The boundary value problem for the nonlinear elliptic equation is considered. The outer solution for the original problem is obtained. The boundary and interior layer correction terms are constructed by introducing stretched variables and setting local coordinate systems near the boundary and interior discontinuous point of outer solution. Under suitable conditions, using the differential inequalities and the mean value theorem, the existence of the shock solution for boundary value problem is proved and the asymptotic behavior of the solution is studied.

本文从Marsaglia和Styan给出的矩阵乘积的Sylvester与Frobenius不等式中等式成立充要条件出发,利用可同时对角化矩阵的广义逆的性质,给出了可同时对角化矩阵的Sylvester与Frobenius不等式中等式成立的一系列新的充要条件.

Chitosan(CS),hydrated zinc acetate,and rectorite(REC) were used as raw materials to prepare CS-embedded zinc oxide(ZnO) nanoparticle by a chemical precipitation ***-bonded REC-loaded ZnO-CS nanoparticle was to form ZnO-CS/REC nanocomposite photocatalyst,its morphology and structure were analyzed by means of FTIR,XRD,TGA,SEM,and *** effects of the catalyst dosage,methyl orange(mo) initial concentration and solution pH on photocatalytic performance were also *** experimental results show that the ZnO-CS/REC nanocomposite has a particle size of 1.0 nm with good dispersion and *** irradiation of visible light,0.6 g/L photocatalyst was used to degrade mo in solution for 90 min at pH 6,then the mo solution(1. mg/L) was decolored by more than 99%,indicating that the ZnO-CS/REC nanocomposite exhibited highly photocatalytic degradation ***,the photodegradation kinetic mechanism of mo in aqueous solution is presumed.

This work is concerned with spectrM Jacobi-collocation methods for Volterra integral equations of the second kind with a weakly singular of the form （t - s）-a When the underlying solutions are sufficiently smooth, the convergence analysis was carried out in [{1. ＆ Tang, J. Comput. Appl. Math., 233 （2009）, pp. 938-950]; due to technical reasons 1.In this work, we will improve the results to the the results are restricted to 0 〈 μ 〈 1.2. general case 0 〈 μ 〈 1.and demonstrate that the numericl errors decay exponentially in the infinity and weighted norms when the smooth solution is involved.

Microbially mediated bioreduction of iron oxyhydroxide plays an important role in the biogeochemical cycle of *** sulfurreducens is a representative dissimilatory ironreducing bacterium that assembles electrically conductive pili and *** impact of supplementation withγ-Fe_2O_3 nanoparticles(NPs)(0.2 and 0.6 g)on the ***-mediated reduction of ferrihydrite was *** the overall performance of microbial ferrihydrite reduction mediated byγ-Fe_2O_3 NPs,stronger reduction was observed in the presence of direct contact withγ-Fe_2O_3 NPs than with indirect *** to the production of Fe(Ⅱ)derived from biotic modification with ferrihydrite alone,increases greater than 1.6-and 1.4-fold in the production of Fe(Ⅱ)were detected in the biotic modifications in which direct contact with 0.2 g and 0.6 gγ-Fe_2O_3 NPs,respectively,occurred.X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that magnetite was a unique representative iron mineral in ferrihydrite when active *** cells were in direct contact withγ-Fe_2O_3 *** of the sorption of biogenic Fe(Ⅱ)ontoγ-Fe_2O_3 NPs instead of ferrihydrite,the addition ofγ-Fe_2O_3 NPs could also contribute to increased duration of ferrihydrite reduction by preventing ferrihydrite surface ***,electron microscopy analysis confirmed that the direct addition ofγ-Fe_2O_3 NPs stimulated the electrically conductive pili and cytochromes to stretch,facilitating long-range electron transfer between the cells and *** obtained findings provide a more comprehensive understanding of the effects of iron oxide NPs on soil biogeochemistry.

The retina is a complex visual tissue that perceives light signals because of an exquisite orchestration of high cellular complexity(Fig. 1.). It is of great significance to explore the transcriptome diversity of each cell type for comprehensive understanding(Voigt et al.,2020b). Unlike conventional sequencing methods, single-cell RNAsequencing(scRNA-seq) and single-nucleus RNA-sequencing(snRNA-seq) accurately profile transcriptomic characterization of individual whole cells and nuclei, respectively.
