This study presents a rapid, specific and sensitive liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) assay for determination of risperidone (RIS) in human serum using paroxetine as an internal standard (IS). An Alltima-C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm, 3 μm) and a mobile phase consisting of 0.1% formic acid-acetonitrile (40:60, v/v) were used for separation. The analysis was performed by selected reaction monitoring (SRM) method, and the peak area of the m/z 411.3→191.1 transition for RIS was measured versus that of the m/z 330.1→192.1 transition for IS to generate the standard curves. The assay linearity of RIS was confirmed over the range 0.25～50.00 ng/ml and the limit of quantitation was 0.05 ng/ml. The linear range corresponds well with the serum concentrations of the analytes obtained in clinical pharmacokinetic studies. Intraday and interday relative standard deviations were 1.85%～9.09% and 1.56%～4.38%, respectively. The recovery of RIS from serum was in the range of 70.20%～84.50%. The method was successfully applied to investigate the bioequivalence between two kinds of tablets (test versus reference products) in 18 healthy male Chinese volunteers. The result suggests that two formulations are bioequivalent.

The exhaust and flame from a supersonic airborne missile high-energy smoke-born engine (SAMHSE) may lead to high-temperature ablation, supersonic-erosion, dreg-adherence (HTASED) and corrosion on the launcher slide track, causing serious problems to the operation and decreasing the lifetime of the launcher. Therefore, it is imperative to study the destructive mechanism so as to guarantee the smooth operation and increase the lifetime of military equipments. Accordingly, HTASED and corrosion were systematically observed and analyzed with the emphasis placed on the mechanism investigations making use of a series evaluation tests, typical missile engine simulation tests, national military standard methods, scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical corrosion tests. It is found that the thermal impact of high-temperature flame and supersonic erosion of corrosive melting particle jet of the SAMHSE lead to surface defects of micro-cracks, denudation and corrosive residue. Some defects reach to metal base becoming to "corrosive channels". Repetitive HTASED may cause ablation-adhesion fatigue stress, which enhances the surface corrosion and destruction. HTASED and corrosion are related to the type of a SAMHSE fuel and experience of the launcher. Surface destruction is related to synergistic effects of the HTASED. The ablated and failed Al or steel surface is liable to electrochemical corrosion characterized by pitting in humid and salt-spray environment.

A protocol for the Knoevenagel condensation of aromatic aldehydes with methylene compounds catalyzed by task specifed ionic liquid 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]-undec-7-en-8-ium lactate under solvent-free conditions has been developed. The reactions proceed at ambient temperature and the work-up procedures are very simple. Good to excellent yields could be obtained. The ionic liuid could be simply prepared and recycled efficiently.

A novel electrochemical immunosensor with amplification effect based on the enzyme inhibition of silver deposition was proposed. In this method, the capture antibody was first immobilized onto a gold electrode via a self-assembled layer. After a sandwich immunoreaction, HRP labeled antibody was bound to the gold electrode. The HRP on the electrode inhibited silver deposition when the electrode was incubated in hydroquinone-H2O2 solution and silver ion solution. The linear sweep voltammetry was chosen to detect the deposited silver and the result showed that the peak current was linearly proportional to the content of IgG in the range of 50 to 2500 ng/mL with a detection limit of 35 ng/mL.

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome is caused by the PRRS virus (PRRSV),which has six structural proteins (GP2,GP3,GP4,GP5,M and N). GP5 and N protein are important targets for serological detection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and other methods. Toward this goal,we developed an indirect ELISA with recombinant GP5 antigens and this method was validated by comparison to the LSI PRRSV-Ab ELISA kit. The results indicated that the optimal concentration of coated recombinant antigen was 0.2 μg/well for a serum dilution of 1:40. The rate of agreement with the LSI PRRSV-Ab kit was 88.7% (266/300). These results support the potential use of recombinant GP5 as an antigen for indirect ELISA to detect PRRSV antibodies in pigs.

Although supply chain is regarded as an integrated pr ocess, actually, researchers and practitioners have primarily investigated the v arious processes of the supply chain individually. The competitive field in most markets requires well-designed integrated supply chain instead of individual o perations. In this paper, some traditional thinking of supply chain is given fir st, then SCM (Supply Chain Management) is introduced, which views the entire sup ply chain as a whole rather than individual process and aims to increase transpa rency and alignment of the supply chain’s coordination and configuration, regar dless of functional or corporate boundaries. Secondly, issues regarding the significance and the situation of supply chain management in enterprises of Chin a are briefly described. In china, most enterprises haven’t established the ide a of supply chain management, supply chain are just focused on the step from sup pliers to manufacturers, which is a partial but not whole supply chain. Challeng ed by intense competition in the global market, further research on supply chain management is badly needed in China, if not, traditional pattern must be overwh elmed by world competition. Finally, suggestions for future research, especial ly the required conditions for a successful adoption of supply chain managemen t, are outlined. Organizations with Supply chain management can realize the advantages of backward vertical integration. However the following issues must b e paid attention to before supply chain management pattern is established.(1) Ch anging the corporate cultures of all members in the value chain to make it condu cive to supply chain management.(2) Developing long-term, cooperative and certi fied relationship with key suppliers.(3) Developing supply chain management soft ware that includes a completely integrated information system based on distr ibuted database throughout supply chain.(4) Reconstructing organization structur e adapting to supply chain

Calcium(Ca2+) is an essential nutrient and a cellular signal in plants. The level of free Ca2+in the apoplast is ～10,000-fold higher than that in the cytoplasm at the resting state. This large Ca2+level gradient across the membrane between the interior and exterior can cause Ca2+overload and toxicity. Plants have evolved mechanisms to export Ca2+out of the cytoplasm or store it in intracellular organelles, such as endoplasmic reticulum（ER）, mitochondria, and vacuole.

Sodium-ion batteries have emerged as competitive substitutes for low-temperature applications due to severe capacity loss and safety concerns of lithium-ion batteries at−20°C or ***,the key capability of ultrafast charging at ultralow temperature for SIBs is rarely ***,a hybrid of Bi nanoparticles embedded in carbon nanorods is demonstrated as an ideal material to address this issue,which is synthesized via a high temperature shock *** a hybrid shows an unprecedented rate performance(237.9 mAh g^(−1)at 2 A g^(−1))at−60℃,outperforming all reported SIB anode *** with a Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)cathode,the energy density of the full cell can reach to 181.9 Wh kg^(−1)at−40°*** on this work,a novel strategy of high-rate activation is proposed to enhance performances of Bi-based materials in cryogenic conditions by creating new active sites for interfacial reaction under large current.
