Rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)harvesting method is critical since it significantly determines the seed yield,oil quality,and industrial *** study investigated the influences of harvesting methods on the quality of cold-pressed rapeseed oil of two *** color,peroxide value(POV),tocopherol content,fatty acid composition,and polarity of total polyphenols(PTP)contents of two rapeseed varieties in Huanggang and Xiangyang were compared through artificially simulated combined harvesting and two-stage *** showed significant differences in the quality of rapeseed oil between the two harvesting *** red value(R-value),POV,total tocopherol contents,linoleic and linolenic acid content,and PTP content of the pressed rapeseed oil prepared by the combined harvesting method were about 27.6,5.7,15.8,2.0,0.5,and 28.6%lower than those of the oil produced from the two-stage harvesting method,*** and Huayouza62 performed better in the two regions and two varieties,*** sum up,the rapeseed oil obtained 41–44 days after final flowering of combined harvesting,35 days after final flowering,and six days of post-ripening of the two-stage harvesting had the best quality.

准确辨识铁磁谐振故障是启动微机消谐装置的前提,而现有时频分析方法提取铁磁谐振过电压信号特征时存在容易误判和相邻频率模态相互混叠的缺点。针对上述问题,从铁磁谐振过电压时间序列的混沌特征出发,提出了基于相空间重构的中性点非有效接地系统铁磁谐振故障辨识方法。首先利用C-C法计算相空间重构的特征参数(嵌入维数、延迟时间),然后通过相空间重构技术将过电压时间序列引入到高维空间,分析重构吸引子相平面轨迹的属性特征(关联维数、点分布因数)和几何特征(矢径偏移、中心距),并揭示了不同铁磁谐振类型重构相平面轨迹特征。最后,引入K值作为4种特征量变化规律的特征参数,结合特征量变化规律给出不同类型铁磁谐振的参考K值,以此作为谐振判据进而辨识谐振类型。通过仿真分析和云南某10 kV配电系统发生的铁磁谐振实例验证了所提方法的可行性。

Osteoporosis caused by aging is characterized by reduced bone mass and accumulated adipocytes in the bone marrow cavity. How the balance between osteoblastogenesis and adipogenesis from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) is lost upon aging is still unclear. Here, we found that the RNA-binding protein Musashi2(Msi2) regulates BMSC lineage commitment. Msi2 is commonly enriched in stem cells and tumor cells. We found that its expression was downregulated during adipogenic differentiation and upregulated during osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs. Msi2 knockout mice exhibited decreased bone mass with substantial accumulation of marrow adipocytes, similar to aging-induced osteoporosis. Depletion of Msi2 in BMSCs led to increased adipocyte commitment. Transcriptional profiling analysis revealed that Msi2 deficiency led to increased PPARγ ***-interacting protein immunoprecipitation assays demonstrated that Msi2 could inhibit the translation of the key adipogenic factor Cebpα, thereby inhibiting PPAR signaling. Furthermore, the expression of Msi2 decreased significantly during the aging process of mice, indicating that decreased Msi2 function during aging contributes to abnormal accumulation of adipocytes in bone marrow and osteoporosis. Thus, our results provide a putative biochemical mechanism for aging-related osteoporosis, suggesting that modulating Msi2 function may benefit the treatment of bone aging.

BACKGROUND Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with unprotected left main coronary artery disease(ULMCAD)is increasing strategy in coronary artery ***,there is a lack of knowledge on the impact of sex on outcomes of patients undergoing ULMCAD *** From January 2004 to December 2015,there were 3,960 patients undergoing ULMCAD PCI at our institution,including 3,121(78.8%)men and 839(21.2%)*** clinical outcome included the incidence of major adverse cardiac events(MACE)(the composite of all-cause death,myocardial infarction(MI),and revascularization),all-cause death,MI,revascularization at three years *** Compared with men,women had not significantly different MACE(14.7%vs.14.6%,P=0.89),all-cause death(3.5%vs.3.7%,P=0.76),MI(5.0%vs.4.3%,P=0.38),revascularization(9.1%vs.8.9%,P=0.86),*** adjustment,rates of MACE(HR=1.49;95%CI:1.24−1.81;P<0.0001)and all-cause death(HR=1.65;95%CI:1.09−2.48;P=0.017)occurred more frequently in male patients,as well as revascularization(HR=1.46;95%CI:1.16−1.85;P=0.001).CONCLUSION In this analysis,compared to men,women undergoing ULMCAD PCI have better outcomes of MACE,allcause death,and revascularization.

磨粒强化加工表面材料动态再结晶行为的研究

目的基于磨粒强化加工非线性热力耦合效应,研究加工表面材料动态再结晶行为。方法以45#钢为研究对象,首先建立基于砂轮轮廓及磨粒分布特征的热力耦合全尺度有限元模型,然后利用三维元胞自动机法,构建奥氏体晶粒的位错密度增长控制方程,研究动态热力耦合作用对奥氏体晶粒动态再结晶过程的影响机理。最后,结合磨粒强化加工实验,验证不同进给速度与磨削深度下再结晶晶粒尺寸与体积分数的沿层变化规律,提出加工表面材料晶粒细化过程的参数化控制方法。结果加工过程中,部分奥氏体组织会发生动态再结晶现象,并在工件表面形成细化层,细化层的厚度远小于强化层。随着与表面距离的增加,再结晶晶粒平均尺寸逐渐增大,体积分数先增大、后减小。改变磨削深度和进给速度,可使再结晶晶粒的体积分数和平均尺寸分别提高5倍和15%以上。结论通过对比实验与模拟结果,发现加工过程中热力耦合效应沿层分布差异性明显。加工应变场的作用效果远小于动态温度场的影响,这限制了表面细化层的厚度;应变场沿层递减分布,越靠近加工表面,晶粒细化现象越明显;受层间应变与应变率差异性的影响,表层再结晶晶粒形核较快,但生长速度缓慢,再结晶晶粒体积分数偏小。增大切深与进给速度会使接触区金属的去除量增加、表面温度升高且晶粒畸变现象明显,有利于细化层的形成。
