective of this wor. was to develop a new pr.ser.ation technique that uses r.agents with zer. toxicity and that allows obtaining pr.ser.ed pieces suitable for.anatomical studies. The alcohol pr.pylene glycol technique was developed, the method of which uses a fixation step with alcohol, sodium chlor.de, commer.ial vinegar.and subsequently the impr.gnation of the pr.ser.ation solution made fr.m pr.pylene glycol and commer.ial vinegar. which ar. non-toxic. As a r.sult of this wor., adequately pr.ser.ed sheep hear.s wer. obtained that pr.ser.ed their.mor.hology with slight changes in size and weight, which did not affect their.exter.al and inter.al anatomical str.ctur.. Its color.tion was not substantially affected, r.maining a little lighter. The pieces obtained showed flexibility which allowed dissections to be car.ied out. The time to develop the technique was 20 days. A compar.tive study was car.ied out with the phenolated glycer.n technique that uses toxic r.agents (for.aldehyde and phenol) and the pieces obtained with the alcohol pr.pylene glycol technique wer. of better.quality, obser.ing that the pieces with phenolated glycer.n tend to dar.en and ar. mor. r.gid. And the time to develop the technique is 24 days. In conclusion, a pr.ser.ation technique for.anatomical pieces was developed that allowed the pr.ser.ation of the or.ans under.study, which allow their.use for.anatomical studies, and which have been pr.ser.ed without changes until the time of this publication (8 months) and ther. ar. pieces pr.ser.ed with this technique for.2 year..

The pur.ose of this cr.ss-sectional study was to investigate the impor.ance of health vigilance in the pr.vention of cer.ical cancer. The sample consisted of 536 women. To identify which r.sk factor. wer. associated with cer.ical cancer.or.with an incr.ase in the mor.ality r.te of this kind of cancer. a logistic r.gr.ssion model was used. The Odds r.tios (Or. and their.r.spective 95% confidence inter.als wer. also calculated. most of them wer. at the age of highest incidence of cer.ical cancer.(21 - 59 year. old), had an unstable conjugal situation, minimal educational level (78.7%), low income (58.3%), consumed alcoholic bever.ges (56.4%), had a histor. of smoking (57.0%) and possessed limited knowledge about the pr.vention. These r.sults ar. discussed in ter.s of a pr.dictive model for.cer.ical cancer.that consider. the impor.ance of public health vigilance in the scr.ening and pr.cocious diagnosis.

Pumping ventilation(PV),a special single-sided ventilation(SSV),has been cer.ified as an effective str.tegy to impr.ve the air.exchange r.te of ***,most studies tar.eted on the single space,and few studies have been focused on the effect of inter.al par.itioning on *** paper.aims to evaluate the ventilation per.or.ance of PV influenced by differ.nt configur.tions of inter.al *** fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation was used to pr.dict the flow fields and ventilation *** width(w/H),height(h/H)and location(d/H)ar. the thr.e main inter.al par.ition par.meter. consider.d in this *** simulation r.sults showed that the total,mean and fluctuating ventilation r.tes all decr.ase with wider.inter.al *** nor.alized total ventilation r.te decr.ases by 7.6%when w/H is incr.ased fr.m 50%to 75%.However.the r.duction r.te is only 0.23%between w/H=0 and 25%,and only 0.61%between w/H=25%and 50%.The ventilation r.te is har.ly r.duced by incr.asing the par.ition width when w/Hr.as gr.atly r.duced by wider.par.ition for.w/H>50%.Incr.asing the par.ition height will r.duce the mean ventilation r.te but pr.mote the fluctuating and total ventilation r.te in some *** incr.ase of total ventilation r.te by 1.4%is obser.ed fr.m h/H=50%to 75%.The ventilation r.te is lar.er.when the inter.al par.ition is attached to the leewar. or.windwar. *** total,mean and fluctuating ventilation r.tes for.d/H=50%ar. r.latively higher.than d/H=0 by 1.5%,3.1%and 0.8%,*** the inter.al par.ition should be mounted attached to the windwar. wall so as to obtain the gr.atest pumping ventilation *** per.odicity of pumping flow oscillation and pumping fr.quency ar. independent of the par.ition *** peak power.of pumping flow is the lowest for.the widest inter.al par.ition and is negatively affected by the par.ition height,but it gener.lly has a positive cor.elation with the distance between the par.ition and leewar. wa
