This paper established sustainable land resources evaluating indicators fit for hilly area in sichuan Basin, Southwest of China, and evaluated the case of sustainable land management of Lezhi County from 1.90 to{1.001. The result showed that the land resource sustainable utilization ability in Lezhi County is belong to Second level （better sustainable）. Secondly, this paper diagnosed some years obstacles of sustainable land management of Lezhi County from base period to goal period and compared the obstacles factors in the indicators system. There were 1. indexes orderly become major affect factor to land sustainable utilization of Lezhi county in indicator system, of which there are 8 obstacles indexes exist both in 1.90 and{1.001. The value of obstacles degree of five indicators exceeded 5.in 1.90, but in{1.001. only two indicators＇ values were more than 5.

Metal nanomaterials can facilitate microbial extracellular electron transfer(EET)in the electrochemically active ***,the role of nanomaterials/bacteria interaction in this process is still ***,we reported the single-cell voltammetric imaging of Shewanella oneidensis MR-1.at the single-cell level to elucidate the metal-enhanced EET mechanism in vivo by the Fermi level-responsive graphene *** oxidation currents of~20 fA were observed from single native cells and gold nanoparticle(AuNP)-coated cells in linear sweep voltammetry *** the contrary,the oxidation potential was reduced by up to 1.0 mV after AuNP *** revealed the mechanism of AuNP-catalyzed direct EET decreasing the oxidation barrier between the outer membrane cytochromes and the *** method offered a promising strategy to understand the nanomaterials/bacteria interaction and guide the rational construction of EET-related microbial fuel cells.

The study site is located in Qianyanzhou experimental station and the surrounding area. Based on CBERS-02 satellite data and field measurement, we not only discussed the relationship between NDVI and biomass of two species of coniferous plantations, namely, Pinus massoniana Lamb and Pinus elliottii Engelm, but also introduced the biomass models based on NDVI. The comparison between measured biomass in Qianyanzhou and biomass derived from CBERS-02 CCD data showed that it is feasible to estimate biomass based on NDVI. But its limitations cannot be ignored. This kind of model depends on the dominant vegetation species. There are some effect factors in estimating biomass based on NDVI. This paper analyzes these factors based on fine-resolution CBERS-02 CCD data and some conclusions are drawn: In Qianyanzhou, the area with good vegetation coverage, the nonlinearity of NDVI has little influence on scaling-up of NDVI. As a result of surface heterogeneity, scaling-up can cause NDVI within each pixel to change. Because scaling-up can cause pixel attribute to change, the applicability of biomass model is one of the sources of error in estimating biomass.

The effects of modifying the carbohydrate chain and amino acids on the conformation andactivity of Millettia dielsiana *** ***（MDL）were studied by hemagglutination,fluorescenceand circular dichroism *** modification of tryptophan residues led to a compete loss of hemagglu-tinating activity;however,the addition of mannose was able to prevent this loss of *** resultsindicate that two tryptophan residues are involved in the carbohydrate-binding *** of thecarboxyl group residues produced an 80% loss of activity,but the presence of mannose protected against *** results suggest that the carboxyl groups of aspartic and glutamic acids are involved in thecarbohydrate-binding site of the ***,oxidation of the carbohydrate chain and modification of thehistidine and arginine residues did not affect the hemagglutinating activity of *** studies ofMDL indicate that tryptophan residues are present in a relatively hydrophobic region,and the binding ofmannose to MDL could quench tryptophan fluorescence without any change in λ*** circular dicbroismspectrum showed that all of these modifications affected the conformation of the MDL molecule to differentextents,except the modification of arginine *** quenching showed that acrylamide andiodoacetic acids are able to quench 77% and 98% of the fluorescence of tryptophan in MDL,***,K1.produced a barely perceptible effect on the fluorescence of MDL,even when the concentrationof I-was 0.1. *** demonstrates that most of tryptophan residues are located in relatively hydrophobicor negatively charged areas near the surface of the MDL molecule.

This paper reveals that agricultural growth trend in China is strongly correlated with the growth of off-farm industries-the curve of net income from off-farm industries reflects the general characteristics of net income of households. That means the increase of net income of farm households is chiefly from off-farm industries,more than from agriculture. The authors therefore conclude that the "poverty" in mountain areas or the gap between mountain areas and plain areas lies in the underdevelopment of off-farm industries in mountain areas. Finally,the authors make suggestions of strategic adjustment of economic structure: 1. present situation of mountain areas in China should be fully considered; 2) a full industrial system is not our desire; 3) advantageous industries should be promoted to create famous products; 4) industrialization and urbanization in mountain areas should be promoted and so on.

Wetland is a kind of key natural resources. However, the wetlands have been shrinking rapidly in Sangjiang Plain and its functions have been degrading. These all hold back the sustainable development of human communities, and lead to great change in the land use /cover (LUCC), consequently caused global changes in climate, water cycling, etc.. Taken Fujin region as a case study, spatial and temporal dynamic processes of wetland and its driving forces were analyzed from 1.5. to 2000 in this paper. It showed that the wetlands had been reduced from 5.×1.4 ha to 1.×1.4 ha in areas during the nearly 5. years . The percentage of wetland areas reduced from 61.27% to 1..39%. On the other hand, cultivated land increased from 22×1.4 ha to 60×1.4 ha in areas. The percentage of the areas increased from 25.31. to 70.45.. Further quantitative analysis of the wetland landscape conversion characteristics and the correlation analysis between the change of wetland areas and population increase were made. The results showed that 40×1.4 ha wetlands had been converted to cultivated land within half of a century; the correlation between the rate of wetland loss and that of population increased is nearly -0.922. So it was concluded that the main driving force of wetland shrinkage in Fujin region was the colonization of human being.

The pulsar timing array(PTA)collaborations have recently reported compelling evidence for a stochastic signal consistent with a gravitational-wave *** this paper,we combine the latest data sets from NANOGrav,PPTA,and EPTA to explore cosmological interpretations for the PTA signal from first-order phase transitions,domain walls,and cosmic strings,*** find that the domain wall model is strongly disfavored with the Bayes factors compared with the first-order phase transitions and cosmic strings being 1.90 and 1.1.9,respectively,breaking the degeneracy among these models in individual data *** also find that:(1.a strong phase transition at temperatures below the electroweak scale is favored,and the bubble collisions make the dominant contribution to the energy density spectrum;(2)a small reconnection probability p1.5.×1.^(-1.allowed by strings in(super)string theory is favored at the 95.confidence level,and ground-based detectors can further constrain the parameter space.
