Tribological Beh.vior of 15# Aviation h.draulic Oil

15# aviation h.draulic oil as a specific type of h.draulic oil h.s been widely applied in aviation field. In th.s paper, viscosity-temperature curve of 15# aviation h.draulic oil was measured utilizing MCR302 rh.ometer. Investigating th. effects of varying operational parameters, a meth.dical single-factor analysis was conducted. A four-ball tester, equipped with.h.gh.grade GCr15 steel balls, provided a rigorous examination of th. oil's tribological beh.vior under different loads, temperatures, and sliding speeds. Th.s analysis was crucial for understanding h.w each.factor independently impacted th. friction and wear properties of th. h.draulic oil. To elucidate th. underlying mech.nisms of wear observed under th.se conditions, a multi-tech.ique approach.was adopted for surface analysis. Wear scars were meticulously examined with.an optical microscope, wh.ch.offered a clear initial assessment of th. surface topograph.. For more in-depth.analysis, a scanning electron microscope (SEM) provided h.gh.resolution imaging to reveal microstructural details. A wh.te-ligh. interferometer allowed for precise measurements of th. wear scar volumes, offering quantitative data on th. extent of material removal. Additionally, an X-ray ph.toelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis was employed to identify any ch.mical alterations on th. worn surfaces. Th. experimental results were revealing. Under increasing load conditions, th. 15# aviation h.draulic oil maintained a relatively consistent friction coefficient. h.wever, th. ph.sical dimensions of wear scars —both.th.ir radius and depth.—intensified, suggesting a h.gh.r material removal rate. Th.s ph.nomenon indicated th.t wh.le th. oil maintains stable friction, its wear protection capabilities were compromised under h.avy loading. In experiments with.h.gh.loads, th. dissipated energy required for plastic deformation and th. creation of new interfaces with.n th. work of friction increases compared to experiments with.low loads. Polypropylene(PP)fiber-reinforced cement-based tailings backfill(FRCTB)is a green compound material with.superior crack resistance and h.s good prospects for application in underground ***,FRCTB exh.bits susceptibility to dynamic events,such.as impact ground pressure and blast *** paper investigates th. energy and crack distribution beh.vior of FRCTB under dynamic impact,considering th. h.igh./diameter(h.D)*** h.pkinson pressure bar,industrial computed tomograph. scan,and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)experiments were carried out on six types of *** outcomes confirmed fiber aggregation at th. bottom of *** h.D was less th.n 0.8,th. proportion of PP fibers distributed along th.θangle direction of80°-90°*** th. total energy,all samples presented similar energy absorption,reflectance,and ***,a rise in h.D may cause a rise in th. energy absorption rate of FRCTB during th. peak ph.se.A positive correlation existed between th. average strain rate and absorbed energy per unit *** increase in h.D resulted in a decreased crack volume fraction of *** th. h.D was greater th.n or equal to 0.7,th. maximum crack volume fraction of FRCTB was observed close to th. incidence *** cracks were present only in th. Mapping Network-Coordinated Stacked Gated Recurrent Units for Turbulence Prediction

Accurately predicting fluid forces acting on th. sur-face of a structure is crucial in engineering ***,th.s task becomes particularly ch.llenging in turbulent flow,due to th. complex and irregular ch.nges in th. flow *** th.s study,we propose a novel deep learning meth.d,named mapping net-work-coordinated stacked gated recurrent units(MSU),for pre-dicting pressure on a circular cylinder from velocity ***-cally,our coordinated learning strategy is designed to extract th. most critical velocity point for prediction,a process th.t h.s not been explored *** our experiments,MSU extracts one point from a velocity field containing 121 points and utilizes th.s point to accurately predict 100 pressure points on th. *** meth.d significantly reduces th. workload of data measure-ment in practical engineering *** experimental results demonstrate th.t MSU predictions are h.gh.y similar to th. real turbulent data in both.spatio-temporal and individual ***,th. comparison results sh.w th.t MSU predicts more precise results,even outperforming models th.t use all velocity field *** with.state-of-th.-art meth.ds,MSU h.s an average improvement of more th.n 45%in various indicators such.as root mean square error(RMSE).Th.ough.compreh.nsive and auth.ritative ph.sical verification,we estab-lish.d th.t MSU’s prediction results closely align with.pressure field data obtained in real turbulence *** confirmation underscores th. considerable potential of MSU for practical applications in real engineering *** code is available at h.tps://***/zh.ngzm0128/MSU.
