The complex air pollution driven by both Ozone(O_(3))and fine particulate matter(PM2.5)sig nificantly influences the air quality in the Sichuan Basin(SCB).Understanding the O_(3)for mation during autumn and winter is necessary to understand the atmospheric oxidative ***,continuous in-site field observations were carried out during the late summer,early autumn and winter of 2.2. in a rural area of *** total volatile organic compounds(VOCs)concentration reported by a Proton-Transfer-Reaction Time-of Flight Mass Spectrometry(PTR-ToF-MS)were 13.66±9.75 ppb,5.50±2.64 ppb,and 9.41±5.11 ppb in late summer,early autumn and winter,*** anthropogenic VOCs(AVOCs)and biogenic VOCs(BVOCs)were 8.48±7.92.ppb and 5.18±2.99 ppb in late sum mer,3.31±1.89 ppb and 2.19±0.93 ppb in autumn,and 6.2.±3.99 ppb and 3.2.±1.2.ppb in winter.A zero-dimensional atmospheric box model was employed to investigate the sensitivity of O_(3)-precursors by relative incremental reactivity(RIR).The RIR values of AV OCs,BVOCs,carbon monoxide(CO),and nitrogen oxides(NOx)were 0.31,0.71,0.09,and-0.36 for late summer,0.2.,0.59,0.2.,and-0.38 for early autumn,and 0.30,0.64,0.33 and-0.70 for winter,and the results showed that the O_(3)formation of sampling area was in the VOC-limited region,and O_(3)was most sensitive to BVOCs(with highest RIR values,>0.6)This study can be helpful in understanding O_(3)formation and interpreting the secondary formation of aerosols in the winter.

The unloading effect by excavation may cause irreversible and severe damage to the surrounding rock masses in underground *** this paper,both conventional triaxial compression(CTC)tests and triaxial unloading confining pressure(TUCP)tests were conducted on fine-grained granite to study its triaxial compression failure processes due to *** on the crack volumetric strain(CVS)method,the crack axial strain(CAS)method and crack radial area strain(CRAS)method were proposed to identify the failure precursor information(including stress thresholds and axial strain at the initiation point of crack connectivity stage)during the rock failure *** results of the CTC tests show that the stable crack development stressσsd,unstable crack development stressσusd,and crack connectivity stressσct identified by the CAS method are 6%,74%–84%,and 86%–97%of the peak stress,*** the TUCP cases,as the confining pressure increases,the stress thresholds,axial pressure at failure and axial strain at the start of the crack connectivity stage increase,while the time ratio of the crack connectivity stage to the entire unloading stage *** indicates that fine-grained granite is prone to generate more cracks and leads to fail suddenly under high confining ***,this new method demonstrates that the point at which the derivative of the radial crack area strain transitions from stable to a sudden increase or decrease is defined as the precursor point of rock *** results of axial strain at the starting point of the crack connectivity stage are very close to those predicted by the AE method,withβ1 no more than 11%.

Although various routes have been reported for haloazidation,unavoidable problems exist,such as environmentally unfriendly monomer halogen,the need for in situ generation of unstable halogen azides(XN3),applicability to one type of haloazidation and inability to precisely control ***,we developed a universal strategy for haloazidation of alkenes through controlling the reactivity of IBA-N_(3) by switching halogen salts,allowing for the synthesis of a diversity of halogen azide *** studies have shown that by tuning the reactivity of IBA-N_(3) via switching halogen salts,different intermediates can be controllably produced to achieve regioselectivityand chemoselectivity in thehaloazidationof alkenes.

2.2.年4月发射的FY-3G上搭载17个频率的测雨微波成像仪(MWRI-RM),其业务定标的微波亮温(Tb)数据于2.2.年10月2.日公开发布.本文比对了发布10天的MWRI-RM与全球降水测量(GPM)卫星上的微波成像仪(GMI)相匹配的Tb数据,并借助辐射传输模式进行双差分(DD)交叉定标分析,旨在快速评估新一代MWRI-RM观测数据质量.观测比较表明,MWR1-RM与GMI测量的Tb一致性很好,大多通道的平均偏差(MBE)和均方根误差(RMSE)均小于1K.两种传感器由于观测角度略有不同在水面产生约0.5 K差异.DD分析也展示出MWRI-RM的大多数通道性能与GMI相当接近,尤其是首次启用的高频166 GHz和183 GHz.

The combination of horseradish peroxidase(HRP)and a fluorescence substrate has been attracting great interests in developing sensitive biochemical analysis and immunoassays.10-Acetyl-3,7-dihydroxyphenoxazine(ADHP or Amplex red)is the most sensitive fluorogenic substrate known for HRP in current market,however,it suffers from some drawbacks,such as non-specific reactivity to carboxylesterase and limited fluorescence *** the present study,a novel HRP substrate10-cyclopropylcarbonyl-dichloro-dihydroxyphenoxazine(AR-2.,has been prepared,which exhibited improved sensitivity than ADHP in sensing ***,the fluorescence of AR-2.HRP demonstrated improved tolerance to physiological relevant p H fluctuation as compared to ADHP/*** detection of uric acid/urate oxidase reaction indicated excellent application prospect of AR-2.HRP for monitoring H_(2.O_(2.-generating biochemical *** interestingly,an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)using AR-2.as the fluorescence reporter has been successfully used in detecting IgG against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2.SARS-CoV-2.from human serum ***,AR-2.exhibits improved performances over the commercial ADHP,which will be an ideal alternative to ADHP in HRP-based fluorescence biochemical analysis and immunoassays.

Anti-inflammatory drugs targeting inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)have attracted considerable attention but still face low therapeutic outcomes and frequent side ***(ATX),a natural ketone,possesses potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory ***,it faces problems such as poor water solubility,photothermal instability,and low ***,we employed a supramolecular encapsulation strategy to create a nanoscale oral delivery system for ATX(referred to as FC-ATX NPs)by coupling fucoidan(FUC)with chitosan oligosaccharides(COS).The obtained FC-ATX NPs exhibited a particular“bean pod”structure with uniform size,good encapsulation efficiency,excellent physical and chemical stability,pH-triggered intestinal targeted slow-release properties,and potent antioxidant *** vitro cell culture experiments showed that FC-ATX NPs promoted cellular uptake and scavenged excessive intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS).In mouse models of colitis,FC-ATX NPs enhanced the drug absorption of intestinal epithelial cells and effectively accumulated at the site of *** work provides an efficient approach to enhance the bioavailability of ATX and has excellent application potential as an oral targeted delivery system for colitis therapy.

Forsythia suspensa,belonging to the deciduous shrubs of the Luteaceae family,a traditional Chinese medicine,has effects of alleviating swelling,clearing heat,detoxification and promoting blood *** leaves of *** contain multiple chemical components and have a long history of use in folk medicines and health *** purpose of this study was to explore the effects of forsythin extract from *** leaves on intestinal microbiota and short-chain fatty acid(SCFA)content in rats with obesity induced by a high-fat *** extract in *** leaves increased the abundance of the intestinal microbiota,ameliorated intestinal microbiota disorders and inhibited the increase in total SCFA content in the intestinal tract in rats with obesity induced by a high-fat *** results suggested that forsythin extract in *** leaves may slow the development of obesity induced by a high-fat diet;thus,its active components and efficacy are worthy of further study.
