Acute.lymphoblastic le.ke.ia (ALL) is the.most common malignancy in childre., with the.majority of case. be.ng of pre.ursor B-ce.l phe.oltype. Conve.tional cytoge.e.ic analysis plays an important role.in the.diagnosis of B-ce.l ALL, ide.tifying characte.istic chromosomal abnormalitie. associate. with a give. prognosis the.e.n facilitating optimize. tre.tme.t. The.more.re.e.t introduction of microarray te.hnology to the.analysis of B-ce.l ALL has afforde. both highe. re.olution for the.de.e.tion of known abnormalitie. and an ability to ide.tify nove. copy numbe. abnormalitie. (CNAs) with pote.tial clinical re.e.ance. In the.curre.t study, microarray analysis was pe.forme. on 20 cytoge.e.ically abnormal B-ce.l ALL case. (10 pe.iatric and 10 adult), while.a nove. microarray-base. balance.-translocation de.e.tion me.hodology (translocation CGH or tCGH) was applie. to that subse. of case. with a known or suspe.te. re.urre.t balance. translocation. NIPAM RDRPs is to e.sure.sufficie.t Cu~I at the.ve.y be.inning, and the.ke. to achie.e.a we.l-controlle. chain growth is to provide.ade.uate.de.ctivation stre.gth during the.polyme.ization proce.s.
