Study on the two and three-parameter working stability regions of 3Y-TZP suspension

We determined the variation tendency of viscosity (η) at various solids load- ing (α) for 3Y-TZP suspension as a function of dispersant concentration (Cw) using vis- cosity measurement, measured the diameter of particles as a function of Cw in very dilute suspension using light scattering method, and obtained the surface features of the sedi- ment of suspension with different Cw using SEM. We also discussed the influence of the microstructure of adsorbed polymer layers on particles and their interactions in the dis- persing medium on the stability of suspension. Then two different stable states and two different unstable states for 3Y-TZP suspension were given. Accordingly, the (Cw, η), (Cw, α), and (α, η) two-parameter, and (Cw, α, η) three-parameter stability maps were con- structed. Based on the DLVO theory calculations, the dispersant concentration, particle distance (r), and interparticle potential energy (VT) maps with various solids loading for 3Y-TZP aqueous suspension were also constructed. In (Cw, r) two-parameter coordinate system, the stable motion region map for particles was established. The Cw, α, and VT,max (the highest potential energy) surface of the potential barrier map was obtained through calculation and simulation on the basis of the surfaces of Cw, r, VT maps introduced above. The (Cw, α) two-parameter stability map was then obtained from the Cw, α, VT,max map. The results showed that this theoretical map can qualitatively prove the experimentally obtained results—the existence of different dispersed states of particles in suspension system and the variation tendency of suspension stability with changing each parame- ter—were reasonable.

Expression of NOS and HIF-1.in human colorectal carcinoma and implication in tumor angiogenesis

AIM: To study CD34, CD1.5, inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), endogenous nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), and hypoxia-inducible factor 1.(HIF-1.αexpression in human colorectal carcinomas. METHODS: The tissue microarrays (TMAs) were made up of 80 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 80 cases of non-neoplasm colorectal mucosa. The expression of CD34, CD1.5, NOS and HIF-1.was detected by immunohisto{1. (S-P). RESULTS: iNOS and HIF-1.expression in colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than in non-neoplasm colorectal mucosa (X2.= 43.1.6, P 1. X2.= 1..42.8, P 1.; eNOS expression in colorectal carcinoma was significantly lower than in non-neoplasm colorectal mucosa (X2.= 1..354, P 1.. The expression of iNOS correlated with differentiation (X2.= 1..1.1. P 1., invasive depth (X2.= 4.748, P 1., and Micro vessel density (MVD) (t = 2.32., P 1.was correlated with infiltrating depth (X2.= 4.397, P 2. 4.2.5, P 2.2.2. P ound in eNOS expression. CONCLUSION: Over-expression of iNOS and HIF-1.in colorectal carcinoma is correlated with the biological character MVD.

Background Data on the epidemiology of hypertension in Chinese non-dialysis chronic kidney disease （CKD） patients are *** aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension in the non-dialysis CKD patients through a nationwide,multicenter study in *** The survey was performed in 61.tertiary hospitals in 31.provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in china （except Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan）.Trained physicians collected demographic and clinical data and measured blood pressure （BP） using a standardized *** was defned as systolic BP ≥1.0 mmHg and/or diastolic BP ≥90 mmHg,and/or use of antihypertensive *** 〈1.0/90 mmHg and 〈1.0/80 mmHg were used as the 2.thresholds of hypertension *** multivariate logistic regression with adjustment for sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontrolled hypertension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 892. non-dialysis CKD *** prevalence,awareness,and treatment of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients were 67.3%,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hypertensive CKD patients,33.1. and 1..1. had controlled BP to 〈1.0/90 mmHg and 〈1.0/80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the prevalence of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients increased,but the control of hypertension decreased （P〈0.001..When the threshold of BP 〈1.0/80 mmHg was considered,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension in CKD 2.3a,3b,4,and 5 stages increased 1.3,1.4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times compared with CKD 1.stage,respectively （P〈0.05）.Using the threshold of 〈1.0/90 mmHg,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased in advanced stages （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension Chinese non-dialysis CKD patients was high,and the hypertension control was *** successive CKD stages,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased.

There is considerable potential for integrating transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),programmed death-(ligand)1.PD-[L]1.inhibitors,and molecular targeted treatments(MTT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is necessary to investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of TACE combined with PD-(L)1.inhibitors and MTT in real-world *** this nationwide,retrospective,cohort study,82. HCC patients receiving either TACE plus PD-(L)1.blockades and MTT(combination gr{1.p,n=376)or TACE monotherapy(monotherapy gr{1.p,n=450)were included from January 2.1. to May *** primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS)according to modified *** secondary {1.tcomes included overall survival(OS),objective response rate(ORR),and *** performed propensity score matching approaches to reduce bias between two *** matching,2.8 pairs were included with a predominantly advanced disease *** PFS in combination gr{1.p was 9.5 months(95%confidence interval[CI],8.4-1..0)versus 8.0 months(95%CI,6.6-9.5)(adjusted hazard ratio[HR],0.70,P=0.002..OS and ORR were also significantly higher in combination gr{1.p(median OS,1..2.1..1.2..3]vs.1..7 months[1..0-2..2.;adjusted HR,0.63,P=0.001.ORR,60.1.vs.32.0%;P1..Grade 3/4 adverse events were observed at a rate of 1..8%and 7.5%in combination and monotherapy gr{1.ps,*** results suggest that TACE plus PD-(L)1.blockades and MTT c{1.ld significantly improve PFS,OS,and ORR versus TACE monotherapy for Chinese patients with predominantly advanced HCC in real-world practice,with an acceptable safety profile.

对近年来MOF材料去除水环境中重金属、有机物的相关研究进行了总结与评述.本篇是该主题的第2.,主要对MOF材料去除水中有机污染物的相关研究进行总结和论述.研究表明,MOF材料含有大量开放性金属位点、路易斯酸碱位以及官能团,因而对染料、抗生素、农药、持久性有机污染物等均具有较高的吸附性能.氢键、π-π作用、疏水作用和静电引力是其吸附有机污染物的主要机制,部分MOF材料中较大的孔道结构也有利于大分子有机污染物的吸附;另外,部分MOF材料还具有优异的催化性能,能够作为类Fenton催化,光催化以及过硫酸盐活化的催化剂实现对有机污染物的催化降解,其中光催化反应中污染物的降解主要源于·O2.、·OH和h+的贡献;而在过硫酸盐体系中,·O2.、·OH、SO4·-和1.2.导致有机污染物分解的主要活性氧化物种.基于对先前研究的回顾,相信未来的研究领域包括但不限于以下方面:(1.进一步提高MOF在去除有机污染物方面的性能,并提高其可回收性;(2.开展新型MOF催化材料的制备及催化反应机理的研究;(3)研究MOF缺陷结构的调控,以开发具有更高吸附和催化性能的新型MOF材料;(4)研究新的框架材料,例如共价有机骨架(COFs)材料,并将其应用于污染物净化领域.

Land use reflects human activities on *** land use is the highest level human alteration on Earth,and it is rapidly changing due to population increase and *** areas have widespread effects on local hydrology,climate,biodiversity,and food production[1.2..However,maps,that contain knowledge on the distribution,pattern and composition of vari{1.s land use types in urban areas,are limited to city *** mapping standard on data s{1.rces,methods,land use classification schemes varies from city to city,due to differences in financial input and skills of mapping *** address vari{1.s national and global environmental challenges caused by urbanization,it is important to have urban land uses at the national and global scales that are derived from the same or consistent data s{1.rces with the same or compatible classification systems and mapping *** is because,only with urban land use maps produced with similar criteria,consistent environmental policies can be made,and action efforts can be compared and assessed for large scale environmental ***,despite of the fact that a number of urban-extent maps exist at global scales[3,4],more detailed urban land use maps do not exist at the same *** at big c{1.ntry or regional levels such as for the United States,china and European Union,consistent land use mapping efforts are rare[5,6](e.g.,https://***/open_land_use/).

早期宫颈癌宫旁组织转移的相关危险因素分析

目的分析早期宫颈癌(ⅠA1.ⅡA2.)患者的宫旁组织转移率以及相关危险因素。方法收集青岛市市立医院2.05~2.1.年接受Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型广泛全子宫切除+盆腔淋巴结清扫术治疗的1.4例早期宫颈癌(ⅠA1.ⅡA2.)患者的临床资料,对宫旁浸润和各临床病理指标进行统计学分析。结果 1.4例患者中7例出现宫旁转移,转移率为3.6%(7/1.4)。单因素分析结果显示:肿瘤大小(≤2.cm或>2.cm)、淋巴结转移情况、肿瘤浸润的深度(≤1.2.者>1.2.、淋巴脉管浸润(lympho-vascular space invasion,LSVI)情况及是否累及宫体、阴道是早期宫颈癌发生宫旁转移的危险因素(P均2.,P=0.01.、脉管浸润(OR值2..34,P=0.01.。LSVI(-)且淋巴结(-)的患者宫旁转移率为0。结论早期宫颈癌(ⅠA1.ⅠA2.)患者的宫旁转移发生率比较低,早期宫颈癌宫旁转移的独立危险因素有LSVI和淋巴结转移。
