Geology setting and petrological features Qiangtang composite plate is located between Xijinwulan—Jinshajiang and Bangonghu—Nujiang suture zones, with the total area of several ten thousand square kilometers. The exposed rocks are mainly Paleozoic, Mesozoic marine sedimentary rocks.. Around Zhabu—Shuanghu area, there exits a post late Triassic uplift, in which middle Devonian low\|intermediate degree metamorphic rocks with solid chronological evidence have been found. However, in central Qiangtang, debate is still there in several aspects, such as there is crystalline basement or not, basement features, and the pre\|Devonian evolution of Qiangtang plate, etc. (cai li et al.,1997)Duguer gneiss is the only proved gneiss in Qiangtang region upto now, which is exposed at Duguer mountain (peak, 6208m above sea level), Gaize county, and is confined by faults. An E—W oriented thrust fault zone is its south boundary, which is more than 200m wide and makes the gneiss overthrust on upper Carboniferous strata and Tertiary red beds southwardly. On the east and north sides of the gneiss are upper Carboniferous strata. The gneiss occurs as a triangle form with a long E—W trending bottom line (about 20km) and a height about 10km in S—N direction, which is the main part of Duguer Duguer *** gneiss consists of two rocks types, i.e. granitic gneiss (the dominant component) and amphibole\|plagioclase gneiss. The latter one occurs as a group of nearly E—W trending dikes with clear boundary, which are obviously late basic dikes that intruded into granite. Granitic gneiss is composed of porphyroclast granitic gneiss, banded granitic gneiss, gneissoid granite and granitic mylonite. Both granitic and amphibole\|plagioclase gneisses have been undergone same type and same degree metamorphism and deformation. Aim:To construct the recombinant vectors carrying interleukin(IL)-28A,IL-28Band IL-29 cDNAs and express them in human A549 cells,and analyze their antivi-ral activity in vesicular stomatitis virus(VSV)-infected human immortalized am-nion epithelial cell line(WISH cells).Methods:Total cell RNA was extracted fromhuman peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)activated with poly I:*** encoding human IL-28A,IL-28B,and IL-29 were amplified by reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and inserted into pcDNA3.1/V5-His-TOPO *** recombinant vectors were transfected into humanA549 cells by a liposome-mediated gene transfer *** RT-PCR and Western blotting were used to detect the mRNA and protein expressionof IL-28A,IL-28B,and *** antiviral activity of IL-28A,IL-28B,and IL-29was determined by a cytopathic effect reduction assay on WISH cells using VSVas a challenge ***:The DNA sequences of the inserts were identical tothe published sequences encoding IL-28A,IL-28B,and IL-29 in *** wasdemonstrated that IL-28A,IL-28B,and IL-29 genes were markedly transcribed intransfected *** of all 3 interleukins in A549 cells was confirmed byWestern blot ***-28 and IL-29 expressed by A549 cells,like interferon(IFN)α-2b,were able to protect WISH cells against VSV ***:IL-28 and IL-29 cDNAs were successfully cloned and expressed in eukaryoticcells via transfection with pcDNA3.1/V5-His-TOPO-IL-28/*** withthis vector produced a specific antiviral activity similar to that of IFN-α,which willprovide a new tool for the functional study of these cytokines in humans.

Background： Patients on hemodialysis have a high-mortality risk. Tiffs study analyzed factors associated with death in patients on maintenance hemodialysis （MHD）. While some studies used baseline data of MHD patients, this study used the most recent data obtained from patients just prior to either a primary endpoint or the end of the study period to iliad the characteristics of patients preceding ***： Participants were selected from 16 blood purification centers in China from January 2012 to December 2014, Patients＇ data were collected retrospectively. Based on survival status, the participants were divided into two groups： survival group and the death group. Logistic regression analysis was performed to determine/＇actors associated with all-cause mortality.

This study aimed to investigate the moment redistribution in continuous glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP)-concrete composite slabs caused by concrete cracking and steel bar yielding in the negative bending moment *** experimental bending moment redistribution test was conducted on continuous GFRP-concrete composite slabs,and a calculation method based on the conjugate beam method was *** composite slabs were formed by combining GFRP profiles with a concrete layer and supported on steel beams to create two-span continuous composite slab *** methods,epoxy resin bonding,and stud connection,were used to connect the composite slabs with the steel *** experimental findings showed that the specimen connected with epoxy resin exhibited two moments redistribution phenomena during the loading process:concrete cracking and steel bar yielding at the internal *** contrast,the composite slab connected with steel beams by studs exhibited only one-moment redistribution phenomenon throughout the loading *** the concrete at the internal support cracked,the bending moment decreased in the internal support section and increased in the midspan *** the steel bars yielded,the bending moment further decreased in the internal support section and increased in the mid-span *** GFRP profiles do not experience cracking,there was no significant decrease in the bending moment of the mid-span *** test specimens experienced compressive failure of concrete at the mid-span *** results showed good agreement between the calculated and experimental values of bending moments in the mid-span section and internal support *** proposed model can effectively predict the moment redistribution behavior of continuous GFRP-concrete composite slabs.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries are highly favored for grid-level energy storage owing to their low cost and high safety,but their practical application is limited by slow ion *** address this,a strategy has been developed to create a cation-accelerating electric field on the surface of the cathode to achieve ultrafast Zn2+diffusion *** employing electrodeposition to coat MoS2on the surface of BaV6O16·3H2O nanowires,the directional built-in electric field generated at the heterointerface acts as a cation accelerator,continuously accelerating Zn2+diffusion into the active *** optimized Zn2+diffusion coefficient in CC@BaV-6O16·3H2O@MoS2(7.5×10～8cm2s-1) surpasses that of most reported V-based ***,MoS2serving as a cathodic armor extends the cycling life of the Zn-CC@BaV6O16·3H2O@MoS2full batteries to over 10000 *** work provides valuable insights into optimizing ion diffusion kinetics for high-performance energy storage devices.

In non-small cell lung cancers,the non-squamous and squamous subtypes（nsqNSCLC and sqNSCLC） exhibit disparities in pathophysiology,tumor immunology,and potential genomic correlates affecting responses to immune checkpoint inhibitor（ICI）-based *** our inhouse training cohort（n=85）,the presence of the LRP1B deleterious mutation（LRP1B-del） was associated with longer and shorter progression-free survival（PFS） on ICIs alone in nsqNSCLCs and sqNSCLCs,respectively(Pinteraction=0.008).These results were validated using a larger public ICI cohort(n=208,Pinteractionlizumab over docetaxel(hazard ratio（HR）=0.70,P=0.046),whereas this benefit was negligible in those without LRP1B-del（HR=1.05,P=0.64）.Conversely,sqNSCLCs without LRP1B-del benefited more from atezolizumab（HR=0.60,P=0.002） than those with LRP1B-del（HR=1.30,P=0.31）.Consistent results were observed in the in-house CHOICE-01 cohort,in which nsqNSCLCs with LRP1B-del and sqNSCLCs without LRP1B-del benefited more from toripalimab plus chemotherapy than from chemotherapy alone(Pinteraction=0.008).This multi-cohort study delineates the antithetical impacts of LRP1B-del in nsqNSCLCs and sqNSCLCs on predicting the benefits from ICI alone or with chemotherapy over chemotherapy *** findings highlight the distinct clinical utility of LRP1B-del in guiding treatment choices for nsqNSCLCs and sqNSCLCs,emphasizing the necessity for a detailed analysis based on pathological subtypes when investigating biomarkers for cancer therapeutics.

Efficient and stable photocathodes with versatility are of significance in photoassisted lithium-ion batteries(PliBs),while there is always a request on fast carrier transport in electrochemical active *** work proposes a general approach of creating bulk heterojunction to boost the carrier mobility of photocathodes by simply laser assisted embedding of plasmonic *** employed in PliBs,it was found effective for synchronously enhanced photocharge separation and transport in light charging ***,experimental photon spectroscopy,finite difference time domain method simulation and theoretical analyses demonstrate that the improved carrier dynamics are driven by the plasmonic-induced hot electron injection from metal to TiO_(2),as well as the enhanced conductivity in TiO2 matrix due to the formation of oxygen vacancies after Schottky *** from these merits,several benchmark values in performance of TiO2-based photocathode applied in PliBs are set,including the capacity of 276 mAh g^(−1)at 0.2 A g^(−1)under illumination,photoconversion efficiency of 1.276%at 3 A g^(−1),less capacity and Columbic efficiency loss even through 200 *** results exemplify the potential of the bulk heterojunction strategy in developing highly efficient and stable photoassisted energy storage systems.

van der Waals(vdW)heterostructures constructed by lowdimensional(0D,1D,and 2D)materials are emerging as one of the most appealing systems in next-generation flexible ***,hand-stacked vdW-type photodetectors are not compatible with large-areaarray fabrication and show unimpressive performance in self-powered ***,vertical 1D GaN nanorods arrays(NRAs)/2D MoS_(2)/PEDOT:PSS in wafer scale have been proposed for self-powered flexible photodetectors arrays *** as-integrated device without external bias under weak UV illumination exhibits a competitive responsivity of 1.47 A W^(−1)and a high detectivity of 1.2×10^(11)Jones,as well as a fast response speed of 54/71μs,thanks to the strong light absorption of GaN NRAs and the efficient photogenerated carrier separation in type-II ***,the strain-tunable photodetection performances of device have been ***,the device at−0.78%strain and zero bias reveals a significantly enhanced photoresponse with a responsivity of 2.47 A W^(−1),a detectivity of 2.6×10^(11)Jones,and response times of 40/45μs,which are superior to the state-of-the-art self-powered flexible *** work presents a valuable avenue to prepare tunable vdWs heterostructures for self-powered flexible photodetection,which performs well in flexible sensors.

The Mechanism of Heating Rate on the Secondary Recrystallization Evolution in Grain Oriented Silicon Steel

Grain-oriented silicon steels were prepared at different heating rates during high temperature annealing,in which the evolution of magnetic properties,grain orientations and precipitates were *** illustrate the Zener factor,the diameter and number density of precipitates of interrupted testing samples were statistically *** effect of precipitate ripening on the Goss texture and magnetic property was *** indicated that the trend of Zener factor was similar under different heating rates,first increasing and then decreasing,and that the precipitate maturing was greatly inhibited as the heating rate *** recrystallization was developed at the temperature of 1010℃when a heating rate of 5℃/h was used,resulting in Goss,Brass and{110}oriented grains growing abnormally and a magnetic induction intensity of ***,increasing the heating rate to 20℃/h would inhibit the development of undesirable oriented grains and obtain a sharp Goss ***,when the heating rate was extremely fast,such as 40℃/h,poor secondary recrystallization was developed with many island grains,corresponding to a decrease in magnetic induction intensity to 1.87 *** a suitable heating rate of 20℃/h,the sharpest Goss texture and the highest magnetic induction of 1.94 T with an onset secondary recrystallization temperature of 1020℃were found among the experimental variables in this *** heating rate affected the initial temperature of secondary recrystallization by controlling the maturation of precipitates,leading to the deviation and dispersion of Goss texture,thereby reducing the magnetic properties.
