Purpose:The present work exam.nes the associations of dietary habits,sedentarism.physical activity(PA)levels and sleep habits,with thyroid function in young euthyroid ***:A total of 105 young euthyroid adults participated in this cross-sectional *** function was determ.ned in fasting conditions(>6 h).Dietary habits were m.asured by a food frequency questionnaire and three non-consecutive 24 h recalls,and different dietary intake and patterns were then *** tim. spent in sedentary,PA levels and sleep habits were objectively m.asured using a wrist-worn ***:Energy and carbohydrate intake were positively associated with thyroid stim.lating horm.ne(TSH)(β=0.222;R^(2)=0.102;P=0.022 andβ=0.425;R^(2)=0.129;P=0.007,respectively)whereas fat intake was negatively associated with TSH(β=-0.428;R^(2)=0.137;P=0.004).Energy intake was also positively associated with free triiodothyronine(β=0.277;R^(2)=0.137;P=0.004).Further,adherence to the m.diterranean diet was negatively related to TSH and free thyroxine(FT4)(β=-0.221;R^(2)=0.113;P=0.020 andβ=-0.268;R^(2)=0.071;P=0.007,respectively).Vigorous-intensity and overall PA were negatively associated with FT4(β=-0.227;R^(2)=0.052;P=0.022 andβ=-0.204;R^(2)=0.042;P=0.041,respectively).In contrast,no associations were found between sleep param.ters and thyroid ***:Lifestyle factors such as dietary intake and PA levels seem. to be related to thyroid function even in young euthyroid adults.

研究激光粉末床熔融增材制造(Am.(又称直接金属激光烧结)技术制备的Ti6Al4V合金等离子体电解氧化(PEO)处理及其电化学行为。通过短时间(m.金和传统合金表面制备了3~10μm.、含Ca和P的涂层。然后在改良的α-m.m.液中,通过动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)评估了合金的电化学行为。与传统合金相比,Am.金中形成了细小的层片状α显微组织和层间小尺寸的β相颗粒,这促使了火花的产生,从而促进了PEO涂层的生长。闪速PEO涂层提高了传统合金和Am.金的耐腐蚀性,最薄的涂层(m.提供了高达3倍的保护。Am.Ti6Al4V由于其高的晶界密度,易受局部缝隙腐蚀的影响。而即使短至35 s的闪速PEO处理也足以成功避免这种情况。

澳大利亚西北大陆架卡那封盆地北部晚-中中新世到上新世发育硅质碎屑岩的三角洲沉积。部分三角洲朵叶体在陆架坡折附近沉积（陆架边缘三角洲），而其他朵叶体在向陆后退或夭折前并没有延伸到同时代的陆架坡折处。陆架边缘三角洲主要集中在研究区北部，陆架边缘坡折的平面形态是从线性变化为向海一侧凸出的形态。陆架边缘三角洲的位置和特征也对边缘进积走向的变化和陆架边缘轨迹产生显著影响。中中新世晚期-晚中新世，南部陆架边缘坡折，总进积距离为13km.不发育陆架边缘三角洲；在陆架边缘三角洲发育区域的北部坡折进积约34km.中部地区的三角洲进积距离没有北部大，以加积特征为主，分布在陆架坡折向陆数千米的范围。这表明陆架边缘轨迹分析的适用条件只有在陆架边缘三角洲发育的地方沉积物供给充足，陆架边缘轨迹特征与相对海平面波动的响应才可靠。在同时代陆坡上发育典型的小规模侵蚀（约400m.），甚至在三角洲达到陆架坡折前也能看到此侵蚀现象。然而，就在活动陆架边缘三角洲下倾方向的陆坡沟槽显示对下伏地层更大的侵蚀，陆坡沟槽（宽大于1km.深度约100m.比侧向上偏移三角洲沉积中心的同时代侵蚀水道（宽0．7km.深约25m.更宽、更深。本研究表明陆坡沟槽尺寸的变化是由于紧邻陆架边缘三角洲地区沉积重力流产生更大侵蚀的结果。同时，沟槽也进一步侵蚀（达6km.到活动陆架边缘三角洲地区的外陆架。

The recovery of yttrium.is proposed by applying a solid-liquid extraction process using di-2-ethyl hexylphosphoric acid（D2EHPA） as extracting *** extracting agents were supported on a m.cro porous polym.ric resin XAD-7（solid phase）.Yttrium.ions extraction and discharge tests were perform.d,firstly from.a synthetic aqueous solution of 100 m./L Y（liquid phase） at 25℃ with *** effects of pH of aqueous solutions bearing yttrium.volum. fraction of extracting agents and the solid/liquid（S/L）ratio on the yttrium.recovery were *** m.st favorable conditions for yttrium.ions extraction are;20 vol% D2EHPA functionalized resin,pH=1.5 and an S/L ratio of 10 m./m. The discharge of yttrium.ions was done under the sam. conditions of extraction stage,using a 2 m.l/L [H2SO4] as stripping *** to 80% yttrium.is extracted,while 75% yttrium.is recovered in the striping *** all experim.nts,the reaction equilibrium.is reached after 20 m.n,and the kinetics for the extraction stage was determ.ned as a second-order ***,experim.nts were carried out to discharge the yttrium.oaded resins,and it has been determ.ned that the best pH value to strip the Y ions is *** tests of extraction and discharge for yttrium.ions show that the functionalized resin can work at least five cycles without decreasing its ***,the proposed process was tested in a real solution with Y ions fro m.a waste fluorescent la m. powder leached in H2SO4,dem.nstrating the ability to effectively recover yttrium.separating it from.various m.tals from.the studied residue.

Zika virus (ZIKV), a m.squito-borne flavivirus, has been associated with benign infections for decades. However, it has becom. a public health concern due to its association with severe fetal and neurological com.lications. Although m.ny efforts have been m.de to control ZIKV infection, approved vaccines or antiviral drugs are still lacking. Consequently, the developm.nt of new effective anti-ZIKV agents is urgently needed. In this context, we investigated the antiviral potential of pyrazolone derivatives against ZIKV replication using in silico and in vitro m.thods. The four pyrazolone derivatives evaluated (1a, 1b, 1c, and 1d) inhibited over 50% of ZIKV replication with low cytotoxicity. Am.ng them. com.ound 1b exhibited the m.st potent activity (EC50 = 4.3 μm. and the highest selectivity (SI = 342). m.chanism.of action studies indicated that these com.ounds act at early stages of virus replication, and com.ound 1b can also directly inactivate ZIKV particles. m.lecular docking studies suggested that these com.ounds can bind to and block the activity of ZIKV NS5 m.thyltransferase. Finally, pharm.cokinetic and toxicological predictions have reinforced the safety and drug-like profiles of these derivatives. In conclusion, the pyrazolone scaffold proved to be valuable for anti-ZIKV drug developm.nt, and the derivatives studied deserve further investigation.
