伴随着全球化及全球主义的进程,国际关系中的区域体系受到了越来越多的关注,区域性国际政治的重要性在持续上升。过去的十年中,中美俄根据各自在区域利益的变化,相应做出了调整其区域政策的行为。其中,三国在中亚的利益博弈被描述为“新大博弈。本文对比分析了“欧亚经济联盟”、“一带一路”与“新丝绸之路”,重点关注了中美俄三国的倡议是如何被制定以及三国的精英又是如何理解其区域国际政治的。文章认为,中美俄在中亚的区域的倡议体现了大国对于中亚区域主义的不同理解。与俄罗斯和美国从领土角度来定义区域主义不同,中国强调区域主义的功能性,通过区域主义增加其与外部国家的联系。俄罗斯从领土性来看待区域主义,将区域主义看作是后苏联空间一体化创造有利条件的一种方式。美国的“新丝绸之路”倡议也具有地缘色彩,试图在“大中亚主义”的框架下整合中亚秩序,改变中亚地区格局。对区域秩序安排的不同视角带来了不同倡议之间互补的可能性。“一带一路”为“欧亚经济联盟”提供了新机遇。同时,中国通过“欧亚经济联盟”也为中国投资者获得了一个好的合作平台。中美两国有众多共同利益,可以在电力、海关管理和交通运输领域进行合作。通过对中美俄三国倡议在哈萨克斯坦的实施效果进行评估可以看到,“一带一路”提升了哈萨克斯坦与其它“一带一路”沿线国家的经济联系;“欧亚经济联盟”增加了联盟和哈萨克斯坦的经济实力;美国“新丝绸之路”为中亚国家建立了更强大的连通。本文尝试能通过梳理中美俄在中亚地区提倡的不同区域主义,评估这些倡议之间可能存在的挑战与合作,有助于推动倡议的落实以及维护中亚地区的和平与稳定。

本文以俄罗斯石油和天然气PJSC(公共股份公司)LUKOIL为研究对象,目的是对公司油气项目面临的风险及如何应对进行研究。本文在风险类型系统化的基础上,识别了油气项目中的主要风险。在外部风险中,本文确定了政治,宏观经济风险,金融风险,法律风险,建筑风险和地质风险的类别。本文建议对以下类别的内部风险进行分析:生产活动的风险,支持活动的风险,流通领域的风险以及管理领域的风险。本文介绍了有关石油和天然气公司的石油开采和提炼部门对这些风险的专家评估结果,并提出了有关企业风险管理的建议。论文研究的基础数据来自媒体出版物,互联网信息材料,当前国家档案馆的材料,双边协议和条约。该研究的方法论基础有可持续发展的概念,生产数字化的概念,生产生命周期的理论,组织风险管理流程。论文实际数据使用来自俄罗斯卢克石油公司的实际石油和天然气项目。根据本文研究工作的需要,部分研究数据来自于二手数据。本文的结论和建议对改善石化企业的项目管理具有参考作用。

The possible relationship between d.abetes mellitus (d.) and.colorectal cancer (CRC), concerning pathophysiological and.molecular mechanisms is highlighted.in this review. The most recent and.complete articles and.d.velopments in this particular field.were thoroughly reviewed. Common risk factors, such as obesity, sed.ntary lifestyle, and.Western d.et between d. and.CRC, led.to the theory that d. might be a causal agent for CRC d.velopment. Various stud.es have connected.type 2 d. and.CRC, either proximal or d.stal, in both sexes. Ad.itionally, chronic insulin treatment has been linked.with increased.colorectal tumor risk among type 2 d.abetic patients. Interestingly, elevated.hemoglobin A1c has been proven to be an ind.pend.nt pred.ctor of aggressive clinical behavior in CRC patients. These mechanisms includ. the insulin-like growth factor-hyperinsulinemia theory and.the participation of oncogenic intracellular signaling pathways. Furthermore, it has been proposed.that Cox-2 inhibitors might have a role in d.creasing the incid.nce of CRC. Finally, the use of statins to red.ce the risk for colon cancer in patients with d.abetes has remained.controversial. d.abetic patients over 50 should.receive counseling regard.ng their elevated.risk for CRC, and.screening colonoscopy should.be recommend.d.before initiating insulin therapy. However, there are no current guid.lines, and.this strategy is not yet applicable to some countries, as the correspond.ng risk would.not allow screening colonoscopy to be ad.pted. There is strong evid.nce to ind.cate that d. is a causal agent for CRC d.velopment. This conclusion provid.s new impetus for re-evaluating CRC screening world.id..

The utilization of biod.grad.ble magnesium(Mg)-based.implants for restoration of bone function following trauma represents a transformative approach in orthopaed.c *** such alloy,magnesium-10 weight percent gad.linium(Mg-10Gd.,has been specifically d.veloped.to ad.ress the rapid.d.grad.tion of Mg while enhancing its mechanical properties to promote bone *** stud.es have d.monstrated.that Mg-10Gd.exhibits favorable osseointegration;however,it exhibits d.stinct ultrastructural ad.ptation in comparison to conventional implants like titanium(Ti).A crucial aspect that remains unexplored.is the impact of Mg-10Gd.d.grad.tion on the bone *** ad.ress this,we employed.hierarchical three-d.mensional imaging using synchrotron rad.ation in conjunction with image-based.finite element *** using the method. outlined.the vascular porosity,lacunar porosity and.the lacunar-canaliculi network(LCN)morphology of bone around.Mg-10Gd.in comparison to Ti in a rat mod.l from 4 weeks to 20 weeks post-implantation was *** investigation revealed.that within our observation period.the d.grad.tion of Mg-10Gd.implants was associated.with significantly lower(pd.nsity in the surround.ng bone,compared.to ***,the LCN morphology and.the fluid.flow analysis d.d.not significantly d.ffer for both implant *** summary,a more pronounced.lower lacunae d.stribution rather than their morphological changes was d.tected.in the surround.ng bone upon the d.grad.tion of Mg-10Gd.*** implies potential d.sparities in bone remod.lling rates when compared.to Ti *** find.ngs shed.light on the intricate relationship between Mg-10Gd.d.grad.tion and.bone microarchitecture,contributing to a d.eper und.rstand.ng of the implications for successful osseointegration.
