In order to improve the multi-ion cooperative transition, we proposed and exploited a novel nanoscale effect, namely the nanoshell effect in bulk materials. Based on the effect, an optimal material structure was designed by coating the surfaces of Ca F_(2):Yb^(3+)micron size particles with ZrO_(2). An about 2 times higher intensity of cooperative luminescence is observed upon laser excitation at 980 nm. Dynamical analysis exhibits that the novel effect plays a key role in improving the performance of cooperative transitions. Our results also suggest that the nanoshell effect in bulk materials is likely to be significant in some special cases, which have not been reported yet in the literature.

BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is an aggressive subtype of liver cancer and is one of the most common cancers with high mortality worldwide.Reprogrammed lipid metabolism plays crucial roles in HCC cancer cell survival,growth,and evolution.Emerging evidence suggests the importance of fatty acid binding proteins(FABPs)in contribution to cancer progression and metastasis;however,how these FABPs are dysregulated in cancer cells,especially in HCC,and the roles of FABPs in cancer progression have not been well defined.AIM To understand the genetic alterations and expression of FABPs and their associated cancer hallmarks and oncogenes in contributing to cancer malignancies.METHODS We used The Cancer Genome Atlas datasets of pan cancer and liver hepatocellular carcinoma(LIHC)as well as patient cohorts with other cancer types in this study.We investigated genetic alterations of FABPs in various cancer types.mRNA expression was used to determine if FABPs are abnormally expressed in tumor tissues compared to non-tumor controls and to investigate whether their expression correlates with patient clinical outcome,enriched cancer hallmarks and oncogenes previously reported for patients with HCC.We determined the protein levels of FABP5 and its correlated genes in two HCC cell lines and assessed the potential of FABP5 inhibition in treating HCC cells.RESULTS We discovered that a gene cluster including five FABP family members(FABP4,FABP5,FABP8,FABP9 and FABP12)is frequently co-amplified in cancer.Amplification,in fact,is the most common genetic alteration for FABPs,leading to overexpression of FABPs.FABP5 showed the greatest differential mRNA expression comparing tumor with non-tumor tissues.High FABP5 expression correlates well with worse patient outcomes(P<0.05).FABP5 expression highly correlates with enrichment of G2M checkpoint(r=0.33,P=1.1e-10),TP53 signaling pathway(r=0.22,P=1.7e-5)and many genes in the gene sets such as CDK1(r=0.56,P=0),CDK4(r=0.49,P=0),and TP53(r=0.22,P=1.6e-5).Furthermore,FABP5 also correlates

A constitutive model incorporating particle breakage for gravelly soil-structure interface under cyclic loading

Under cyclic loading,particle breakage occurs at gravelly soil-structure interface,resulting in the decrease of interface strength and the increase of normal displacement.Based on the theory of critical state soil mechanics,the modified Cam-Clay model(MCC)was extended to the plane strain condition of the interface,the state parameter was introduced and the influence of particle breakage on the critical state line was considered,and the cyclic constitutive model for gravelly soil-structure interface considering particle breakage was established by using the non-associated flow rule.Then,the established cyclic constitutive model was used to simulate large-scale cycle direct shear tests of Zipingpu rockfill-steel interface and Zipingpu rockfill-concrete interface under constant normal load(CNL)and constant normal stiffness(CNS),respectively.The simulation results show that under the CNL cyclic loading path,there is little difference between the cyclic shear stress considering particle breakage and that without particle breakage,but the normal displacement considering particle breakage is larger than that without particle breakage,and the difference increases with the increasing number of cycles and normal stress;Under the CNS cyclic loading path,with the increase of the number of cycles,the cyclic shear stress and cyclic normal stress considering particle breakage is significantly smaller than that without particle breakage,and the shear contraction of normal displacement becomes more obvious.In general,the simulation results are closer to the experimental results when particle breakage is considered.

Garnet occurs in a wide range of rock types,from mantle peridotites to granites,from eclogites to skarns.In recent years,garnet LA-ICP-MS(Laser Ablation Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry)U-Pb dating has provided a powerful solution for retrieving the ages of rock formations,but successful dating is often prohibited by the low concentration of U.However,the concentration of U,a trace element of garnet,is unknown prior to the LA-ICP-MS analysis.In this study,we propose that the U concentration in garnet can be predicted by the contents of major and minor elements,which can be quantitatively obtained by EPMA(electron probe microanalysis).Using a supervised machine learning method(neural network),a model is trained to discriminate U-rich(>2 ppm)and U-poor(<2 ppm)garnets,based on EPMA results.Results of cross validation shows that the model has an average accuracy of~92%and is a powerful tool in detecting datable U-rich garnet.To facilitate the use of the discriminator,it is programmed as a stand-alone Microsoft Excel spreadsheet(HighUGarnet)and users directly paste the molar proportions of garnet end members into it and obtain the discrimination result.

党的二十大对于中国外交的发展而言是一个重要的里程碑,对中国外交的需求、中国外交的内涵赋予了鲜明的内核,也勾勒出中国外交清晰的发展路线图。在习近平外交思想的指导下,中国外交的发展、需求、结构、原则等方面也表现出了卓越的稳定性和创新性。习近平总书记在向党的二十大所作的报告中,对于当前中国外交发展以及国际格局的动态做出了重要宣示。其重点包括,一是对习近平外交思想中的延续性、创新性、时代性、实践性的诠释;二是新时代中国外交的总体发展目标变得更加明确;三是中国自我形象的树立和明确,包括“大国责任”“大国形象”“大国外交”以及紧密围绕习近平外交思想“外交生态”的形成;四是坚定不移明确中国发展目标,深化开放格局,加强推进“一带一路”倡议,推动构建人类命运共同体,实现共赢共享。因此,从外交层面看,习近平总书记向党的二十大所作的报告是习近平外交思想的反馈,是习近平外交思想内涵的全面表达,也是习近平外交思想对中国外交格局的深刻理解。

体育赛事产业的收益重心近年来逐渐向赛事转播相关权益倾斜,然而法学理论和司法实践对体育赛事转播相关权益的理解仍存分歧,混用严重,导致我国在体育赛事转播相关权益的保护方面犹显不足。体育赛事转播权是赛事组织者最重要的权益之一,其实现过程也就是体育赛事的录制本身是赛事的主要支出,而体育赛事转播画面作为赛事转播权实现的成果则是赛事组织者的重要财产和收益来源。从赛事组织者的角度对赛事转播相关权益进行统筹论证,着重参考“场所权+著作权”的保护模式分析体育赛事转播权的权利属性和架构,强调体育赛事转播权与赛事转播画面的区别和联系,同时探讨我国新《体育法》的发展和适用,试图为我国赛事转播产业发展提供稳定良性的助益。

行政复议作为化解行政争议主渠道目标的实现需要强化行政复议的能动性,行政复议意见书是充分发挥行政复议监督能动性的一项具体制度设计。行政复议意见书在实质性化解行政争议的大背景下回应了行政复议监督功能的制度需求,有利于促进行政复议多元功能同步发挥。行政复议意见书的理论基础是行政复议权的行政性和行政复议制度的职权主义。行政复议意见书的目的与功能是强化行政复议的监督功能,强化行政复议实质性化解行政争议的能力和助推行政复议主渠道目标的实现。鉴于之前行政复议意见书在规范层面精细化程度不够和行政复议制度本身的各种原因,行政复议意见在实践中不断地扩张适用领域,背离了该项制度设置的初衷。新修订的《行政复议法》对行政复议意见书进行了重新的建构,行政复议意见书在实施过程中还需要进一步细化相关构成要件,同时完善行政复议意见书的执行措施和监督措施。

In this study,we investigated the astronomical implications of Rastall gravity,particularly its behavior amidst a radiation field compared to Reissner-Nordström(RN)black holes.We found a crucial correlation between the dynamics of the accretion disk and the parameters Q and Nr,which properly reflect the influence of spacetime metrics on the disk’s appearance.Elevated electric charge Q causes contraction in the disk’s orbit due to enhanced gravitational effects,while higher Nr values lead to outward expansion,influenced by the attributes of the radiation field.Interestingly,the charged black holes surrounded by radiation fields exhibit distinct visual disparities from RN black holes.Brightness decreases and expansion occurs within the innermost stable circular orbit of the accretion disk with rising Nr values.Our study also reveals the process by which the accretion disk transitions from a conventional disk-like structure to a hat-like form at different observation angles,with the redshift effect gradually intensifying.Moreover,the results of the considered Rastall gravity radiation field are consistent with the constraints of the gravitational lensing of the host galaxy on Rastall gravity parameters,thereby enhancing the consistency between theoretical predictions and actual observations.

为了准确描述半刚性榫卯连接柱架在地震作用下的动力性能,采用非线性转动弹簧以模拟柱体在地震作用下的摇摆行为,基于柱体、榫卯节点及斗栱的非线性恢复力模型,提出了单层殿堂式木结构地震分析的集中质量简化分析模型,进行了地震作用下的结构动力响应时程分析。通过计算时程曲线与振动台试验结果的对比分析发现,未考虑柱体摇摆的计算值与试验值的误差较大,考虑摇摆效应的整体结构时程曲线计算峰值与柱架的实际位移峰值误差相对较小,且峰值出现的时间基本相同。基于简化模型进一步进行了参数分析,结果表明:竖向荷载可以显著降低殿堂式木结构的地震位移响应;柱高越大,结构的地震位移响应越大;结构的地震位移响应随着榫卯节点转动刚度的增大而显著降低;斗栱数量的增加提高了整体结构的抗侧刚度,从而降低了结构的地震位移响应。研究结果可为木结构古建筑在地震作用下的性能评估提供计算依据。
