Gel point or pour point is widely used to evaluate the low temperature flowability of crude oil. However, it is not adequate to describe the gelling properties of waxy crude oils under flow conditions with gel point or pour point, since the theological behavior of crude oils is dependent on shear history. Waxy crude oils tend to gel at a low temperature. Based on gelation theory, the characteristic temperature of waxy crude oil was determined by analyzing viscosity-temperature data. Two mathematical models were developed for calculating characteristic temperatures of virgin crude oils and pour point depressants （PPD） beneficiated crude oils, respectively. By using these two models, the characteristic temperatures of crude oils that have experienced shearing and thermal histories can be predicted. The model for predicting the characteristic temperature of virgin crude oils has an average relative deviation of 4.5%, and all predicted values have a deviation within 2 ℃. Tested by 42 sets of data, the prediction model for crude oil treated with PPD has a high accuracy, with an average relative deviation of 4.2%, and 95.2 percent of predicted values have a deviation within 2 ℃. These two models provide useful ways for predicting the flowability of crude oils in pipelines when only wax content, wax appearance point and gel point are available.

本研究采用卫星测高数据与第六次国际耦合模式比较计划(CMIP6)海平面动力进行对比,重点针对40S-40N地区的动力海平面(DSL),评估了模式对其平均态与年际变率的综合模拟能力,结果表明,对于DSL平均态的模拟,模式与观测结果非常吻合,模式之间的差异较小.其中,副热带北大西洋是模拟偏差和模式间差异较为显著的区域,对于DSL年际变率的模拟,模式之间保持较高的一致性,但是,模式与观测结果存在明显差异,模式普遍低估了DSL的年际方差;其中,误差大值区域出现在副热带西边界流附近,模式分辨率会影响CMIP6对中小尺度海洋过程的重现能力,这可能是导致CMIP6历史模拟出现误差的原因之一.

Background:Nurses'turnover has been a major concern globally,which is strongly influenced by nurses'intent to ***,only a few large sample studies on the predictive factors associated with nurses'turnover intention were conducted in Jiangsu *** study mainly aims to examine the level and factors that influence nurses to leave their work in Jiangsu Province of Eastern ***:A cross-sectional survey of 1978 nurses was conducted at 48 hospitals in 14 key cities throughout Jiangsu *** turnover intention in nurses was measured by the scale of intent to leave the *** work environment of nurses was measured by the Chinese version of the Practice Environment Scale.A multiple linear regression model was applied to analyse the factors associated with turnover ***:The resignation rate of nurses in the hospitals of Jiangsu Province ranged from 0.64%to 12.71%in *** mean scores were 15.50±3.44 for turnover intention,and 3.06±0.51 for work *** in hospital affairs,resource adequacy,age,professional title,year(s)working,employment type and education level were the predictors of nurse intent to leave(P<0.05).Conclusion:The work environment of nurses in hospitals must be improved in staffing and resource and nurses'involvement in hospital *** current study corroborates that nurses have high turnover ***,effective measures are needed to improve nurse accomplishment,professional status,participation in hospital affairs and career planning to reduce their turnover intention.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of slow transit constipation(STC)and spleen Qi deficiency on gut microbiota,and the mechanism underlying the action that the positive drug Maren Runchang(MR)alleviates ***:STC was induced,using the cathartic method of Senna and the hunger-fullness disorder method,in ICR mice;one group of model mice was treated with MR(6.24 g/kg).The changes in the general condition,fecal parameters,D-xylose content in the serum,intestinal propulsion rate,and histopathology of the colon were assessed after STC induction in the control,model,and MR *** microbiota transplantation(FMT)was performed from STC mice into pseudo germ-free *** in the contents of substance P(SP),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),and gut microbiota in STC mice and pseudo germ-free mice were assessed after ***:Compared with the control group,the model mice showed the following results:the time of the first black stool was significantly longer(P<0.01),the number and weight of black stools were significantly reduced within 6 h(P<0.05),the D-xylose content in the serum was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the intestinal propulsion rate decreased(P<0.01),the content of VIP in colon tissue significantly increased(P<0.05),and SP content in the colon tissue significantly decreased(P<0.01);moreover,the colon showed significant inflamemation and ***,the abundance of Firmicutes was increased,the abundance of Bacteroides decreased,and the abundance of Alistipes,unclassified_o_Bacteroidales,Alloprevotella,Bilophila,and Anaerotruncus decreased,while the abundance of the conditional pathogenic bacteria Escherichia and Klebsiella ***,after treatment with MR,the time of the first black stool decreased(P<0.01),the number of black stools within 6 h increased,and the intestinal propulsion rate increased(P<0.05).Moreover,the content of D-xylose in the serum and the content of VIP in colon tissue significantly decreased(P<0.05),the conte

Currently,3D-bioprinting technique has emerged as a promising strategy to offer native-like tracheal substitutes for segmental trachea ***,there has been very limited breakthrough in tracheal repair using 3D-bioprinted biomimetic trachea owing to the lack of ideal bioinks,the requirement for precise structural biomimicking,and the complexity of multi-step surgical procedures by mean of intramuscular ***,we propose a one-step surgical technique,namely direct end-to-end anastomosis using C-shape 3D-bioprinted biomimetic trachea,for segmental trachea defect ***,two types of tissue-specific matrix hydrogels were exploited to provide mechanical and biological microenvironment conducive to the specific growth ways of cartilage and fibrous tissue *** contrast to our previous O-shape tracheal design,the tubular structure of alternating C-shape cartilage rings and connecting vascularized-fibrous-tissue rings was meticulously designed for rapid 3D-bioprinting of tracheal constructs with optimal printing paths and ***,in vivo trachea regeneration in nude mice showed satisfactory mechanical adaptability and efficient physiological ***,in situ segmental trachea reconstruction by direct end-to-end anastomosis in rabbits was successfully achieved using 3D-bioprinted C-shape biomimetic *** study demonstrates the potential of advanced 3D-bioprinting for instant and efficient repair of segmental trachea defects.

The controllable manipulation of polar topological structures(*** bubble)in ferroelectric materials have been considered as a cornerstone for future programmable ***,we present the effective creation and erasure of polar bubble states PbTiO_(3)(PTO)multilayers trigged by mechanical stress and light illumination,*** was found that applying atomic force microscope(AFM)tip force can induced formation of nanoscale bubble domains from the initial monodomain ***,the created bubble domain can be eliminated by exposure to ultraviolet or infrared light *** above results can be understood by modulation of depolarization screening charges and bias fields,as reflected by scanning Kelvin potential microscopic(SKPM)observations,whereby the flexoelectric effect from the tip force tends to remove the screening charges on top surface and modulate the bias field that favors the formation of bubble state while light illumination tends to recover the screen charges and favor the monodomain *** results provide a good example for multi-field manipulation of polar topologies,which might create a new avenue towards the immerging new concept electronic devices.

The biomedical application of self-healing materials in wet or(under)water environments is quite challenging because the insulation and dissociation effects of water molecules significantly reduce the reconstruction of material–interface *** closure with uniform tension of high-tension wounds is often difficult,leading to further deterioration and ***,a new type of thermosetting water-resistant self-healing bioelastomer(WRSHE)was designed by synergistically incorporating a stable polyglycerol sebacate(PGS)covalent crosslinking network and triple hybrid dynamic networks consisting of reversible disulfide metathesis(SS),and dimethylglyoxime urethane(Dou)and hydrogen *** a resveratrol-loaded WRSHE(Res@WRSHE)was developed by a swelling,absorption,and crosslinked network locking *** exhibited skin-like mechanical properties in terms of nonlinear modulus behavior,biomimetic softness,high stretchability,and good elasticity,and they also achieved ultrafast and highly efficient self-healing in various liquid *** wound-healing applications of high-tension full-thickness skin defects,the convenient surface assembly by self-healing of WRSHEs provides uniform contraction stress to facilitate tight ***,Res@WRSHEs gradually release resveratrol,which helps inflammatory response reduction,promotes blood vessel regeneration,and accelerates wound repair.

BACKGROUND： If changes of hemodynamics in internal or external cranial artery and stenosis of atherosclerosis are found eady, patients with transient ischemic attack （TIA） may be treated at an eady phase so as to prevent and decrease the onset of cerebral infarction. Carotid Doppler can analyze carotid canal wall, hemodynamic properties and stenosis, and changes of plaque morphology; however, transcranial Doppler （TCD） can evaluate vascular stenosis and occlusion and judge collateral circulation in cranium through detecting velocity and direction of blood flow. Can the association of them increase the diagnostic rate of TIA？ OB3ECTIVE： To evaluate the effect of the association of carotid Doppler and TCD on TIA in internal carotid artery. DESIGN： Contrast observational study SETTING： Department of Neuroelectrophysiology, Central People＇s Hospital of Huizhou PARTICIPANTS： A total of 54 patients with TIA in internal carotid artery were selected from the Department of Neurology of Huizhou Central People＇s Hospital from May 2004 to June 2005. There were 35 males and 24 females aged 46-81 years. The clinical situation was asthenia of single limb, hemiplegia, anaesthesia of single upper or lower limb, hemianesthesia, sensory disorder and aphasia. The symptoms lasted for less than 2 hours. All cases were diagnosed with CT, and those who had pathological changes of acute cerebral infarction and history of cardiac disease were excluded. Additionally, 50 healthy subjects who were regarded as control group were selected from the Department of Neurology of Huizhou Central People＇s Hospital. There were 30 males and 20 females aged 45-80 years. All subjects were consent. High-fidelity parametric amplification of Ince–Gaussian beams

Ince–Gaussian (IG) beams, as eigenfunctions of the paraxial wave equation in elliptical coordinates, are attracting increasing interest owing to their propagation-invariant and full-field properties. Optical amplification via parametric interactions can further expand their application areas, yet it is rarely studied. In this work, we report on a high-fidelity parametric amplifier for IG beams. The nonlinear transformation of the spatial spectra of the signal and associated influences on the beam profiles of the amplified signal, under different pump structures, were theoretically and experimentally investigated. By using a perfect flattop beam as the pump, we show that the transverse structure of IG signals is well maintained,and the distortion induced by radial-mode degeneration is overcome during amplification. This proof-of-principle demonstration paves the way for a mode-independent and distortion-free amplifier of arbitrary structured light and has great significance in relevant areas, such as quantum optics, tunable infrared-laser generation, and image amplification.
