Mobile telemedicine systems based on the next-generation communication will significantly enhance deep fusion of network automation and federated learning(FL), but data privacy is a paramount issue in sectors like healthcare. This work hence considers FL augments 5G-and-beyond networks by training deep learning(DL) models without the need to exchange raw data. The substantial communication loads imposed on by extensive parameters involved in DL models are managed through adaptive scheduling mechanisms effectively. To address the opaque nature of DL models and to improve the interpretability of FL models, we introduce a convolutional fuzzy rough neural network specifically designed for medical image processing. We also develop a multiobjective memetic evolutionary algorithm to streamline and optimize the neural network architectures. Our comprehensive FL framework integrates smart scheduling, interpretable fuzzy rough logic,and neuroevolution. This framework is shown to improve communication efficiency, increase interpretability of diagnosis with protected privacy, and generate low-complexity neural architectures.

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)are expected to offer affordability and high energy density for large-scale energy storage ***,the commercial application of SIBs is hurdled by low initial coulombic efficiency(ICE),continuous Na loss during long-term operation,and low sodium-content of cathode *** this scenario,presodiation strategy by introducing an external sodium reservoir has been rationally proposed,which could supplement additional sodium ions into the system and thereby markedly improve both the cycling performance and energy density of *** this review,the significance of presodiation is initially introduced,followed by comprehensive interpretation on technological properties,underlying principles,and associated approaches,as well as our perspectives on present inferiorities and future research ***,this contribution outlines a distinct pathway towards the presodiation methodology,of significance but still in its nascent phase,which may inspire the targeted guidelines to explore new chemistry in this field.

Developing multifunctional spiropyran dyes is of particular importance in diverse applications. In the present study, we synthesized two 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole-conjugated spiropyrans (BT-SP-NO 2 and BTSP-NMe 2 ) with distinct substituents. These donor-acceptor-structured spiropyrans exhibited typical twisted intramolecular charge transfer features and strong emissions in low-polarity solvents with fluorescence quantum yields (QYs) of up to 90.7%. Like traditional spiropyrans, the electron-acceptorsubstituted BT-SP-NO 2 exhibited excellent photochromic behavior under multiple alternating UV-Vis irradiation, while the electron-donor-substituted BT-SP-NMe 2 was an acidochromic dye. In addition, the substituent groups distinctly affected the packing modes of these spiropyrans in the solid state. BTSP-NMe 2 showed a much stronger solid-state emission (QY of 59.0%) than BT-SP-NO 2 . Moreover, these two dyes were utilized as biocompatible probes for the speci fic light-up imaging of lipid droplets. Background:Hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is the primary cause of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)in *** target population for HCC screening comprises individuals who test positive for hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg).However,current data on the prevalence of HBV infection among individuals who are eligible for HCC screening in China are *** aimed to assess the seroepidemiology of HBV infection among Chinese individuals eligible for HCC screening to provide the latest evidence for appropriate HCC screening strategies in ***:Questionnaires including information of sex,age,ethnicity,marital status,educational level,source of drinking water,as well as smoking and alcohol consumption history and serum samples were collected from females aged 45-64 years and males aged 35-64 years in 21 counties from 4 provinces in eastern and central China between 2015 and ***-linked immunosorbent assay methods were used to detect the serum HBV marker ***:A total of 603,082 individuals were enrolled,and serum samples were collected for analysis from January 1,2015 to December 31,*** prevalence of HBsAg positive in the study population was 5.23%(31,528/603,082).The prevalence of HBsAg positive was greater in males than in females(5.60%[17,660/315,183]vs 4.82%[13,868/287,899],χ^(2)=187.52,P<0.0001).The elderly participants exhibited a greater prevalence of HBV infection than younger participants(χ^(2)=41.73,P<0.0001).Birth cohort analysis revealed an overall downward trend in HBV prevalence for both males and *** born in more recent cohorts exhibited a lower prevalence of HBV infection as compared to those born ***:The current prevalence of HBV infection remains above 5%in populations eligible for HCC screening in *** efforts should be made to increase the accessibility of HCC screening among individuals with HBV infection.

Underwater direction of arrival(DOA)estimation has always been a very challenging theoretical and practical *** to the serious non-stationary,non-linear,and non-Gaussian characteristics,machine learning based DOA estimation methods trained on simulated Gaussian noised array data cannot be directly applied to actual underwater DOA estimation *** order to deal with this problem,environmental data with no target echoes can be employed to analyze the non-Gaussian ***,the obtained information about non-Gaussian components can be used to whiten the array *** on these considerations,a novel practical sonar array whitening method was ***,based on a weak assumption that the non-Gaussian components in adjacent patches with and without target echoes are almost the same,canonical cor-relation analysis(CCA)and non-negative matrix factorization(NMF)techniques are employed for whitening the array *** the whitened array data,machine learning based DOA estimation models trained on simulated Gaussian noised datasets can be used to perform underwater DOA estimation *** results illustrated that,using actual underwater datasets for testing with known machine learning based DOA estimation models,accurate and robust DOA estimation performance can be achieved by using the proposed whitening method in different underwater con-ditions.
