Experimental Study on Vortex-Induced Vibration of Marine Riser Model with Coupling Interference Effect Under Combined Internal and External Flow

A partition model of interference efficiency was constructed to study the coupling interference effect under combined internal and external flow.The concept of“internal flow efficiency”,“velocity ratio”and“interference efficiency”were introduced to quantify the effect of internal flow and interference,and reveal the coupling mechanism among internal flow,external flow and interference effect.The results showed that the dynamic response of risers under variable angles was significantly different after considering the effect of internal flow.When the external flow velocity was smaller than 0.25 m/s,the vibration of risers was promoted by the internal flow.With the increase of external flow velocity,the effect of internal flow was weakened and the dynamic response of riser mainly depended on the external flow and interference effect.Under the effect of different internal flow,the interference efficiency had similar change trend.The interference effect amplified the complex secondary flow effect inside the riser,making the dynamic response of riser complex and random.In this paper,the overlap area and subdivision criterion of interference effect were constructed within the range of experimental velocity ratio,and the change curve of interference efficiency was obtained with an average meaning,which may have important practical meaning.

Clinical pharmaceutical analysis of combined therapy with amlodipine benzenesulfonate and atorvastatin calcium for elderly patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia

Background Hypertension combined with dyslipidemia is the main cause of cerebrovascular and cardiovascular accidents in elderly patients,and actively controlling blood pressure and lipid levels is the best way to reduce the risk of cardiovascular accidents and death.This study focused on the clinical pharmaceutical analysis of combined therapy with amlodipine benzenesulfonate and atorvastatin calcium for elderly patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia.Methods A total of 292 elderly patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia from August 2022 to February 2023 were selected and grouped according to random number table method,and evenly assigned to control group(n=146)and observation group(n=146).Control group was treated with amlodipine besylate,and observation group was treated with combined therapy with amlodipine benzenesulfonate and atorvastatin calcium.The effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,and the changes of blood pressure and lipid indexes before and after treatment were also compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was significant(P0.05).No significant differences were found in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,total cholesterol and triglyceride between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).While after treatment,the level of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,total cholesterol and triglyceride in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination therapy with amlodipine benzenesulfonate and atorvastatin calcium is effective and safe,improving blood pressure and lipid levels in patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia,and can be widely applied to elderly patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia.[S Chin J Cardiol 2024;25(1):38-43].

针对重大安全事故发生时,肆意传播且真伪难辨的信息易引起社会负面情绪,给应急处置及救援工作带来不便的问题,基于主动安全理念,结合情感分析模型、主题计算模型和易感人群-潜伏人群-感染人群-离去人群(SEIR)模型,开展重大安全事故网络舆情仿真及控制策略研究。运用卷积深度置信网络(CDBN)、时域卷积网络(TCN)、条件随机场(CRF)组成的CDBN-TCN-CRF情感分析模型及T分布瓦瑟斯坦自编码器(TWAE)主题计算模型,识别情感极性及主题类别,跟踪网络舆情情感倾向及民众关注热点;运用SEIR模型来预测网络舆情走势,并研究网络舆情的传播过程和影响因素。结果表明:CDBN-TCN-CRF情感分析模型、TWAE主题计算模型及SEIR模型结合使用,可以更好地展现其对网络舆情深度分析与趋势预测的能力。

The irregular defects and residual tumor tissue after surgery are challenges for effective breast cancer treatment.Herein,a smart hydrogel with self-adaptable size and dual responsive cargos release was fabricated to treat breast cancer via accurate tumor elimination,on-demand adipose tissue regeneration and effective infection inhibition.The hydrogel consisted of thiol groups ended polyethylene glycol(SH-PEG-SH)and doxorubicin encapsulated mesoporous silica nanocarriers(DOX@MSNs)double crosslinked hyaluronic acid(HA)after loading of antibacterial peptides(AP)and adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs).A pH-cleavable unsaturated amide bond was pre-introduced between MSNs and HA frame to perform the tumor-specific acidic environment dependent DOX@MSNs release,meanwhile an esterase degradable glyceryl dimethacrylate cap was grafted on MSNs,which contributed to the selective chemotherapy in tumor cells with over-expressed esterase.The bond cleavage between MSNs and HA would also cause the swelling of the hydrogel,which not only provide sufficient space for the growth of ADSCs,but allows the hydrogel to fully fill the irregular defects generated by surgery and residual tumor atrophy,resulting in the on-demand regeneration of adipose tissue.Moreover,the sustained release of AP could be simultaneously triggered along with the size change of hydrogel,which further avoided bacterial infection to promote tissue regeneration.

Numerical Study on the Unsteady Characteristics of the Propeller Cavitation in Uniform and Nonuniform Wake Flows

Propeller cavitation is a problematic issue because of its negative effects, such as performances losses, noise,vibration and erosion. Numerical methodology is an effective and efficient technical tool for the study of propeller cavitation, however, it is hard to capture tip-vortex cavitation in the previous work by using common turbulence models based on turbulent-viscosity hypothesis. In this work, the Reynolds-Averaged Naiver-Stokes(RANS)approach, adopting the Reynolds stress turbulence model(RSM), is taken to study the unsteady characteristics of the cavitation on the four-bladed INSEAN E779 A model propeller. The numerical simulation was carried out using the commercial CFD software ANSYS Fluent 14.0. One kind of uniform wake flow and two kinds of nonuniform wake flows are considered here. The results in the uniform flow show a good agreement with previous experimental results on both the sheet cavitation and the tip vortex cavitation and prove the ability of the RSM on capturing the tip vortex cavitation. Two kinds of nonuniform wake flows are designed based on the previous experimental researches and the unsteady characteristics of the propeller cavitation are analyzed by comparing the results in the uniform and two nonuniform wake flows together.

生命意识是生命的本体论规定,是生存意识和生活意识的统一。“终极”作为由“终”和“极”组成的联合式复合词,其词义既与终端又与顶端相联系。与“死”相对应的生命过程的终端词义和与“生”相对应的生命意义的顶端词义相结合,就构成了人生的终极意蕴。终极关怀就是生命意识对人生终极意蕴的“终极地关怀”,是生命意识的必然,以“趋生避死”为旨归,把消解死亡恐惧作为“避死”的首要内容,把筹划到最本己的能在作为“趋生”的根本目的。终极关怀通过终极信仰,使信仰在信念基础上确立,从而在与初级关怀相对应行为目的的设定及其坚守中发生作用。人文精神作为最有影响的社会价值观念,会对个体生命活动中的终极关怀产生影响:主体意识的发展,越来越深刻地把人生终端和顶端的终极意蕴转化为终极关怀;追求自由意识的发展,不断赋予终极关怀时代特征;批判意识的发展,使终极关怀的本己性尽可能地展现其固有的“达到‘尽善尽美性’的冲动”。生命意识中“趋生避死”的要求是必然的,然而这个要求最终不可能实现也是必然的,这两个“必然”揭示了人生的“悲剧性的冲突”,构成了终极关怀中的悲剧意识。但正是这一悲剧意识所体现的个体在“趋生避死”中“明知不可为而为之”的崇高形象,使生命意识熠熠生辉。

《九民纪要》第120条认可债权人通过第三人撤销之诉行使撤销权,但仍不足以有效因应债务人虚假诉讼对债权人的损害,因此有进一步讨论“债权人通过诉讼参加行使撤销权”的必要性。从诉讼地位角度看,债权人只有拥有独立诉讼地位,才能在诉讼中有效阻止虚假诉讼产生。然而,我国司法实践对主张撤销权的债权人是否是有独立请求权的第三人存有争议。从民事诉讼的独立参加理论看,我国法下债权人通过独立参加行使撤销权的正当性和路径,可从两方面展开解释:一方面,通过将《民事诉讼法》第59条第1款的“提起诉讼”解释为“提出诉讼请求”,可化解我国规范逻辑和实践逻辑的矛盾;在此基础上,结合《民事诉讼法》第59条第1款的制度目的,通过将“独立请求权”解释为“第三人基于自己的实体法权利或衍生于实体法权利的救济性权利,对本诉当事人提出具有否定本诉诉讼标的效果的请求权”,可以将债权人撤销权解释为独立请求权的一种,进而证成债权人通过独立参加行使撤销权的正当性。另一方面,结合《民法典》第538条和第539条,可进一步确定和细化我国法下债权人通过独立参加行使撤销权的条件。

Pulse rate estimation based on facial videos:an evaluation and optimization of the classical methods using both self-constructed and public datasets

Pulse rate is one of the important characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis,and it is of great significance for determining the nature of cold and heat in diseases.The prediction of pulse rate based on facial video is an exciting research field for getting palpation information by observation diagnosis.However,most studies focus on optimizing the algorithm based on a small sample of participants without systematically investigating multiple influencing factors.A total of 209 participants and 2,435 facial videos,based on our self-constructed Multi-Scene Sign Dataset and the public datasets,were used to perform a multi-level and multi-factor comprehensive comparison.The effects of different datasets,blood volume pulse signal extraction algorithms,region of interests,time windows,color spaces,pulse rate calculation methods,and video recording scenes were analyzed.Furthermore,we proposed a blood volume pulse signal quality optimization strategy based on the inverse Fourier transform and an improvement strategy for pulse rate estimation based on signal-to-noise ratio threshold sliding.We found that the effects of video estimation of pulse rate in the Multi-Scene Sign Dataset and Pulse Rate Detection Dataset were better than in other datasets.Compared with Fast independent component analysis and Single Channel algorithms,chrominance-based method and plane-orthogonal-to-skin algorithms have a more vital anti-interference ability and higher robustness.The performances of the five-organs fusion area and the full-face area were better than that of single sub-regions,and the fewer motion artifacts and better lighting can improve the precision of pulse rate estimation.

采用成本较低、结构紧凑且使用便捷的单高速相机三维数字图像相关方法(single-camera high-speed three-dimensional digital image correlation,简称SCHS 3D-DIC)对涡轮叶片的振动特性进行试验研究。首先,介绍了测量装置和原理,以悬臂铝板为对象开展验证试验,结果证明了该测量系统的准确性与有效性;其次,开展了叶片的全场振动特性测量,得到了其三维形貌、模态特性、全场位移与应变分布,获得了叶片在振动载荷作用下的高应变区域位置及应变分布特点。研究表明,SCHS 3D-DIC方法相比常规双高速相机3D-DIC方法具有更高的视场利用率,适合于细长型的涡轮叶片的振动测量试验。
