This paper focuses on the development of a distributed surface machining system. Traditional manufacturing engineering activity analysis has been conducted in developing the proposed system structure. The advantages of a distributed system structure such as easy to manage,high expandability and flexibility will enhance the efficiency of an integral system operation,and achieve the goal of networked manufacture. The IDEF0 was used to describe each stage of the traditional surface machining activities,and then UmL (Unified modeling Language) technology was adopted to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the established integrated system. The developed distributed system structure and sub-functional modules (CAD/cam/CAPP) have been implemented based on the proposed systematic approach; and a freeform surface has been used as an example for verification. The proposed approach has been successfully implemented and could be adopted to assist engineers in integrating machining activities that are located in dispersed places; and various domains experts also can exchange their expertise among themselves. Thus,the development time of a product machining processes can be shortened and so is its enhancement on the competitive advantages. In addition,this distributed system has also integrated multi-functional ontology and service agent to facilitate the selection and reconfiguration in manufacturing customization. The proposed system has presented the feasibility in incorporating the agent-based technology in a distributed freeform surface machining environment. Service agents communicate via pre-defined performatives underlying knowledge query and manipulation language (KQmL) for the surface machining capability. The developed system has then successfully demonstrated the feasibility in implementing the agent-based technology into a distributed surface machining system.

There is scarce information about the effects of danazol and its derivatives at cardiovascular level. In addition, to date the cellular site and mechanism of action of danazol at the cardiovascular level is very confusing. In order to clarify those phenomena in this study, a danazol derivative was synthesized with the objective of evaluating its activity on perfusion pressure and coronary resistance and comparing this phenomenon with the effect exerted by danazol. The Langendorff technique was used to measure changes on perfusion pressure and coronary resistance in an isolated rat heart model in the absence or presence of danazol and its derivative. Additionally, to characterize the molecular mechanism involved in the inotropic activity induced by danazol derivative was evaluated by measuring left ventricular pressure in the absence or presence of following compounds;flutamide, prazosin, metoprolol, indomethacin and nifedipine. The results showed that danazol derivative significantly increased the perfusion pressure and coronary resistance in comparison with the control conditions and danazol. Additionally, other data indicate that the danazol derivative increases left ventricular pressure in a dose-dependent manner;nevertheless, this phenomenon was significantly inhibited by flutamide. These data suggest that danazol derivative induces positive inotropic activity through of the activation androgen receptor.

先进的制造技术、机床发展及试验的占绝对优势的发展趋势就是电子计算机集成制造、机床控制及试验的发展和实施。这主要是由于长期的经济和社会的趋向和压力近几年来逐渐影响到制造行业。在制造业和机床范围内与计算机有关技术的发展和实施的五个方面,目前似乎正引起人们广泛的注意。这五个方面就是集成制造软件系统、成组技术与单元制造、计算机控制与机床试验、计算机控制工业机器人和柔性制造系统。在美国,在上述范围里每一方面的现状和趋势,都可作为对世界产生积极影响的例子。在本世纪末之前,这些方面的努力将对机床行业和与制造业有关的机床技术方面引起很大的变化。

To better elucidate epigenetic mechanisms that correlate with the dynamic gene expression program observed upon T-cell differentiation, we investigated the genomic landscape of histone modifications in naive and memory CD8＋ T cells. Using a ChlP-Seq approach coupled with global gene expression profiling, we generated genome-wide histone H3 lysine 4 （H3K4me3） and H3 lysine 27 （H3K27me3） trimethylation maps in naive, T memory stem cells, central memory cells, and effector memory cells in order to gain insight into how histone architecture is remodeled during T cell differentiation. We show that H3K4me3 histone modifications are associated with activation of genes, while H3K27me3 is negatively correlated with gene expression at canonical loci and enhancers associated with T-cell metabolism, effector function, and memory. Our results also reveal histone modifications and gene expression signatures that distinguish the recently identified T memory stem cells from other CD8＋ T-cell subsets. Taken together, our results suggest that CD8＋ lymphocytes undergo chromatin remodeling in a progressive fashion. These findings have major implications for our understanding of peripheral T-cell ontogeny and the formation of immunological memory.

Fluphenazine (FP) treatment (50mg/kg bw, ip in saline) 30 min before or 6 or 10 h after CCl4 administration (1 ml/kg ip in olive oil) significantly prevented the liver necrosis produced by the hepatotoxin at 24 h. FP had enhancing effects on the covalent binding of CCl4 reactive metabolites to cellular constituents and on CCl4 induced lipid *** lowered bOdy temperature of the CCl4-poisoned animals during the 24 h observation period. The obtained results are compatible but do not prove the hypothesis that calmodulin (cam) had participation in late occurring events preceding necrosis. FP lowering action on body temperature, however, might also play a role in the effects of this drug on the onset of CCl4 induced liver necrosis. FP levels in liver tissue as determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry evidenced the presence of the drug in amounts suffi cient to inhibit cam and that suggests that not all preventive effects of FP are due to its indirect actions on the central nervous system via decreased body temperature
